grouting holes (10) are formed in one side, close to the fireproof steel plate (2), of each angle steel (6); the clamping groove (8) and the grouting hole (10) are arranged in a penetrating and communicating type structure; one end of the connecting bolt (4) close to the concrete protective layer (1) is provided with a short rib, and the short rib is connected to the main steel bar of the inner steel bar frame (7) in a welding mode; the angle steel (6) is fixedly connected with the clamping piece (9) in a grouting manner;
the outer surface of the buffer layer (31) is wrapped with a rubber layer (36); nitrogen is filled between the rubber layer (36) and the buffer layer (31);
a cavity (37) is formed in the rubber layer (36); cellular buffer cotton is filled in the cavity (37);
the honeycomb-shaped buffer cotton is made of a water absorption material, each honeycomb hole of the honeycomb-shaped buffer cotton is not communicated with each other, a film is adhered to the inner wall of each honeycomb hole, nitrogen and dry powder are filled in each honeycomb hole, and the honeycomb holes are in a high-pressure state.
