A method of loading a drilling tool for an oil drilling rig, the method comprising the steps of:

(2) The drill rod lifter of the petroleum drilling machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the hydraulic winch, the clamping oil cylinder, the supporting oil cylinder, the amplitude-changing oil cylinder and the inclination-adjusting oil cylinder are matched to work, the automatic conveying of the drilling tool from the catwalk to the wellhead is realized, the conveying efficiency of the drilling tool is improved, the conveying cost of the drilling tool is saved, and the drilling tool has fewer faults and high efficiency in the production process.
(3) The oil rig drill rod hoister adopts a modular design, facilitates storage, storage and transportation of the drill rod hoister, and greatly reduces the installation and transportation requirements of the drill rod hoister. The collision dead point does not exist in the conveying process of the drilling tool, the track of the drilling tool is accurately positioned, and the device has high automation degree and high working efficiency.
(4) The drill rod lifter device is widely used, can lift various drill rods with different sizes, and is high in universality.

As shown in fig. 2-4, the pulley assembly unit module comprises a pulley frame 1-1, a long connecting rod 1-3 and a clamping part, wherein two ends of the long connecting rod 1-3 are respectively hinged with the pulley frame 1-1 and the clamping part; the two sides of the sliding frame 1-1 are respectively provided with a roller assembly 1-2, each roller assembly 1-2 at least comprises one roller, in the embodiment, 3 rollers are selected, two groups of roller assemblies 1-2 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the sliding frame 1-1, meanwhile, a rectangular guide groove 2-1 is respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two sides of the door type frame assembly 2, and the roller assemblies 1-2 on the two sides of the sliding frame 1-1 can roll along the guide groove 2-1. One end of the long connecting rod 1-3 is connected with the middle part of the sliding frame 1-1, the other side is connected with the rear side of the clamping part, one side of the sliding frame 1-1 is provided with a variable amplitude oil cylinder 1-9, one end of the variable amplitude oil cylinder 1-9 is hinged with the middle part of the upper end of the sliding frame 1-1, one end of the long connecting rod 1-3 below the joint of the long connecting rod 1-3 and the sliding frame 1-1 is hinged with one end of the short connecting rod 1-11, and the other end of the variable amplitude oil cylinder 1-9 is hinged with the other end of the short connecting rod 1-11. A method of loading a drilling tool for an oil drilling rig, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, installing the pulley assembly unit module 1, the portal frame assembly 2, the pull rod assembly 3, the steel wire rope 4, the pulley component 5 and the winch 6, putting the pulley assembly unit module, the portal frame assembly, the pull rod assembly 3, the steel wire rope 4, the pulley component 5 and the winch 6 in place at a well site, and conveying the drilling tool, namely the drilling rod, to a ramp from the catwalk.
S2, the pulley assembly unit module 1 stands by at the initial position, at the moment, the pulley assembly unit module 1 is positioned at the uppermost end (about 26-27m higher than the drilling platform surface) of the portal frame assembly 2, the amplitude-variable oil cylinder 1-9 is completely retracted, the inclination-adjusting oil cylinder 1-12 is completely extended, and the supporting oil cylinder 1-8 and the clamping oil cylinder 1-4 are completely retracted.
S3, a winch 6 rotates, a pulley assembly unit module 1 moves downwards, meanwhile, an amplitude-variable oil cylinder 1-9 extends out, an inclination-adjusting oil cylinder 1-12 contracts, and finally a clamp connecting frame 1-6 is parallel to a drill rod 7 on a ramp, the centers of supporting clamps 1-7 and clamping clamps 1-5 are concentric with the drill rod 7, whether the positions are concentric or not is judged through an ultrasonic sensor, the supporting clamps 1-7 and the clamping clamps 1-5 clamp the drill rod 7, whether the supporting clamps 1-7 and the clamping clamps 1-5 clamp the drill rod 7 or not is detected through a pressure sensor, and the clamping positions of the supporting clamps 1-7 are close to the joint position of the drill rod 7.
S4, the winch 6 rotates, the pulley assembly unit module 1 moves upwards relative to the portal frame assembly 2, meanwhile, the pressure of the inclination adjusting oil cylinders 1-12 is released, when the lower end of the drill rod 7 leaves a ramp, the pressure of the inclination adjusting oil cylinders 1-12 is recovered, the pulley assembly unit module 1 moves upwards until the lower end of the drill rod 7 is higher than the surface of the drill floor, the amplitude changing oil cylinders 1-9 extend out, the inclination adjusting oil cylinders 1-12 extend out, the drill rod 7 is guaranteed to be concentric with the center of the rat hole, and the amplitude changing oil cylinders 1-9 and the inclination adjusting oil cylinders 1-12 are locked.
S5, the winch 6 rotates, the pulley assembly unit module 1 moves downwards relative to the portal frame assembly 2, the drill rod 7 is placed at the designated position of the mousehole, and when the two clamping tongs of the power mousehole clamp and suspend the drill rod 7, the elevator supporting oil cylinders 1-8 and the clamping oil cylinders 1-4 are completely retracted, namely the supporting tongs 1-7 and the clamping tongs 1-5 release the clamping of the drill rod 7.
S6, the pulley assembly unit module 1 moves upwards relative to the portal frame assembly 2 to a position above the drill floor (3-4 m higher than the drill floor) and returns to the S2 state; after the next drill rod 7 reaches the ramp, repeating the steps S3-S4, and clamping the next drill rod 7;
s7, the winch 6 rotates, the pulley assembly unit module 1 moves downwards relative to the portal frame assembly unit module 2, after the upper drill rod 7 and the lower drill rod 7 are in butt joint, the clamping oil cylinder 1-4 retracts completely after the iron roughneck extends in place, and after the iron roughneck finishes buckling, the clamping oil cylinder 1-4 extends out, and the clamping tongs 1-5 clamp the drill rods 7.
S8, after the iron roughneck exits a certain distance and the power rat hole loosens the clamping, the winch 6 rotates, the pulley assembly unit module 1 moves upwards to a designated position (about 26-27m higher than the drilling platform surface) relative to the portal frame assembly 2, the amplitude-variable oil cylinders 1-9 extend out and the inclination-adjusting oil cylinders 1-12 retract, the drill rod 7 is sent to the top drive, the drill rod 7 is guaranteed to be concentric with the center of the well hole, after the top drive elevator tightly holds the drill rod 7, the clamping oil cylinders 1-4 and the supporting oil cylinders 1-8 retract, the supporting pincers 1-7 and the clamping pincers 1-5 are both opened, and the pulley assembly unit module returns to the S2 state.
