Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a small-diameter automobile aluminum alloy wheel decorative cover below 6 inches, which comprises the following steps of: sawing an aluminum bar by using a common sawing machine to obtain a bar blank; step two, heating the bar stock blank to obtain a preheated bar stock blank; preheating a stamping die, and then stamping the preheated bar blank on a stamping machine to obtain a decorative cover stamping part; step four, using a numerical control lathe to process the front surface and the back surface of the stamping part of the decorative cover and the groove matched with the wheel to the size required by the drawing, and leaving small allowance fine machining allowance to obtain a machined part of the decorative cover; and fifthly, carrying out surface cleaning and paint spraying, surface turning and transparent paint spraying treatment on the machined part of the decorative cover machine to obtain a finished product of the decorative cover of the aluminum alloy wheel. The invention can effectively improve the utilization rate of materials, reduce the material loss, save the processing time and improve the production efficiency; the product has compact and uniform surface and stable quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of decorative accessories of automobile aluminum alloy wheels, in particular to a manufacturing process of a small-diameter automobile aluminum alloy wheel decorative cover below 6 inches.
Background
At present, the blank of the wheel decorative cover is manufactured by processes of injection molding, punch forming, casting forming and the like; the surface treatment modes include surface electroplating, surface painting, surface finish polishing and the like.
For the automobile aluminum alloy wheel decorative cover with a smaller diameter (less than 6 inches), a sawing machine is generally adopted to saw a small aluminum bar, and then a numerical control lathe is used for cutting. Although the processed bar has good surface quality, the bar has fixed specification, low material utilization rate and long processing time. In the processing mode, although the material utilization rate is high, the defects of sand holes, air lines and the like on the surface of a product are more, and the surface polishing color is poor. The two processes have the disadvantages of large machining allowance, long machining time and large cutter loss; the surface quality of the product is not stable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a manufacturing process of an automobile aluminum alloy wheel decorative cover with a small diameter of less than 6 inches, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of materials, reduce the loss of the materials, save the processing time and improve the production efficiency; the product has compact and uniform surface and stable quality.

a manufacturing process of an automobile aluminum alloy wheel decorative cover with a small diameter of less than 6 inches comprises the following steps:
sawing an aluminum bar by using a common sawing machine to obtain a bar blank;
step two, heating the bar stock blank to obtain a preheated bar stock blank;
preheating a stamping die, and then stamping the preheated bar blank on a stamping machine to obtain a decorative cover stamping part;
step four, processing the front surface and the back surface of the decorative cover stamping part subjected to punch forming and the groove matched with the wheel to the dimensions required by the drawing by using a numerical control lathe to obtain a machined part of the decorative cover;
and fifthly, carrying out surface cleaning and paint spraying, surface turning and transparent paint spraying treatment on the machined part of the decorative cover machine to obtain a finished product of the decorative cover of the aluminum alloy wheel.
Preferably, the aluminum rod is a 6061 or 6063 aluminum alloy small aluminum rod, the diameter of the bar blank is 35mm, and the length of the bar blank is 37 mm.
Preferably, the second step is to heat the bar blank in a heating box, the temperature is controlled to be 400 +/-5 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 15-20 min.
Preferably, the preheating temperature of the stamping die in the third step is 250-300 ℃.
Preferably, the punch press is a 250-300T punch press.

Preferably, the bright surface of the surface is machined by clamping and positioning a fan-shaped clamp and machining a PCD blade at the rotating speed of 1200-1500r/min, the Z-axis feeding amount of 0.10-0.150 mm and the X-axis feeding amount of 0.1-0.150 mm.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in FIG. 1, taking the D60X 25 (model C-798) automobile aluminum alloy wheel decorative cover as an example, the manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
1. material selection and sawing
(1) In the embodiment, a 6061 or 6063 aluminum alloy small aluminum rod is selected as a sawing material, and the components (%) of the material by weight are as follows
The material is a bar stock with a diameter of 35 mm.
(2) Sawing, namely sawing the aluminum bar by using a common sawing machine according to the length of 37mm to obtain a bar blank 1 with the mass of about 96 g. As shown in fig. 2.
2. Mold design
And (5) designing and developing a stamping die according to the shape of the decorative cover.
3. Heating of bar stock blanks
And (3) heating the bar blank 1 in a heating box, controlling the temperature to be 400 +/-5 ℃, and keeping the temperature for about 15-20 min.
4. Stamping
The stamping die is preheated to 250-300 ℃, so that the stamping deformation of the workpiece in the stamping process can be more sufficient and complete. A 250-300T punch is selected, the stamping top die is lifted to the height of 250-350 mm, the bar blank 1 preheated in the heating and insulating box is placed at the center of the stamping die within 3s, the stamping top die is lowered at the speed of 50-60 mm/s, and when the distance between the stamping top die and the bar blank 1 is 10-15 mm, the stamping top die is lowered at the speed of 30-40 mm/s, so that the phenomenon that the stamping top die is too high in speed and the bar blank 1 is cracked due to deformation is avoided; and after the stamping top die and the stamping bottom die are tightly folded and kept for 2-3 s, raising the stamping top die to the height of 250-350 mm at the speed of 50-60 mm/s, and taking out the decorative cover stamping part 2 to obtain the decorative cover stamping part 2 shown in the figure 3, wherein the diameter of the decorative cover stamping part 2 is 61.8mm, and the length of the decorative cover stamping part is 26.4 mm. The process can ensure that the shape and the size of the workpiece after stamping deformation can obtain sufficient stability.
5. Turning process
And (3) processing the front surface and the back surface of the stamping part 2 of the decorative cover and the groove matched with the wheel to the size required by the drawing by using a numerical control lathe, and leaving a small allowance of fine finishing allowance to obtain the machined part 3 of the decorative cover shown in figure 4, wherein the diameter is 60mm, and the length is 25 mm.
6. Surface cleaning spray paint
(1) The method comprises the following steps of performing a coating process on a machined part 3 of the decorative cover with qualified shape, size and appearance, and cleaning the machined part firstly, wherein the process comprises the following steps: degreasing, washing, surface conditioning, pure water washing, passivation, pure water washing and drying.
(2) Then, according to the design and development color requirements of the decorative cover, spraying colored paint on the decorative cover, and curing the colored paint; controlling the temperature in the furnace to be 150-.
7. Watch surface (Fine processing)
Clamping and positioning by using a fan-shaped clamp, carrying out bright surface turning on the surface, wherein a PCD blade is used for processing in the bright surface turning process, the rotating speed is 1200 + 1500r/min, the Z-axis feeding amount is 0.10-0.150 mm, and the X-axis feeding amount is 0.1-0.150 mm.
8. Spraying transparent paint

The invention takes the aluminum alloy bar as the base material, adopts the manufacturing methods of one-time hot stamping forming, bright surface after coating and the like, has low cost, saves materials, reduces the processing time, has high qualification rate and beautiful color, is integrated with the state of the wheel, overcomes the defects of the traditional casting forming, stamping forming and injection molding, and adds fashionable and beautiful aesthetic feeling to the automobile.

sawing an aluminum bar by using a common sawing machine to obtain a bar blank;
step two, heating the bar stock blank to obtain a preheated bar stock blank;
preheating a stamping die, and then stamping the preheated bar blank on a stamping machine to obtain a decorative cover stamping part;
step four, using a numerical control lathe to process the front surface and the back surface of the stamping part of the decorative cover and the groove matched with the wheel to the size required by the drawing, and leaving small allowance fine machining allowance to obtain a machined part of the decorative cover;
and fifthly, carrying out surface cleaning and paint spraying, surface turning and transparent paint spraying treatment on the machined part of the decorative cover machine to obtain a finished product of the decorative cover of the aluminum alloy wheel.
