The sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with the novel structure is essentially formed by mixing CMC acid and CMC. The preparation method comprises spraying dilute hydrochloric acid on the surface of CMC to acidify the surface of CMC, and drying to obtain CMC acid and CMC in a certain proportion.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of energy materials, relates to a method for manufacturing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with a novel structure.
Background
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose (hereinafter abbreviated as CMC) is a multifunctional polymer compound obtained by chemically modifying natural cellulose, and is widely used in the fields of food, medicine, textile and the like, and is called as "industrial monosodium glutamate". CMC can be dissolved in water to obviously enhance the viscosity of the solution and has the excellent functions of thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, protecting colloid and the like. At present, a water medium method and a solvent method are commonly adopted for producing CMC, the former method has simple equipment, but water is difficult to conduct heat and the permeability of the water in cellulose is poor, so that the etherification process is insufficient, and the finally obtained CMC product has poor quality and higher salt content and water content; the home and abroad high-quality CMC is prepared by adopting a solvent method, and the organic solvent has the advantages of fast heat and mass transfer, less side reaction, short production period and high product quality. However, both main processes are cellulose alkalization, then etherification of the alkali cellulose, and finally subsequent treatment. The main raw materials comprise a cellulose raw material, a catalyst, an alkalizer, an etherifying agent and the like.
CN103755816A discloses a preparation method of sodium carboxymethylcellulose. The sodium carboxymethylcellulose is prepared by a semi-dry process of an organic solvent, and wood pulp or paper pulp is used as a raw material, and the method comprises the following steps: alkalization reaction: carrying out an alkalization reaction on the raw materials and sodium hydroxide by taking water as a medium to obtain alkali cellulose; and (3) etherification reaction: carrying out etherification reaction on the alkali cellulose and monochloroacetic acid to obtain a sodium carboxymethylcellulose crude product; neutralizing and washing: neutralizing the crude sodium carboxymethylcellulose in an aqueous alcohol solution, and washing in alcohol; and (3) drying treatment: drying, crushing and sieving the obtained solid substance to obtain the sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
The above-mentioned technology has the problems of low product substitution degree, complex process conditions and high cost in terms of process method, and from the preparation point of view, the molecular weight, substitution degree and viscosity still need to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for manufacturing sodium carboxymethylcellulose with a novel structure aiming at the defects in the background technology.
The invention aims to solve the problems in the background art, adopts the following technical scheme, and is a manufacturing method of sodium carboxymethylcellulose with a novel structure, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
a method for preparing sodium carboxymethylcellulose with a novel structure comprises the following preparation steps:
s1 preparation of CMC: spraying dilute hydrochloric acid from the surface of CMC to acidify the surface of CMC, washing and drying to obtain CMC acid and CMC in certain proportion;
s2 acidification: paving 200 parts of CMC in an acidification room, and uniformly spraying 10-100 parts of 3-5% diluted hydrochloric acid on the surface of the CMC for acidification;
s3 washing: washing the acidified CMC with 65-75% alcohol water solution, and centrifuging to remove the solvent;
s4 drying: putting the CMC without the solvent into a drying room, drying for 1-3 hours at 60-80 ℃, and pulverizing to obtain the CMC with a novel structure.
Preferably, the operation of step S2 is performed in an acidification room.
The CMC with the novel structure is used on medical materials, so that the medical materials can keep the shape in a body for a certain period and meet the absorption or discharge requirements of the body. For example, as a healing prevention material, a base material for DDS, an absorbent suture reinforcement material, an artificial dura mater, a bone setting material, or the like; after various clinical operations such as cardiac surgery, plastic surgery, cranial neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, the healing of the trauma, the affected part and the like becomes a great problem. For example, when pain or sequelae are severe, it may be desirable to perform a dissection operation at the previously healed site. If the wound is healed, the operation on the original diseased part is difficult. The use of this new structure of CMC makes the healing prevention material more practical in order to prevent the healing of body tissues, and thus, to develop the healing prevention material. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of simple process method, low production cost and environmental friendliness.
