As shown in fig. 3, the adsorption assembly 5 includes an air suction cylinder 51, an air storage tank 52 and two adsorption rings 54, wherein the side wall of the air suction cylinder 51 is communicated with the side wall of the air storage tank 52 through a pipeline, the side wall of the air storage tank 52 is communicated with an air pipe 53, and the air storage tank 52 is communicated with the adsorption rings 54 through the air pipe 53; one end of the air extraction cylinder 51 is hinged with the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder 1 through a hinge seat, the other end of the air extraction cylinder 51 is hinged with the inner side wall of the hinge rod 31 of one first opening assembly 3 or the inner side wall of the hinge rod 31 of one second opening assembly 4 in the opening assemblies, the pressure storage boxes 52 are fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder 1, the number of the air extraction cylinders 51 and the number of the pressure storage boxes 52 are equal and are two or more, and the inner side wall of any one hinge rod 31 in the opening assemblies is hinged with one air extraction cylinder 51 and is correspondingly provided with one pressure storage box 52; as shown in fig. 5, one of the adsorption rings 54 is sleeved at the middle of the outer side wall of the support plate 35 of the first spreader assembly 3 of two or more of the spreader assemblies, the other adsorption ring 54 is sleeved at the middle of the outer side wall of the support plate 35 of the second spreader assembly 4 of two or more of the spreader assemblies, the suction assembly 5 is arranged to pull the air pump 51 while the hinged rod 31 is spread and generate negative pressure, the elastic plate 522 of the pressure storage box 52 is elastically deformed inwards under the action of the negative pressure adsorption force, the elastic plate 522 is reversely limited by the elasticity of the elastic plate 522 while generating the negative pressure, the maximum expansion angle of the spreader assembly is limited by the maximum elastic deformation of the elastic plate 522, the intestinal tract is prevented from being damaged too fast by the expansion speed, the whole air path is conducted after the adsorption ring 54 is spread and stuck to the inner wall of the intestinal tract, the groove 55 is adsorbed to the inner wall of the intestinal tract under the action of the negative pressure by the negative pressure adsorption, and the fixing effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the air extraction drum 51 includes an outer drum 511, a piston 513 and a piston rod 512, wherein a circumferential side wall of the piston 513 is overlapped with an inner side wall of the outer drum 511, the circumferential side wall of the piston 513 is in sealing connection with the inner side wall of the outer drum 511, a first end of the piston rod 512 is fixedly connected with a second end of the piston 513, the second end of the piston rod 512 penetrates out of the top of the outer drum 511, a vent hole 514 is formed in the top wall of the outer drum 511, and the bottom of the side wall of the outer drum 511 is communicated with the first end of a pipeline; the bottom of the outer cylinder 511 is hinged to the side wall of the connecting cylinder 1, and the second end of the piston rod 512 is hinged to the inner side wall of one of the hinged rods 31 in the opening assembly.
As shown in fig. 7, the pressure storage tank 52 includes a tank 521 and an elastic plate 522, wherein the tank 521 is a rectangular tank 521 with one open side, and the elastic plate 522 is hermetically connected to a side wall of the tank 521 with one open side; one side of the box 521 is communicated with the second end of the pipeline, the first end of the air pipe 53 is communicated with the side wall of the box 521, and the bottom of the box 521 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the outer wall of the adsorption ring 54 is provided with two or more circular arc grooves 55 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the bottom wall of the circular arc grooves 55 is provided with through holes; a second end of the air pipe 53 of the side wall of the accumulator tank 52 communicates with one of the through holes.
The working flow is as follows: in actual operation, as shown in fig. 10, the cut-off device is placed in the hard round tube, the inner diameter of the hard round tube and the maximum outer diameter of the cut-off device when contracted are matched with each other, when the cut-off device is placed in the hard round tube, the first opening component 3 and the second opening component 4 are in a compressed state, and the elastic belt 32 is in a stretched state; the drainage tube 7 is communicated with an external drainage device, a hard circular tube is placed in an intestinal tract, the cut-off device is pushed outwards, the drainage device is pushed out of the hard circular tube, when the cut-off device is pushed out of the hard circular tube, the elastic belt 32 pulls the first opening component 3 and the second opening component 4 to move close to each other under the action of self elastic force of the cut-off device, the hinge rod 31 is unfolded and drives the supporting plate 35 to be far away from the axis of the connecting cylinder 1, and the supporting plate 35 can freely rotate due to the fact that the supporting plate 35 is hinged through the hinge plate 34, so that the inner wall of the intestinal tract is attached;
when the hinging rod 31 is unfolded, the hinging rod 31 synchronously pulls the piston rod 512 of the air suction cylinder 51, the piston rod 512 pulls the piston 513 away from the bottom of the air suction cylinder 51, and the air in the pressure storage box 52 is pumped between the piston 513 and the air suction cylinder 51 through a pipeline, the air in the pressure storage box 52 is reduced, as the end part of the circular arc groove 55 is closed by the absorbable membrane 56, the elastic plate 522 generates elastic deformation depression, the elastic plate 522 has elastic potential energy which is restored to the original state, when the side wall of the adsorption ring 54 contacts the intestinal wall and supports the intestinal wall, the absorbable membrane 56 is dissolved, the absorbable membrane 56 is a quick dissolving membrane for medical use, the circular arc groove 55 on the side wall of the adsorption ring 54 adsorbs the intestinal wall under the action of negative pressure, the supporting and fixing are completed, and digests are drained into the connecting cylinder 1 through the film sleeve 6 and drained through the drainage tube 7;
after a certain period of use, the absorbable fixing piece 33 is dissolved and absorbed, after the fixing piece is completely dissolved, the period of complete dissolution of the fixing piece is matched with the recovery period of intestinal surgery, the effect of connecting the two elastic belts 32 is lost, the first opening assembly 3 and the second opening assembly 4 are reset after the tension of the elastic belts 32 is lost, the effect of supporting the intestinal wall is lost, meanwhile, the air suction cylinder 51 is reset, the pressure in the pressure storage box 52 is restored, the arc groove 55 cannot adsorb the intestinal wall, and therefore the whole cut-off device is lost in supporting and fixing effect, and the cut-off device can be taken out.

Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While the obvious variations or modifications which are extended therefrom remain within the scope of the claims of this patent application.

the number of the first stretching assemblies (3) and the number of the second stretching assemblies (4) are more than two, the more than two first stretching assemblies (3) are uniformly arranged along the circumference of the outer side wall of the first end of the connecting cylinder (1), the more than two second stretching assemblies (4) are uniformly arranged along the circumference of the outer side wall of the second end of the connecting cylinder (1), and the more than two first stretching assemblies (3) and the more than two second stretching assemblies (4) are arranged in mirror symmetry with respect to the cross section in the middle of the axial direction of the connecting cylinder (1);
