Abstract
The invention discloses a plunger pump assembly capable of detecting liquid level, which comprises a pump head seat, a plunger rod, a plunger tube, a pump head, a control circuit board and a pressure sensor, wherein the upper end of the pump head seat is hermetically connected with the plunger rod, the lower end of the pump head seat is hermetically connected with the plunger tube, and an internal cavity of the pump head seat is communicated with an inner hole of the plunger tube; the pump head is connected to the lower end of the plunger tube and used for mounting a conductive suction head; the pressure sensor is arranged on the control circuit board, and the detection end of the pressure sensor monitors the pressure change in the plunger tube; the control circuit board is provided with an air pressure monitoring circuit and a capacitance monitoring circuit, the air pressure monitoring circuit is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and receives pressure monitoring signals, and the capacitance monitoring circuit is communicated with the plunger tube and receives capacitance monitoring signals. The invention can integrate two monitoring devices of capacitance monitoring and air pressure monitoring, increase the reliability of liquid level detection, improve the accuracy of sample adding and save the dosage of samples or reagents.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical liquid transfer, in particular to a plunger pump assembly capable of detecting liquid level.
Background
At present, the liquid transfer plunger pump is widely applied to medical inspection equipment, the liquid transfer plunger pump is used for sucking experimental liquid and transferring the experimental liquid into a designated container, and all operations are completely automatic. The pump head of the pipetting plunger pump is provided with tips (tips) for aspirating liquids. The existing methods for judging that the suction head reaches the position below the liquid level of liquid are divided into a resistance method, a pressure method and a capacitance method, the capacitance method is the most commonly used monitoring method at present, but the method still causes misjudgment due to different external environments, electromagnetic interference and other factors, leads to misliquid suction, and influences the detection result. No matter the monitoring mode of a resistance method, a pressure method or a capacitance method, the monitoring method is single, and monitoring data cannot be compared and verified, so that the monitoring accuracy is influenced.
Therefore, how to create a new plunger pump assembly capable of detecting liquid level belongs to one of the important research and development issues at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plunger pump assembly capable of detecting liquid level, which integrates two monitoring devices of capacitance monitoring and air pressure monitoring into a whole, increases the reliability of liquid level detection, improves the sampling accuracy, and saves the dosage of samples or reagents, thereby overcoming the defects of the existing liquid level detection assembly.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a plunger pump assembly capable of detecting a liquid level, including a pump head seat, a plunger rod, a plunger tube, a pump head, a control circuit board and a pressure sensor, wherein:
the upper end of the pump head seat is hermetically connected with the plunger rod, the lower end of the pump head seat is hermetically connected with the plunger tube, and an internal cavity of the pump head seat is communicated with an inner hole of the plunger tube;
the pump head is connected to the lower end of the plunger tube and used for mounting a conductive suction head;
the pressure sensor is arranged on the control circuit board, and the detection end of the pressure sensor monitors the pressure change in the plunger tube;
the control circuit board is provided with an air pressure monitoring circuit and a capacitance monitoring circuit, the air pressure monitoring circuit is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and receives pressure monitoring signals, and the capacitance monitoring circuit is communicated with the plunger tube and receives capacitance monitoring signals.
As an improvement of the invention, a vertical through hole is arranged in the pump head base, the upper end of the through hole is connected with the plunger rod through a plunger sealing base, the lower end of the through hole is connected with the plunger pipe through a plunger pipe base, and the upper end and the lower end of the through hole are respectively sealed by the plunger sealing base and the plunger pipe base to form an internal cavity of the pump head base.
Furthermore, an air passage is arranged in the pump head seat, one end of the air passage is communicated with the inner cavity of the pump head seat, and the other end of the air passage is used for being inserted into a detection end of the pressure sensor.
Furthermore, an outlet at one end of the air passage communicated to the cavity in the pump head seat is positioned outside the upper edge of the plunger tube and is in sealed connection with the inner hole of the plunger tube.
Further, a capacitance detection point is arranged on the control circuit board and is communicated with the pump head through a conductive connecting piece.
Furthermore, a capacitance detection point is arranged on the control circuit board and connected to the plunger tube seat through a conductive connecting piece, and then the capacitance detection point is conducted with the pump head.
Furthermore, the pump head seat is made of non-conductive materials.
Furthermore, the plunger tube seat, the plunger tube and the pump head are made of conductive materials, and the plunger tube seat, the plunger tube and the pump head are in conductive connection.

The pressure sensor continuously monitors the pressure in the plunger pump, can timely find the phenomenon that the suction head is blocked by foreign matters and the phenomenon of air suction, timely responds, and can prevent liquid in the suction head from dripping through pressure compensation.
3. The plunger sealing seat, the pump head seat and the plunger pipe seat are connected in a sealing mode, and the air channel in the pump head seat is connected with the inner hole of the plunger pipe in a sealing mode, so that a sealing environment is formed between the inner hole of the plunger pipe and the pressure sensor, and the accuracy of air pressure monitoring is guaranteed.
4. The pump head seat is made of non-conductive materials, an external insulation environment is provided for capacitance monitoring, the capacitance detection point on the circuit board is communicated with the plunger pipe seat, the plunger pipe and the pump head, and surrounding parts are insulators, so that the accuracy of capacitance monitoring is guaranteed.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a plunger pump assembly capable of detecting a liquid level, including a plunger rod 1, a plunger seal seat 2, a pump head seat 3, a plunger tube seat 4, a plunger tube 5, a pump head 6, a control circuit board 7 and a pressure sensor 8, wherein a vertical through hole is arranged in the pump head seat 3, the upper end of the through hole is hermetically connected with the plunger rod 1 through the plunger seal seat 2, and the lower end of the through hole is hermetically connected with the plunger tube 5 through the plunger tube seat 4, such that an inner hole of the plunger tube 5 is communicated with the interior of the pump head seat 3 to jointly form a sealed tube for taking and injecting liquid. An air passage channel 11 is arranged in the pump head seat 3, an outlet at one end of the air passage channel 11 is positioned outside the upper edge of the plunger tube 5 and is communicated with an inner hole of the plunger tube 5 through a sealing condition, and the other end of the air passage channel 11 leads to the outside of the pump head seat 3 and is used for inserting a detection end of the pressure sensor 8 into the air passage channel for monitoring. The pressure sensor 8 is installed on the control circuit board 7, the detection end of the pressure sensor 8 is inserted into the air channel 7, the air pressure change signal is transmitted to the control circuit board 7, the control circuit board 7 is provided with a pressure monitoring circuit, the pressure monitoring circuit receives the signal of the pressure sensor 8, and the plunger pump is correspondingly controlled.
The pump head 6 is connected to the end of the plunger tube 5 for mounting a conductive suction head. And a capacitance monitoring circuit is arranged on the control circuit board 7 and is used for monitoring the capacitance change of the pump head 6 so as to judge whether the pump head is in contact with the liquid level. Be equipped with electric capacity probe point 9 on control circuit board 7, electric capacity probe point 9 switches on through conductive connecting piece and plunger tube socket 4, simultaneously, all adopt conducting material to make between plunger tube socket 4, plunger tube 5 and the pump head 6, good electrically conductive connection between the three for electric capacity probe point 9 switches on with pump head 6. The material of pump head seat 3 is non-conductive material, only switches on with plunger tube socket 4, plunger pipe 5 and pump head 6 at electric capacity probing point 9 like this, and pump head seat 3 provides good insulating environment for it, more improves electric capacity monitoring's rate of accuracy.
Preferably, the plunger tube seat 4, the plunger tube 5 and the pump head 6 are connected by welding.
The plunger pump assembly capable of detecting the liquid level can judge the liquid level detection result by two monitoring methods, namely a capacitance method and a pneumatic method, so that the accuracy and the reliability of the monitoring result are improved. Meanwhile, the pressure sensor 8 can continuously monitor the pressure of the inner cavity of the pump head seat 3, when the pump head 6 is blocked by foreign matters or is sucked empty, the pressure sensor 8 sends out a pressure abnormal signal in time, and the control circuit board 7 responds in time. And when the pressure is lower than the preset value, the plunger pump is controlled to be pressurized in time, and the liquid in the suction head is prevented from dripping through pressure compensation.

the pump head is connected to the lower end of the plunger tube and used for mounting a conductive suction head;
the pressure sensor is arranged on the control circuit board, and the detection end of the pressure sensor monitors the pressure change in the plunger tube;
the control circuit board is provided with an air pressure monitoring circuit and a capacitance monitoring circuit, the air pressure monitoring circuit is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and receives pressure monitoring signals, and the capacitance monitoring circuit is communicated with the plunger tube and receives capacitance monitoring signals.

The plunger pump assembly capable of detecting the liquid level as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vertical through hole is formed in the pump head seat, the upper end of the through hole is connected with the plunger rod through the plunger sealing seat, the lower end of the through hole is connected with the plunger pipe through the plunger pipe seat, and the plunger sealing seat and the plunger pipe seat respectively seal the upper end and the lower end of the through hole to form a cavity in the pump head seat.

5. A plunger pump assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein the control circuit board is provided with a capacitive probe which is electrically connected to the pump head by an electrically conductive connection.

A plunger pump assembly capable of detecting liquid level as claimed in claim 2 wherein the control circuit board is provided with a capacitive detection point, the capacitive detection point is connected to the plunger tube seat through a conductive connecting piece and is further communicated with the pump head.
7. A liquid level detectable plunger pump assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein the head base is formed of a non-conductive material.
8. The plunger pump assembly capable of detecting liquid level as claimed in claim 2, wherein the plunger tube seat, the plunger tube and the pump head are made of conductive materials, and the plunger tube seat, the plunger tube and the pump head are electrically connected.
9. A liquid level detectable plunger pump assembly as claimed in claim 8 wherein said plunger tube base, plunger tube and pump head are connected by welding.
