3) controlling the output rod of the second cylinder 35 to extend out, driving the top plate 36 to push the inner cup 4 upwards, deforming the inner cup 4 out of the cup edge 41 in the edge pressing groove 231, simultaneously starting the notching motor 233, cutting the cup edge 41 into a notch 411 by the notching knife 233, and cutting the bottom of the outer cup 5 into a cross-shaped square notch 51 by the cutting edge knife 361 when the top plate 36 pushes the outer cup 5 upwards;
4) the translation motor 21 controls the two racks 22 to be separated, the pressing edge mold 23 does not block the inner cup 4 from moving any more, at the moment, the output rod of the second air cylinder 35 continues to extend out, and the inner cup 4 and the outer cup 5 are pushed onto the cup mold 11;
Wherein the second step comprises
1) Punching the paper tape into cup bottoms one by using a bottom punching mechanism, and bonding the punched cup bottoms on the inner wall of the bottom of the inner cup 4 through a cup bottom gluing component;
2) the punched paper tape is conveyed to the trimming device 6, slides on the sliding chute 61, is cut into small sections with equal distance by the second cutting knife 64, and is cut into narrower rim charge paper pieces 52 by the first cutting knife 63;
3) the cut scrap paper pieces 52 are transferred to a storage rack by a vacuum suction head 62 to be stacked and stored;
wherein the third step comprises

3) the two fourth air cylinders 742 control the clamping arms 74 to retract upwards, so that the vertical movement of the storage tray 71 is not blocked, the third air cylinders 73 are controlled to extend out, and the rim charge paper piece 52 is clamped into the square notch 51;
wherein in the fourth step, include
