Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a network resource scheduling method, a network resource scheduling apparatus, a base station, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
With the continuous progress of communication technology, people can enjoy services from a communication network anytime and anywhere through wireless communication terminals such as mobile phones, tablets and the like. The communication network identifies the subscribed users through a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card carried by the wireless communication terminal, and further provides corresponding communication services for the subscribed users.
Nowadays, more and more wireless communication terminals carry a plurality of SIM cards, and users of such multi-card terminals can obtain services from a plurality of communication networks, so as to meet the requirements of people on privacy protection, communication cost reduction and the like.
However, the wireless communication terminal receives information sent by the communication network through the radio frequency unit carried by the wireless communication terminal. Due to the considerations of cost, power consumption and the like, the number of radio frequency units of a multi-card terminal is limited, so that the terminal can only receive information from one communication network at the same time.
Therefore, when a multi-card terminal communicates with a corresponding communication network through one SIM card, the terminal needs to switch to the communication network of another SIM card at a specified time to perform corresponding operations (such as listening to a paging channel, performing radio parameter measurement, reading communication network information, and the like).
In the related art, whether a communication network remaining in the current SIM card at a given time continues to accept its communication service or switches to a communication network of another SIM card to perform a corresponding operation depends on the implementation of the multi-card terminal. At present, no specification is available in the 5G standard about corresponding network switching of different SIM cards.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions, and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present disclosure unless specifically stated otherwise.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail, but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not as a limitation. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters indicate like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
As mentioned above, when a multi-card terminal communicates with a corresponding communication network through one SIM card, different adverse effects may be caused if the network switching of the multi-card terminal is not appropriate at the paging occasions corresponding to other SIM cards.
For example, if the multi-card terminal continues to stay in the current communication network to receive its communication service, it may not receive paging for other SIM cards, thereby causing paging failure; if the multi-card terminal is switched to other communication networks to monitor the paging channel, the data sent by the current communication network may not be received, thereby causing the communication quality to be reduced.
In order to solve the above problem, the present disclosure performs resource scheduling according to the pre-occupied time resources of other SIM cards reported by the terminal and the 5QI set added to the subscription data when the multi-card terminal communicates with the communication network of one SIM card. And according to the resource scheduling, the base station does not transmit the data of the QoS flow which is not indicated by the 5QI set on the time resource reported by the terminal.
In this way, the terminal can be allowed to switch to the corresponding communication network as far as possible at the moment when other communication networks need the terminal to receive information, and the influence of the terminal leaving the current communication network on the current communication service can be reduced. For example, the present disclosure can be achieved by the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow diagram of some embodiments of a scheduling method of network resources of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes: step 110, acquiring a 5QI set; step 120, determining resource scheduling information of each QoS flow; and step 130, transmitting the resource scheduling information.
In step 110, in response to the terminal initiating a session establishment request through the current SIM card, a 5QI set for performing the current SIM card is obtained.
In some embodiments, a 5QI set including at least one specific 5QI may be added to the subscription data of each SIM card. For example, according to the convention between the user and the operator, the element format in the 5QI set may be a value representing a specific 5QI, or may be a value representing a range of specific 5QI for every two values, or may be a value representing a range of specific 5 QI.
In some embodiments, the 5QI set is used to indicate that the base station of the communication network corresponding to the SIM card does not need to avoid the pre-occupied time resources of the communication network corresponding to other SIM cards reported by the terminal when sending data on the QoS flow with a specific 5QI to the terminal.
For example, according to the convention between the user and the operator, the meaning of the 5QI set may be: if the 5QI of the QoS flow is in the 5QI set, the base station sends the data on the QoS flow to the terminal without avoiding the pre-occupied time resources of the communication network corresponding to other SIM cards reported by the terminal; if the 5QI of the QoS flow is not in the 5QI set, the base station sends the data on the QoS flow to the terminal, and the time resources occupied by other SIM card communication networks reported by the terminal need to be avoided.
In some embodiments, the applicable range of the 5QI set may be: designating a slice or designating a data network name; specifying a combination of a slice and a particular data network name; or all sessions corresponding to the SIM card.
In some embodiments, the 5QI set may further include network operation information for specifying an operation to be performed by the applicable terminal after the applicable terminal is switched from the current network corresponding to the SIM card to the other network corresponding to the SIM card on the pre-occupied time resource. For example, the operation to be performed may be at least one of monitoring paging of networks corresponding to other SIM cards, measuring wireless parameters of networks corresponding to other SIM cards, and reading system information of networks corresponding to other SIM cards.
In some embodiments, the 5QI set may further include network operation information that may specify that the terminal is allowed to switch from the current SIM card corresponding network to another SIM card corresponding network to perform the specified network operation only if the specified network operation is performed. For example, if the network operation is designated to monitor the paging channel of the network corresponding to the other SIM card, the network corresponding to the current SIM card is switched to the network corresponding to the other SIM card only when the paging channel is monitored on the pre-occupied time resource of the network corresponding to the other SIM card.
In some embodiments, the 5QI set may be included in the subscription data and stored in the UDM entity of the corresponding communication network. A 5QI set may also be generated according to user settings and stored in the terminal. For example, the terminal may store a 5QI set by the user and a 5QI set in the subscription data for each SIM card. The base station may acquire the 5QI set through at least one of the core network or the terminal.
In some embodiments, the 5QI set in the subscription data of the current SIM card may be obtained from the core network. For example, a 5QI set obtained by the SMF entity from the UDM entity is received from the AMF entity; or directly receive the 5QI set obtained from the UDM entity from the AMF entity.
In some embodiments, the 5QI set by the user may also be obtained from the terminal. For example, when 5QI sets are acquired from the core network and the terminal at the same time, the 5QI set acquired from the core network is ignored, and the 5QI set (set by the user) acquired from the terminal is used as the reference.
In step 120, in response to the QoS flow resource allocation request sent by the core network, the resource scheduling information of each QoS flow is determined according to whether the 5QI of each QoS flow is in the 5QI set and the pre-occupation time resource information of the network corresponding to other SIM cards on the terminal.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupation time resource information of the network corresponding to other SIM cards can be obtained from the terminal. For example, when the terminal communicates with the network corresponding to the current SIM card, the terminal reports the pre-occupation time resource information of the networks corresponding to other SIM cards to the base station of the network corresponding to the current SIM card.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupation time resource information is determined according to the time when the current network corresponding to the SIM card is switched to the network corresponding to the other SIM card and the switching operation duration.
In some embodiments, the time for switching the network corresponding to the current SIM card to the network corresponding to the other SIM card is determined according to network parameters issued by the network corresponding to the other SIM card. For example, the network parameters may include one or more of 5G-S-TMSI (5G Short temporal Mobile Subscriber Identity), DRX cycle (Discontinuous Reception paging cycle), PF offset (paging frame offset), total number of paging frames within one DRX cycle, total number of paging occasions within one paging frame.
In some embodiments, the terminal calculates the time for switching to the network corresponding to the other SIM card according to the network parameters issued by the network corresponding to the other SIM card; the terminal judges the time resource switched in the network corresponding to the current SIM card by combining the switching time and the time length required by the terminal switching operation, and the time resource is used as the pre-occupied time resource of the network corresponding to other SIM cards.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupied time resource information includes one or more of a time period, a frame number, a subframe number, a starting symbol within a subframe, a number of sustained symbols of the pre-occupied time resource.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupation time resource information may further include application information of the pre-occupation time resource, that is, an operation to be performed to switch to a network corresponding to another SIM card. For example, the application information may be at least one of monitoring network paging corresponding to other SIM cards, measuring wireless parameters of networks corresponding to other SIM cards, and reading system information of networks corresponding to other SIM cards.
In some embodiments, step 120 may be performed by the embodiment in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of some embodiments of step 120 in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, step 120 includes: step 1210, acquiring 5QI of the QoS flow; step 1220, determine whether it is in a 5QI set; step 1230, determining not to switch other SIM cards; and step 1240, determining to switch other SIM cards.
In step 1210, the 5QI of the QoS flow requested to be established by the core network is obtained. For example, the core network of the network corresponding to the current SIM card requests the base station to allocate radio resources to the QoS flow, and the base station obtains 5QI of the QoS flow.
In step 1220, it is determined whether the 5QI for the QoS flow is in the 5QI set. The 5QI set includes one or more designated 5QI, where the designated 5QI is used to indicate which QoS flows are transmitted on the camp-on time resources, and the terminal does not have to switch from the current SIM card corresponding network to other SIM card corresponding networks (e.g., to allocate physical resources on the camp-on time resources for the QoS flows designated 5 QI). Therefore, in case that the 5QI of the QoS flow is in the 5QI set, step 1230 is performed; in case the 5QI of the QoS flow is not in the 5QI set, step 1240 is performed.
In some embodiments, the base station sends information according to the indication of the 5QI set, and for the QoS flow with the specified 5QI, the base station is not constrained by the pre-occupation time resources of other communication networks reported by the terminal; for QoS flows that do not have a 5QI assigned, the base station does not send information to the terminal on the camp-on time resource.
In step 1230, in case that the 5QI of the QoS flow is in the 5QI set, the resource scheduling information of the QoS flow is determined as: and sending the QoS flow through the corresponding network of the current SIM card on the pre-occupied time resource (for example, physical resources can be allocated on the pre-occupied time resource for the QoS flow).
In step 1240, in the case that the 5QI of the QoS flow is not in the 5QI set, the resource scheduling information of the QoS flow is determined to be switched to the corresponding network corresponding to the other SIM card on the pre-occupied time resource for the corresponding network operation (e.g., physical resources may not be allocated on the pre-occupied time resource for the QoS flow). For example, the network operation may be at least one of monitoring paging of networks corresponding to other SIM cards, measuring wireless parameters of networks corresponding to other SIM cards, and reading system information of networks corresponding to other SIM cards.
In some embodiments, when the core network of the communication network requests the base station to allocate radio resources to a QoS flow, the base station needs to exclude the pre-occupied time resources of other communication networks reported by the terminal when allocating radio resources to a QoS flow without a specified 5QI, and if radio resources cannot be allocated, the base station needs to reject establishment of a corresponding QoS flow.
In some embodiments, the base station receives the 5QI set by the user from the terminal, and needs to reply to the terminal whether to receive the 5QI set.
In case the resource scheduling information is determined, resources may be allocated by the remaining steps in fig. 1.
In step 130, resource scheduling information is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal determines whether to switch to a network corresponding to another corresponding SIM card on the pre-occupied time resource when sending each QoS flow according to the resource scheduling information. For example, the resource scheduling information includes switching indication information for indicating whether the terminal switches to the network corresponding to the other corresponding SIM card on the pre-occupied time resource.
In some embodiments, the resource scheduling information includes time and frequency resources allocated by the base station for all QoS flows. On the pre-occupied time resource, if the 5QI of the QoS flow is in the 5QI set, the terminal does not switch to the network corresponding to the SIM card; if the 5QI of the QoS flow is not in the 5QI set, the base station does not transmit data on the resources even if the resources allocated to the QoS flow are included in the resource scheduling information, and the terminal switches to the network corresponding to the SIM card on the resources.
Therefore, the resource allocation can be made to be periodic, and the issued resource scheduling information is saved.
Fig. 3 illustrates a signaling diagram of some embodiments of a scheduling method of network resources of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the multi-card wireless communication terminal is a dual-card dual-standby mobile phone. The mobile phone has two SIM cards: the SIM cards 1 and 2 correspond to the communication networks 1 and 2, respectively.
A 5QI set may be added in advance to the subscription data of the SIM card 1. For example, the value in the 5QI set is {82,83,84} used to indicate to the terminal: on the pre-occupied time resources of the SIM card 2, the QoS flows with 5QI 82,83,84 continue to be transmitted through the communication network 1 without having to switch to the communication network 2 for the corresponding network operation.
By agreement with the operator, this 5QI set may be applicable to all sessions established by the SIM card 1 and only to network operations in which the handset switches to other communication networks to listen to the paging channel.
In event 310, the terminal establishes a signaling connection with the base stations of communication network 1 and communication network 2. For example, after the dual-card dual-standby mobile phone is turned on, signaling connections are respectively established with the communication network 1 and the communication network 2 through the SIM card 1 and the SIM card 2. There is no order in which to establish the signaling connections with the communication network 1 and the communication network 2.
In event 320, the base station of the communication network 2 sends its network parameters to the terminal. For example, the network parameters may include one or more of 5G-S-TMSI, DRX cycle, PF offset (paging frame offset), total number of paging frames within one DRX cycle, total number of paging occasions within one paging frame.
In the event 330, the terminal calculates the paging occasion of the communication network 2 according to the network parameters, and further determines the pre-occupation time resource of the communication network 2 in the system frame and the sub-frame of the communication network 1.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupied time resources may be calculated by the embodiment in fig. 4.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of some embodiments of a scheduling method of network resources of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the communication network 1 and the communication network 2 are both 5G networks, and the system frames of the communication network 1 and the communication network 2 each include 10 subframes. The system frame length of the communication network 1 and the communication network 2 is 10ms, the sub-frame length is 1ms, and one sub-frame has 14 symbols. System frame No. 1 of communication network 1 corresponds in time to system frame No. 2 of communication network 2.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the discontinuous reception period of the SIM card 2 is 32 system frames, i.e., 320 ms. The terminal can calculate, according to the network parameters (e.g., 5G-S-TMSI corresponding to the SIM card 2, etc.) sent by the communication network 2, that the system frame number corresponding to the paging occasion of the SIM card 2 of the communication network 2 is modulo 32 but 2, and that the corresponding subframe number is modulo 10 but 5. Therefore, it can be obtained that the paging occasions of the communication network 2 are subframe No. 5 of system frame No. 2, subframe No. 5 of system frame No. 34 in fig. 4, and so on.
System frame No. 1 of communication network 1 corresponds in time to system frame No. 2 of communication network 2. The terminal switching from the communication network 1 to the communication network 2 and from the communication network 2 to the communication network 1 each require a certain amount of time, for example, a switching time of 1 symbol duration. In this case, in fig. 4, the number 4 subframe and the number 6 subframe of the communication network 1 have 1 symbol respectively belonging to the pre-occupied time resource, and the number 5 subframe entirely belongs to the pre-occupied time resource. Therefore, the pre-occupation time resource information of the communication network 2 reported to the base station of the communication network 1 by the SIM card 1 is: the pre-occupied time resource period is 32 system frames, the system frame number is 1, the subframe number is 4, the initial symbol in the subframe is 13, and the number of the continuous symbols is 16.
In some embodiments, the switching time may be several symbols.
For example, the communication network 2 is switched over the subframe No. 5 of the system frame No. 1 of the communication network 1. Because the switching time occupies several symbols, the resources of the pre-occupied time of the communication network 2 in the communication network 1 include several symbols of the subframe No. 5, 4 and 6 of the system frame No. 1.
For example, the communication network 2 is switched over the subframe No. 5 of the system frame No. 33 of the communication network 1. Since the switching time occupies several symbols, the resources of the communication network 2 in the pre-occupied time of the communication network 1 include several symbols of the subframe No. 5, 4 and 6 of the system frame No. 33.
After the pre-occupation time resources are calculated, the remaining events in FIG. 3 may be performed.
In event 340, the terminal reports the camping time resource of the communication network 2 to the base station of the communication network 1 via the SIM card 1.
In event 350, the terminal initiates a session establishment request procedure in the communication network 1.
In event 360, in the session establishment request flow, the core network issues the 5QI set of the SIM card 1 to the base station of the communication network 1.
In some embodiments, the SMF entity retrieves the 5QI set from the UDM entity and forwards this Information in the N2 SM Information via the AMF entity to the base stations of the communication network 1.
In event 370, in the session establishment request flow, the core network issues a 5QI for the QoS flow requested to be established to the base station of the communication network 1. For example, the information forwarded by the AMF entity to the base station of the communication network 1 further includes each QoS flow ID requested to be established by the core network, and 5QI (e.g. 50, 82, and 85) corresponding to each QoS flow.
In event 380, the base station of the communication network 1 allocates physical resources according to the 5QI set of the SIM card 1 and the 5QI of the QoS requested by the core network.
For example, for QoS flows with 5QI equal to 50 and 85, the base station of the communication network 1 cannot send information to the terminal on the resources of the preemption time of the communication network 2 reported by the terminal; there is no such restriction for a QoS flow of 5QI equal to 82.
In some embodiments, the base station resources of the communication network 1 are tight and the delay of the QoS flow requirement of 5QI equal to 85 is low and cannot be met by the base station. In this case, the base station of the communication network 1 may refuse to establish the QoS flow. For QoS flows of 5QI equal to 50 and 82, the base station of the communication network 1 may receive the setup request and allocate physical resources for them.
At event 390, the base station of the communication network 1 transmits scheduling information of the physical resource to the terminal.
In event 395, the terminal determines whether to switch the communication network on the pre-emptive time resource based on the scheduling information.
In some embodiments, the terminal receives the scheduling information of the base station of the communication network 1, and there is no physical resource allocated by the base station of the communication network 1 for the QoS flow with 5QI equal to 50 on the pre-occupied time resource reported by the terminal. In this case the terminal switches to the communication network 2 listening to its paging channel.
In some embodiments, the terminal receives the scheduling information of the base station of the communication network 1, and there is a physical resource allocated by the base station of the communication network 1 for the QoS flow with 5QI equal to 82 on the pre-occupied time resource reported by the terminal. In this case, the terminal stays in the communication network 1 to receive information of the base station of the communication network 1.
In some embodiments, the terminal switches to the communication network 2 to monitor its paging channel on other reported pre-emption time resources without conflicting with the time resources of the communication network 1.
In the above embodiment, it is determined whether to switch the SIM card to send the QoS flow on the pre-occupied time resource in combination with the 5QI set of the current SIM card and the pre-occupied time resource information of other SIM cards. Therefore, the failure of paging or data receiving caused by the corresponding network switching of the SIM card can be reduced as much as possible, thereby improving the communication reliability.
Fig. 5 illustrates a block diagram of some embodiments of a scheduling apparatus of network resources of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the scheduling apparatus 5 of network resources includes an obtaining unit 51, a determining unit 52 and a transmitting unit 53.
The obtaining unit 51 obtains a 5QI set for performing the current SIM card in response to the terminal initiating a session establishment request through the current SIM card.
In some embodiments, the acquisition unit acquires the 5QI set by at least one of: acquiring a 5QI set in subscription data of a current SIM card from a core network; and acquiring the 5QI set by the user from the terminal.
In some embodiments, the retrieving unit 51 receives the 5QI set retrieved by the SMF entity from the UDM entity from the AMF entity, or receives the 5QI set retrieved from the UDM entity from the AMF entity.
In some embodiments, in the case where the acquiring unit 51 acquires 5QI sets from the core network and the terminal at the same time, the 5QI set acquired from the core network is ignored.
The determining unit 52 determines the resource scheduling information of each QoS flow according to whether the 5QI of each QoS flow is in the 5QI set and the pre-occupation time resource information of the network corresponding to other SIM cards on the terminal in response to the QoS flow resource allocation request sent by the core network.
In some embodiments, determination unit 52 determines whether the 5QI of the QoS flow is in the 5QI set.
In the case that the 5QI of the QoS flow is in the 5QI set, the determining unit 52 determines the resource scheduling information of the QoS flow as that the QoS flow is transmitted through the current SIM card corresponding network on the pre-occupied time resource.
In the case that the 5QI of the QoS flow is not in the 5QI set, the determining unit 52 determines the resource scheduling information of the QoS flow as being switched to the corresponding network corresponding to the other SIM card for the corresponding network operation on the pre-occupied time resource.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupation time resource information is reported to the terminal, and is determined according to the time when the network corresponding to the current SIM card is switched to the network corresponding to the other SIM card and the switching operation duration. For example, the time for switching the network corresponding to the current SIM card to the network corresponding to the other SIM card is determined according to the network parameters issued by the network corresponding to the other SIM card.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupied time resource information may include one or more of a time period, a frame number, a subframe number, a starting symbol within a subframe, a number of symbols sustained, of the pre-occupied time resource.
In some embodiments, the pre-occupation time resource information includes application information of pre-occupation time resources, which is used to instruct the terminal to switch to a network corresponding to the corresponding other SIM card for network operation 。
The sending unit 53 sends the resource scheduling information to the terminal, so that the terminal determines whether to switch to the corresponding network corresponding to the other SIM card on the pre-occupied time resource when sending each QoS flow according to the resource scheduling information.
