Claims (26)

1. A reusable packaging bag is characterized in that: the bag adopts, is made at this wrapping bag lateral surface watertight material, and this material satisfies following requirement: the tearing strength of the packaging bag material in the direction vertical to the surface of the packaging bag material is more than or equal to 10N/cm.
2. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the packaging bag material is more than or equal to 0.11 mm.

The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the bag material is made of a non-metal film, or a paperboard with the outer surface or the inner and outer surfaces covered with the non-metal film, and the non-metal film can be adhered to the paperboard by glue or can be directly sprayed on the surface of the paperboard;
the material of the non-metal film can be one of the following materials or the combination of several materials: common plastics: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyethylene (PE), Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP), biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), nylon (PA), cast polypropylene (CPP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) impermeable film, high-density polyethylene impermeable film or other plastic films; degradable plastics: degradable plastics such as polylactic acid (PLA), Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), a carbon dioxide copolymer (PPC), polybutylene terephthalate-adipate (PBAT), polybutylene succinate (PBS), polybutylene succinate-adipate (PBSA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), starch-based degradable Plastic (PSM), aliphatic polyester, Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), Polycaprolactone (PCL), polyglycolic acid (PGA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), a CO2 copolymer, starch/polyvinyl alcohol plastic, chitin, polyamide, polyaspartic acid, polysaccharide, cellulose, poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) and the like; a carbon film; a film of a polymer material; or non-metallic materials such as ceramic films.
4. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the outer side of the packaging bag can be provided with a plastic bag for placing the note, and the note can also be directly stuck to the surface of the packaging bag.
5. The reusable bag of claim 4, wherein: the packaging bag is provided with an RFID; the RFID can be pasted or placed at any position inside and outside the packaging bag; the packaging bag is adhered to one surface inside and outside the plastic bag, or embedded inside the plastic bag, or can be inserted into the plastic bag in a sheet shape, or can be placed between the plastic bag and the packaging bag, or can be placed inside or outside the packaging bag, or inside the packaging bag material, or partially extends out of the packaging bag.
6. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the RFID can be randomly mounted at different locations on the package.
7. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: inside this wrapping bag can be supporting have support or crashproof device: to space and prevent the fragile items from colliding and damaging each other.
8. The reusable bag of claim 7, wherein: the RFID is a double-frequency tag, and data can be written in or read from the RFID storage area through the HF frequency band by using the NFC function of a reader-writer or a mobile phone; using a UHF reader-writer, reading or writing data into the RFID storage area through the UHF frequency band; the HF frequency band and the UHF frequency band can share part or all of the storage space.
9. The reusable bag of claim 7, wherein: one side of the RFID or one side of the packaging bag is printed with a bar code or a two-dimensional code.
10. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the material used by the packaging bag can be one of the following materials or a composite of several materials: non-metal film, plastic film, paperboard and carbon film.
11. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the packaging bag is provided with an active or passive temperature recording and wireless transmission device.
12. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the packaging bag is provided with a passive temperature recording device, a reader-writer is adopted to emit radio waves, the passive temperature recording device obtains electricity from the radio waves emitted by the reader-writer and works, then the temperature of the passive temperature measuring device can be read and calculated, and the temperature is transmitted to the reader-writer or stored in the passive temperature recording device.
13. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the packaging bag is provided with a controller, a battery or a power supply interface, a refrigerating or heating device and a temperature measuring device, and can control the temperature inside the packaging bag within a certain set range.
14. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: after the surface of the packaging bag is pasted with the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is uncovered for less than 3 times, and the surface of the packaging bag cannot be damaged.
15. The reusable bag of claim 1, wherein: the packaging bag has a reusable closing and reopening structure, and the structure can be one of the following structures or the combination of any several of the following structures: adhesive strips, adhesive tapes, magic tapes, zippers and buckles.

A transport or storage space for transporting reusable packages according to any of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that: an RFID reader-writer antenna is arranged in the transportation tool or a warehouse of the storage space, can emit radio waves at any time, and is communicated with a passive RFID equipped in a packing box; or the RFID reader-writer antenna is arranged at the door of the goods warehouse of the transport tool or the storage space, and the antenna can emit radio waves at any time and is in communication with the passive RFID equipped on the packing box.
17. The reusable packaging bag or transport thereof of claim 16, wherein: the packaging bag or a transport tool for transporting the packaging bag is provided with a Beidou, GPS, Glonass or Galileo or other devices capable of carrying out global positioning through satellites; or a device which can be positioned through a mobile phone base station is arranged.
18. A reusable bag carrier or storage space as claimed in claim 17 wherein: the transport or storage space is equipped with a machine vision device which may have one or a combination of any of the following functions: and recording the video of the opened cargo compartment, the video of the person or the transportation machine who opens the cargo compartment door, the video of the person or the transportation machine who contacts the packaging bag, and performing face recognition.
19. The reusable bag carrier or storage space of claim 18 wherein the video recorded by the machine vision device can be correlated and stored with information for face recognition, RFID information for identity of people or objects, and event information.
20. A reusable bag carrier or storage space as claimed in claim 19 wherein: the transportation tool or the storage space is provided with an information uploading passage, and the time, the place, the people, the objects, the events, the states and other elements related to the packaging bag, including but not limited to the position of a vehicle, the information of the packaging bag in the vehicle, the people or the transportation machinery opening the door of the transportation tool, the information of the people or the transportation machinery taking the packaging bag and the like, are uploaded to the cloud.
21. The method of sterilizing reusable packaging bags according to any of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that: the temperature of more than 60 ℃ can be adopted for a certain time to carry out sterilization or cleaning;
the inner surface and the outer surface of the packaging bag material can be sprayed with alcohol or other liquid bactericides, or the surfaces of the packaging bag can be wiped by rags with alcohol or other liquid bactericides, so that sterilization or disinfection is realized.
22. A using method of a reusable packaging bag is characterized in that:
step 1, producing a reusable packaging bag;
step 2, the packaging bag is delivered to a person who needs to use the packaging bag to express or logistics;
step 3, taking the packages by an express company or a transport company or a logistics company;
step 4, an express company or a transport company or a logistics company transports the express and sends the express to a receiver or a collector;
step 5, an express company or a transport company or a logistics company waits for a receiver or a consignee to take the goods out of the packaging bag, and then takes the packaging bag away; or a reusable packaging bag for goods received in front of the receiver or the proxy receiver; or the addressee or the substitute puts the received packaging bag into a packaging bag recycling station or a packaging bag recycling device, and relevant personnel such as an express company, a transport company, a logistics company or a recycling company go to the packaging bag recycling station or the packaging bag recycling device to obtain the packaging bag;
step 6, sterilizing or cleaning the packaging bag;
step 7, the recovered packaging bags are sent to a person who needs to use the packaging bags to send express or logistics again, namely, the step 2 is returned;
and 8, circulating for many times between 2 and 7 until the packaging bag is unusable.
23. A using method of a reusable packaging bag is characterized in that:
step 1, producing a reusable packaging bag, wherein RFID is configured in or on the packaging bag;
step 2, the packaging bags are sent to customers needing to use the packaging bags to send express or logistics; a client sending the express or logistics directly transmits the sending and receiving information of the express to the RFID of the packaging bag through a reader-writer or the NFC function of a mobile phone, or reads the serial number or the feature code of the RFID and associates the serial number or the feature code with the goods, and the association relationship can be transmitted to the cloud;
step 3, taking the packages from an express company, a transport company, a logistics company and the like at the same time; RFID can be used for identification and information transmission in each link of transportation and storage of the packaging bag;
step 4, an express company or a transport company or a logistics company transports the express and sends the express to a receiver or a collector; the delivery person uses a reader-writer with UHF read-write function, or the delivery person or the receiver uses a reader-writer or a mobile phone with NFC or HF read-write function to read and display the goods delivery or receiving information stored in the RFID, or read the serial number or the feature code of the RFID, and send the delivery or receiving information associated with the RFID to the receiver or the receiver for confirmation;
