The present invention provides a removable assembly for fixedly attaching equipment to a pallet (not shown) to enable the equipment to be secured to the pallet and facilitate transport of the equipment. The equipment is connected to the pallet through the dismouting subassembly so that the equipment can pass through external instrument, for example fork truck, shifts to other positions to avoid damaging the equipment.
The equipment can be a large-scale operation table or a large-scale electronic instrument and the like.

The existing dismounting assembly 100 for fixing the equipment to the pallet is easy to damage the appearance of the equipment, and the dismounting process is complicated. The invention provides a dismounting assembly 100, which not only can firmly and conveniently fix equipment on a pallet through the dismounting assembly 100 but also can not influence the appearance of the equipment by arranging the mounting pieces 10 with simple structures and combining the mounting pieces for use.
The disassembly and assembly 100 includes a mounting member 10. The number of the mounting members 10 is at least two, and the two mounting members 10 are symmetrically arranged along the bottom of the equipment, namely, mirror-symmetrically arranged along the center line of the bottom of the equipment, so that the equipment can be limited to slide along a second direction, such as the Y direction shown in fig. 3 or 4. Of course, the second direction may be other directions obliquely arranged in the second direction.
The mounting 10 includes a connecting portion 11 and a fixing portion 12. The connecting portion 11 is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 12. The connection part 11 is used for connecting to equipment; the fixing portion 12 is for fixing to a pallet. The mounting member 10 is connected to the equipment at the location of the foot pad 202 by the connecting portion 11 and the equipment is connected to the pallet by the fixing portion 12.
In one embodiment, the connecting portion 11 has a substantially square sheet-like structure, and a sliding groove 111 and a stopper groove 112 communicating with the sliding groove 111 are formed in the middle. The sliding groove 111 and the limiting groove 112 form a substantially L-shaped groove structure, and the opening of the sliding groove 111 penetrates the edge of the connecting part 11, so that the foot pad 202 can slide in along the opening of the sliding groove 111. The width of the limiting groove 112 is matched with the size of the foot pad 202 to limit the movement of the foot pad 202 along the sliding-in direction of the sliding groove 111. With such an arrangement, the foot pad 202 can slide into the limiting groove 112 conveniently, and the movement of the foot pad 202 along the first direction can be correspondingly limited, such as the X direction shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4. Of course, in other embodiments, the first direction may be another direction inclined from the X direction.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the sliding groove 111 and the limiting groove 112 may be communicated with each other, and the structural shape formed therebetween is not specifically limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the sliding direction of the foot pad 202 in the sliding groove 111 is a first direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the angle between the first direction and the second direction may be any angle between 0 ° and 180 ° (excluding 0 ° and 180 °), that is, the resolving direction of the second direction must be a resolving direction perpendicular to the first direction.

The fixing portion 12 is substantially plate-shaped and is provided in parallel with the connecting portion 11. The fixing portion 12 is provided with a screw hole 121. The threaded holes 121 are used for the threaded fasteners to pass through and fix the fixing portion 12 to the pallet. The supporting portion 13 is disposed between the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12, and is bent relative to the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12. In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 13 is vertically provided between the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12. The support part 13 provides a certain height difference between the connection part 11 and the fixing part 12 so that the equipment can be supported to the pallet by the mounting member 10.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the supporting portion 13 may be disposed between the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12 at an angle other than an angle, as long as the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12 can be connected and supported.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12 are arranged in parallel and offset, that is, the projections of the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12 relative to the same plane are not overlapped, so that the foot pad 202 vertically located right below the connecting portion 11 has a certain placing space, and the supporting portion 13 connected therebetween has the triangular extending portion 131, thereby being capable of improving the supporting strength between the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the mounting machine console shown in fig. 7 after the main body 201 and the locking element 14 are fixed; fig. 10 is an enlarged schematic view of the mounting machine station of fig. 9 at B.
In one embodiment, when the mounting member 10 is interconnected to the device via the foot pad 202, the connecting portion 11 of the mounting member 10 directly contacts the bottom surface of the device. In order to avoid mutual wear between the bottom of the device and the connecting portion 11 during handling, the mounting 10 also comprises a locking member 14. The locking member 14 is used to lift and hold the device. Correspondingly, the connecting portion 11 is opened with a locking hole 113. The locking member 14 extends into the locking hole 113 from the side of the connecting portion 11 remote from the device and cooperates to lift the device until the foot pad 202 abuts the connecting portion 11 to release the bottom of the device from contact with the connecting portion 11, thereby locking the device to the connecting portion 11.
With this arrangement, the abutting force between the locking member 14 and the bottom of the device and the abutting force between the foot pad 202 and the connecting portion 11 form two opposite directions of tensile force, thereby enabling stable connection between the device and the connecting portion 11.
Optionally, the locking member 14 is a hex bolt. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the locking member 14 may be other rod-shaped members as long as it can be engaged with the locking hole 113 and used to lift the device.
Preferably, in order to enable the locking member 14 to smoothly lift the device, the locking holes 113 are opened at opposite sides of the sliding groove 111 and are two in number.
In order to allow the disassembling and assembling device 100 to stably connect the equipment to the pallet, and considering that the bottom of the equipment has a certain width, the number of the installation members 10 correspondingly provided to the bottom of the equipment is four. The four mounting members 10 are provided at four corners of the apparatus in mirror symmetry, respectively, to prevent a toppling of one side of the apparatus. So configured, the mounting member 10 restricts the relative position between the equipment and the pallet in the first direction and the second direction, and fixes the equipment to the pallet.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the arrangement position and arrangement mode of the mounting member 10 can be set according to actual requirements.
