The invention discloses a novel kitchen waste treatment process flow, which comprises the following steps: s1, automatically feeding, namely feeding kitchen waste into a heating device by using a feeding system; s2, heating, namely heating the kitchen waste by using a heating device; s3, crushing and sorting, namely feeding the heated kitchen waste into a crushing and sorting system through an automatic feeding system, sorting inorganic large waste and discharging the inorganic large waste out of the system, and then crushing the inorganic large waste by using a crusher to obtain dry waste and fine organic matters; s4, sorting and press-filtering, namely filtering, dehydrating, sorting and squeezing the fine organic matters to obtain a liquid phase and organic matters; s5, organic matter treatment; s6, liquid phase treatment; s7, treating wastewater; and S8, processing the grease. The kitchen waste treatment process flow is simple, the oil extraction process for kitchen waste treatment is added, the load of discharged sewage on a sewage treatment system is greatly reduced, energy is saved, gain is increased, and the organic matter extraction amount and the recovery rate are greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of kitchen waste treatment, in particular to a novel kitchen waste treatment process flow.
Background
At present, the kitchen waste is reclaimed mostly by landfill, but with the increasing quantity of the waste, the disadvantage of the landfill gradually appears; at present, some kitchen waste harmless treatment modes mainly comprise crushing, drying and pressing to form dry waste with small volume, and a plurality of modes such as methane manufacturing are carried out on the waste through microorganisms, but the existing kitchen waste treatment modes cannot remove inorganic matters in the kitchen waste, and secondly, the existing kitchen waste treatment modes have no grease extraction function, so that the grease content in discharged sewage is too high, and in addition, the waste cannot be fully recycled, so that a novel kitchen waste treatment process flow is provided.

s1, automatically feeding, namely feeding kitchen waste into a heating device by using a feeding system;

s3, crushing and sorting, namely feeding the heated kitchen waste into a crushing and sorting system through an automatic feeding system, sorting inorganic large waste and discharging the inorganic large waste out of the system, and then crushing the inorganic large waste by using a crusher to obtain dry waste and fine organic matters;
s4, sorting and press-filtering, namely filtering, dehydrating, sorting and squeezing the fine organic matters to obtain a liquid phase and organic matters;
s5, processing organic matters, and preparing a corrosive acid organic fertilizer through a hydrothermal oxidation system;
s6, liquid phase treatment, namely pumping the obtained liquid phase into a three-phase centrifugal device through a delivery pump for separation to obtain crude oil and wastewater;
s7, treating the wastewater, namely decomposing and deodorizing the wastewater obtained in the step S6 by grease, precipitating and filtering the wastewater to reach the discharge standard and then directly discharging the wastewater;
and S8, treating the grease, namely putting the grease obtained in the step S6 into a grease fine filtration system for fine filtration, and storing for sale.
Preferably, the heating in the step S2 can enhance the material fluidity, improve the sorting and filter-pressing effect of the subsequent process, and simultaneously can prevent the material from solidifying when the temperature is too low.
Preferably, the diameter of the fine organic matter obtained after crushing in the step S3 is not more than 5 cm.
Preferably, a ram press is used for sorting and pressing the fine organic matter in the step S4.
Preferably, the three-phase centrifugal apparatus in step S6 includes a heating tank, a three-phase centrifuge, a transfer pump, and the like.
Preferably, the precipitation and filtration in step S7 include a primary precipitation filtration and a secondary precipitation filtration, and both the primary precipitation filtration and the secondary precipitation filtration belong to biochemical treatment processes.
The invention provides a kitchen waste treatment process flow, which comprises the steps of firstly collecting kitchen waste, then conveying the collected kitchen waste to a waste treatment plant, feeding the kitchen waste into a heating device by using an automatic feeding system for heating, enhancing the material fluidity by using the heating device, improving the sorting and filter-pressing effect of the subsequent process, simultaneously preventing the material from solidifying at the low temperature, then feeding the heated kitchen waste into a crushing and sorting system by using an automatic feeding system, sorting inorganic large waste and discharging the inorganic large waste out of the system, then crushing by using a crusher to obtain dry waste and fine organic matters, wherein the diameter of the fine organic matters obtained after crushing is not more than 5cm, then filtering, dehydrating, sorting and squeezing the fine organic matters by using a plunger type presser to obtain a liquid phase and organic matters, pumping the liquid phase into a three-phase centrifugal device by using a conveying pump for separation, the method comprises the steps of obtaining crude oil and wastewater, firstly carrying out oil decomposition and deodorization on the wastewater, then carrying out multi-stage precipitation and filtration on the wastewater, enabling the wastewater to reach the discharge standard and directly discharge, pumping the crude oil into an oil fine filtration system through a delivery pump for fine filtration, storing and selling the obtained oil after the fine filtration, and being simple in the whole process flow.

s1, automatically feeding, namely feeding kitchen waste into a heating device by using a feeding system;
s2, heating, namely heating the kitchen waste by using a heating device;
s3, crushing and sorting, namely feeding the heated kitchen waste into a crushing and sorting system through an automatic feeding system, sorting inorganic large waste and discharging the inorganic large waste out of the system, and then crushing the inorganic large waste by using a crusher to obtain dry waste and fine organic matters;
s4, sorting and press-filtering, namely filtering, dehydrating, sorting and squeezing the fine organic matters to obtain a liquid phase and organic matters;
s5, processing organic matters, and preparing a corrosive acid organic fertilizer through a hydrothermal oxidation system;
s6, liquid phase treatment, namely pumping the obtained liquid phase into a three-phase centrifugal device through a delivery pump for separation to obtain crude oil and wastewater;
s7, treating the wastewater, namely decomposing and deodorizing the wastewater obtained in the step S6 by grease, precipitating and filtering the wastewater to reach the discharge standard and then directly discharging the wastewater;
and S8, treating the grease, namely putting the grease obtained in the step S6 into a grease fine filtration system for fine filtration, and storing for sale.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the heating in the step S2 can enhance the material fluidity, improve the sorting and filter-pressing effect of the subsequent process, and simultaneously prevent the material from solidifying at too low temperature.

s3, crushing and sorting, namely feeding the heated kitchen waste into a crushing and sorting system through an automatic feeding system, sorting inorganic large waste and discharging the inorganic large waste out of the system, and then crushing the inorganic large waste by using a crusher to obtain dry waste and fine organic matters;
s4, sorting and press-filtering, namely filtering, dehydrating, sorting and squeezing the fine organic matters to obtain a liquid phase and organic matters;
s5, processing organic matters, and preparing a corrosive acid organic fertilizer through a hydrothermal oxidation system;
s6, liquid phase treatment, namely pumping the obtained liquid phase into a three-phase centrifugal device through a delivery pump for separation to obtain crude oil and wastewater;
s7, treating the wastewater, namely decomposing and deodorizing the wastewater obtained in the step S6 by grease, precipitating and filtering the wastewater to reach the discharge standard and then directly discharging the wastewater;
and S8, treating the grease, namely putting the grease obtained in the step S6 into a grease fine filtration system for fine filtration, and storing for sale.

The novel kitchen waste treatment process flow according to claim 1, characterized in that: the heating in the step S2 can enhance the material fluidity, improve the sorting and filter-pressing effect of the subsequent process, and simultaneously can prevent the material from solidifying when the temperature is too low.
3. The novel kitchen waste treatment process flow according to claim 1, characterized in that: the diameter of the fine organic matter obtained after crushing in the step S3 is not more than 5 cm.
