When judging that a user carries an intelligent terminal 602, a first result signal and position information are sent to the mobile terminal 601 through a connection signal and the position information of the mobile terminal 601 is received so as to search the mobile terminal 601 through a navigation function, the mobile terminal 601 sends self position information to the intelligent terminal 602 and calculates the distance (assuming that the distance is 7m) between the two according to the position information of the intelligent terminal 602, then the required time (7s) of answering the call of the user is calculated according to the distance (7m) and the average speed (assuming that the average speed is 1m/s) of the user, the waiting time is set according to the required time, the waiting time comprises the required time (setting the waiting time to be 20s), and when the ringing time exceeds 7s (preset answering time) and does not exceed 14s (the sum of the preset answering time and the required time), the calling party mobile terminal 601 transmits the distance (7m) and the waiting time (20s) to the calling party mobile terminal 603; when the ringing time exceeds 14s (the sum of the preset answering time and the required time) and does not reach 27s (the sum of the preset answering time and the waiting time), the mobile terminal 601 forwards the incoming call to the intelligent terminal 602; when the ringing time exceeds 27s (the sum of the preset answering time and the waiting time), the mobile terminal 601 of the calling party prompts the mobile terminal 603 of the calling party to leave a message, and the message is recorded and displayed, so that the purposes of enabling a user to answer the call in time and saving the waiting time of the calling party are achieved.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal or an intelligent terminal according to the present invention. The mobile terminal or smart terminal comprises a processor 51 and a memory 52 coupled to the processor.
The memory 52 stores program instructions for implementing the call method of any of the above.
The processor 51 is configured to execute the program instructions stored in the memory 52.
The processor 51 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 51 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 51 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 52 may be a memory bank, a TF card, etc., and may store all information in the mobile terminal, including input raw data, computer programs, intermediate operation results, and final operation results, which are stored in the storage. It stores and retrieves information based on the location specified by the controller. With the memory, the mobile terminal has a memory function and can work normally. The memory in the mobile terminal can be classified into a main memory (internal memory) and an auxiliary memory (external memory) according to the purpose of use, and also into an external memory and an internal memory. The external memory is usually a magnetic medium, an optical disk, or the like, and can store information for a long period of time. The memory refers to a storage component on the main board, which is used for storing data and programs currently being executed, but is only used for temporarily storing the programs and the data, and the data is lost when the power is turned off or the power is cut off.
The mobile terminal or the intelligent terminal further includes other devices, which have the same functions as other devices and functions in the mobile terminal or the intelligent terminal in the prior art, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a storage medium according to the present invention. The storage medium of the present application stores a program file 61 capable of implementing all the above-mentioned call methods, where the program file 61 may be stored in the storage medium in the form of a software product, and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. The aforementioned storage device includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, or terminal devices, such as a computer, a server, a mobile phone, and a tablet.

Claims (10)

1. A mobile terminal conversation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal receives an incoming call of a calling party;
when the calling time exceeds the preset answering time, the mobile terminal detects whether to establish connection with the intelligent terminal; and
and correspondingly forwarding the incoming call to the intelligent terminal according to the detected condition.
2. The mobile terminal communication method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of detecting whether to establish a connection with the intelligent terminal when the call time of the mobile terminal exceeds a preset answering time, the mobile terminal communication method further comprises:
if the connection with the intelligent terminal is established, the mobile terminal detects whether a user carries the intelligent terminal;
and if the intelligent terminal is carried, the mobile terminal transfers the incoming call to the intelligent terminal.
3. The mobile terminal communication method according to claim 2, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises, after detecting whether the user carries the intelligent terminal:
if the intelligent terminal is carried, the mobile terminal acquires position information of the mobile terminal and position information of the intelligent terminal and calculates to obtain a distance between the mobile terminal and the intelligent terminal;
obtaining the time required by the user to answer the phone according to the distance; and
and when the calling time does not exceed the required time, sending the distance and the waiting time set according to the required time to a calling party.
4. The mobile terminal communication method according to claim 3, wherein the deriving the time required for the user to answer the call according to the distance comprises:
setting waiting time according to the required time;
when the calling time exceeds the required time and the waiting time is not reached, the mobile terminal forwards the incoming call to the intelligent terminal;
when the calling time exceeds the waiting time, the mobile terminal prompts a calling party to leave a message; and
and the mobile terminal displays the message.
5. The mobile terminal communication method according to claim 2, wherein the detecting, by the mobile terminal, whether the user carries the intelligent terminal if the connection is established comprises:
the mobile terminal sends a first request signal to the intelligent terminal; and
when the mobile terminal receives a first result signal from the intelligent terminal, the mobile terminal judges that a user carries the intelligent terminal;
when the mobile terminal receives a second result signal from the intelligent terminal, the mobile terminal judges that the user does not carry the intelligent terminal;
the mobile terminal prompts the calling party to leave a message; and
and the mobile terminal displays the message.
6. The mobile terminal communication method according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal establishes a connection with the intelligent terminal, and the connection mode includes: one or any combination of Bluetooth network technology, Near Field Communication (NFC), Ultra Wideband (UWB), Wi-Fi and ZigBee network technology.
7. An intelligent terminal conversation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the intelligent terminal receives a connection signal from the mobile terminal;
the intelligent terminal outputs a first result signal and position information to the mobile terminal when receiving the first request signal; or
Outputting a second result signal to the mobile terminal;
the intelligent terminal receives the position information of the mobile terminal; and
and the intelligent terminal receives an incoming call forwarding request of the mobile terminal.
8. A mobile terminal comprising a memory and a processor coupled to each other, wherein,
the memory is used for storing program instructions for implementing the mobile terminal conversation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
the processor is configured to execute the program instructions stored by the memory.
9. An intelligent terminal, comprising a memory and a processor connected to each other, wherein,
the memory is used for storing program instructions for implementing the intelligent terminal conversation method according to claim 7;
the processor is configured to execute the program instructions stored by the memory.
10. A storage medium storing a program file executable to implement the mobile terminal talking method according to any one of claims 1-6;
the program file can be executed to implement the intelligent terminal conversation method according to claim 7.
