In this scheme, after acquiring the current operation condition of the sweeper, the control unit 100 can automatically judge the operation mode of the sweeper that needs to be started currently, and send an adjustment control instruction according to the requirement of the current operation mode, so that each specific execution element can be adjusted quickly, the operation mode most suitable for the current road surface to be cleaned is automatically selected, the adaptability is high, the road surface cleaning operation efficiency is improved, the operation energy consumption is reduced, and the sweeper can be adapted to various working conditions freely and quickly.
In a further embodiment as shown in fig. 1, the system further comprises a detection unit 300, the detection unit 300 is connected with the control unit 100, the detection unit 300 comprises a vision sensor 310, a vehicle speed sensor 320, a temperature sensor 330 and a liquid level sensor 340;
the vision sensor 310 is used for detecting the pollution degree of the road surface; the road surface pollution degree comprises a conventional clean road condition, a conventional polluted road condition, a multi-fallen road condition and a strong polluted road condition; the road pollution level is mainly determined by comparing the actual pollution value detected by the vision sensor 310 with a preset threshold value to draw a conclusion.
The vehicle speed sensor 320 is used for detecting the running vehicle speed of the sweeper; the operating vehicle speed includes a high speed and a low speed.
The temperature sensor 330 is used for detecting the ambient temperature; the ambient temperature includes ambient temperature of not less than 0 ℃ and temperature of less than zero ℃.
The liquid level sensor 340 is used for detecting the water level in the upper water tank of the sweeper, and the water level in the water tank directly reacts to be in a water state or a water shortage state.
The detection unit 300 sends the detected current operation condition of the sweeper to the control unit 100, so that the control unit 100 can quickly judge the current operation mode to be executed, and further sends an adjustment control instruction to the operation execution unit 200 to realize adjustment of each specific execution element. The detection unit 300 is configured to enable the sweeper to automatically obtain the current operation condition of the sweeper according to the four sensors, and transmit the current operation condition to the control unit 100, so as to facilitate subsequent operation mode selection and adjustment of the actuator. Under the condition of arranging the detection unit 300, the sweeper can realize full-automatic control without manual work participating in work operation adjustment. Of course, in some embodiments, the detection unit 300 may be optionally not provided, and a worker may actually judge the current working condition of the sweeper in the field and send the judged current working condition to the control unit 100, the working condition detection is manually completed, the subsequent working mode selection judgment and adjustment of the working execution unit 200 are automatically completed by a system, the automation degree is lower than that of a control system provided with a monitoring unit, but the use cost of the control system is low.
In actual work, different vehicles have different requirements on high speed and low speed when working, the high speed is judged as high speed when the vehicle speed is more than or equal to 10km/h, and the low speed is judged when the vehicle speed is less than 10 km/h. In the following embodiment, the control system has a detection unit 300, the current working condition of the sweeper detected by the detection unit 300 is used as the input judgment of the control unit 100, the adjustment control command specifically executed by each actuator is used as the output judgment, and the input judgment and the output judgment of the control unit 100 in each working mode are described in a table form. The use of the actuator reference in the table to refer to a specific component, the normal operation is "√" and the unacceptable operation is "X"; when the nozzle air duct switching mechanism 270 does not receive the operation instruction, the first fan 210 correspondingly pumps the first storage bin and the first nozzle 240; the second fan 220 corresponds to the second storage bin and the second suction nozzle 260; when the nozzle air channel switching mechanism 270 receives an operation instruction, the first fan 210 correspondingly pumps the first storage bin, the first nozzle 240, the second storage bin and the second nozzle 260; the second fan 220 corresponds to the second storage bin and the second suction nozzle 260.

In the multi-fallen-leaf road condition, the fallen leaves are mainly collected, so that the vehicle operation speed input and output relation is not limited, and only the first suction nozzle 240 is required to be increased without opening. In the fallen leaf suction and pickup working condition operation mode, the first suction nozzle 240 with a larger front part sucks and picks up the light drifting leaves, and the subsequent second suction nozzle 260 takes charge of sucking and pickup of sand and gravel sewage. As the suction disc of the conventional cleaning vehicle is about 10mm away from the ground, the leaves are difficult to feed and pick up, the suction force is influenced when the suction nozzle is opened, and the gravels cannot be effectively sucked and picked up.

When the nozzle air channel switching mechanism 270 is turned on, the first fan 210 is communicated with the storage bin where the second nozzle 260 is located, the air sucked by the second nozzle 260 is discharged through the storage bin where the second nozzle 260 is located, the air channel and the first fan 210, and the middle of the air channel is provided with a filtering device for reducing air exhaust dust. This dust collection operation mode is suitable for a road sweeper having a first fan 210, a first storage bin, a first suction nozzle 240, a second fan 220, a second storage bin, a second suction nozzle 260, an air duct connecting the second storage bin and the first fan 210, a nozzle air duct switching mechanism 270, and a filter device disposed in the air duct. When the air duct switching mechanism connects the first fan 210 and the second storage bin, the first suction nozzle 240 is closed, the second fan 220 is closed, the air flow is discharged from the first fan 210 through the air duct by the second suction nozzle 260 and the second storage bin, and then the dust is filtered out at the filter device in the air duct, so as to reduce the dust in the air exhaust.
When the air temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the pipeline parts of the vehicle are damaged by freezing in the water-carrying operation, and potential safety hazards are caused by the fact that the road surface is easy to freeze. Therefore, the temperature is lower than 0 ℃ and the dust-collecting operation is suitable. And when the clear water tank is anhydrous, can't carry out effective pressure dirt, utilize suction nozzle wind channel switching mechanism 270 for avoiding fan raise dust that airs exhaust, switch over the wind channel.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the invention also provides an automatic control method for the operation state of the sweeper, which comprises the following steps:
s100, a working condition acquisition step: the method comprises the steps that a control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper, wherein the operation condition comprises the pollution degree of a road surface, the running speed of the sweeper, the ambient temperature and the water level in an upper water tank of the sweeper;
s200, a work mode judging step: the control unit judges the current operation mode of the sweeper after acquiring the current operation condition of the sweeper, wherein the operation mode comprises high-speed operation, conventional low-speed cleaning operation, fallen leaf suction working condition operation, dust collection operation and strong polluted road working condition operation;
s300, adjusting the operation execution element: after judging the current operation mode of the sweeper, the control sheet sends an adjustment control instruction to the operation execution unit;
after receiving the adjustment control instruction sent by the control unit, the operation execution unit adjusts the operation state of the corresponding execution element according to the control instruction, wherein the operation state of the execution element comprises the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a first fan, the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a second fan, the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a sweeping disc, the opening and closing of a first suction nozzle, the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle, the opening and closing of a second suction nozzle, the opening and closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and the opening and closing.

the method comprises the following steps of turning off a first fan, operating a second fan at a middle rotating speed, operating a sweeping disc at a low rotating speed, turning off a first suction nozzle, keeping the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle unchanged, turning on the second suction nozzle, turning off a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism, and operating a water pump;
and the first fan power is greater than the second fan power.
In a specific embodiment, when the control unit obtains that the current operation condition of the sweeper is: judging that the current operation mode is the operation under the fallen leaf suction working condition when the road condition with multiple fallen leaves and the environmental temperature are not lower than 0 ℃ and water exists in the water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-speed operation of a first fan, high-speed operation of a second fan, high-speed operation of a sweeping disc, operation of a first suction nozzle, increase of feeding opening of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 3-4, in this embodiment, the large fan 16 corresponds to the large suction cup 14 and can drive the large suction cup 14 to suck the garbage into the large garbage bin 18, and the small fan 17 corresponds to the small suction cup 15 and can drive the small suction cup 15 to suck the garbage into the small garbage bin 19; the sweeping plate 230 is arranged at the foremost end, and the semi-enclosed high-pressure cleaning device 13, the large suction cup 14 and the small suction cup 15 are arranged behind the sweeping plate 230.
It should be noted that the large fan 16 corresponds to the first fan 210 of the above-mentioned embodiment, the small fan 17 corresponds to the second fan 220 of the above-mentioned embodiment, the large suction cup 14 corresponds to the first suction nozzle 240 of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the small suction cup 15 corresponds to the second suction nozzle 260 of the above-mentioned embodiment.
In order to meet different working condition requirements, the invention provides four operation modes, and can improve the working efficiency of the road sweeping cleaning vehicle.
In the first operation state, the sweeping disk 230 is opened, and the sweeping disk 230 is used for collecting garbage; starting a semi-surrounding cleaning device, wherein the semi-surrounding cleaning device is used for collecting dust; the large suction cup 14 is started, and the large fan 16 drives the large suction cup 14 to suck the garbage or the dust into the large garbage bin 18; and the small suction cup 15 is started, and the small fan 17 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck the residual garbage into the small garbage bin 19.
Under the first state, the suction route of the internal operation of the road cleaning vehicle is shown in fig. 5, two fans drive two suckers to work, the working speed can be improved to the maximum degree, and the road cleaning vehicle is suitable for being used in high-speed operation.
In the second operation state, the large suction cup 14 is opened, the front rubber plate is opened for sucking and picking up light drifts such as leaves, the small suction cup 15 is opened, and the small fan 17 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck gravels and sewage into the small garbage bin 19.
In the second state, the suction path of the operation inside the road cleaning vehicle is shown in fig. 6, the large suction cup 14 is opened for sucking light drifting objects such as leaves, the small suction cup 15 is opened, and the small fan 17 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck gravels and sewage on the road surface.
In a third operating state, the semi-enclosed high-pressure cleaning device 13 is closed, the large suction cup 14 is closed, the small fan 17 is closed, the small suction cup 15 is opened, and the large fan 16 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck dust and garbage into the small garbage bin 19.
In the third operation state, the suction route of the operation inside the road cleaning vehicle is shown in fig. 7, the large suction cup 14 and the small blower 17 are not opened, the small suction cup 15 is driven by the large blower 16 only, and the garbage is sucked into the small garbage bin 19 for sucking dust and garbage.
In a fourth operation state, the sweeping disc 230 is opened, the rotating speed of the sweeping disc 230 is set to be medium or low, the sweeping disc 230 is used for collecting the garbage, the large suction cup 14 is opened, and the large fan 16 drives the large suction cup 14 to suck the garbage or dust into the large garbage bin 18; and the small suction cup 15 is started, and the small fan 17 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck the residual garbage into the small garbage bin 19.
In the fourth operation state, the suction path of the operation inside the road cleaning vehicle is shown in fig. 8-9, the large fan 16 or the small fan 17 is selected to be turned on according to the road condition, the large fan 16 drives the large suction cup 14 to suck the garbage into the large garbage bin 18, and the small fan 17 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck the garbage into the small garbage bin 19.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the third state, the dust removing filter cylinder 2 is disposed in the middle section of the air duct of the large fan 16 and the small garbage bin 19, the dust removing filter cylinder 2 is used for sucking raised dust, and in the third state, the dust on the road surface needs to be sucked, when the large fan 16 works, the dust and the garbage are easily sucked into the large fan 16, which easily causes damage to the apparatus, and the dust removing filter cylinder 2 may be disposed in the middle section of the air duct of the large fan 16 and the small garbage bin 19 to suck part of the dust and the garbage, so as to prevent the dust from entering the large fan 16.
When the garbage cleaning vehicle is used, different operation states are selected for different working conditions, when high-speed operation is needed, the large fan 16 and the small fan 17 are simultaneously started, the large fan 16 drives the large suction cup 14 to suck garbage into the large garbage bin 18, the small fan 17 drives the small suction cup 15 to suck the garbage into the large garbage bin 18, two routes are formed in a working route inside the road cleaning vehicle, and the working efficiency can be maximally improved; when light floats such as leaves and the like need to be cleaned, the front rubber plate is opened to pick up the light floats such as the leaves and the like and suck the light floats into the large garbage bin 18, and the small sucker 15 sucks and picks up sand, stones and sewage; when dust collection operation is required, only the large fan 16 is started, the large fan 16 drives the small suction cup 15, and dust and garbage are sucked into the small garbage bin 19; during the conventional cleaning operation, according to the requirement, the large fan 16 is only opened to drive the large suction cup 14 to suck the garbage into the large garbage bin 18, or the small suction cup 15 is only opened to suck the garbage into the small garbage bin 19, and the four operation modes of the invention are selected according to different road conditions, so that the operation efficiency of the road cleaning vehicle can be improved to the maximum extent.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments have been described herein, the invention is not limited thereto. the control unit is used for acquiring the current operation condition of the sweeper, wherein the operation condition comprises the pollution degree of a road surface, the running speed of the sweeper, the ambient temperature and the water level in an upper water tank of the sweeper;
the control unit is also used for judging the current operation mode of the sweeper after acquiring the current operation condition of the sweeper, wherein the operation mode comprises high-speed operation, conventional low-speed cleaning operation, fallen leaf suction working condition operation, dust collection operation and strong polluted road working condition operation;
the control unit is also used for sending an adjustment control instruction to the operation execution unit after judging the current operation mode of the sweeper;
the operation execution unit is used for adjusting the operation state of the corresponding execution element according to the control instruction after receiving the adjustment control instruction sent by the control unit, wherein the operation state of the execution element comprises the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a first fan, the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a second fan, the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a sweeping disc, the opening and closing of a first suction nozzle, the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle, the opening and closing of a second suction nozzle, the opening and closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and the opening and closing.
2. The automatic sweeper operation state control system of claim 1, further comprising a detection unit connected to the control unit, the detection unit including a vision sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor;
the vision sensor is used for detecting the pollution degree of the road surface;
the speed sensor is used for detecting the running speed of the sweeper;
the temperature sensor is used for detecting the ambient temperature;
the liquid level sensor is used for detecting the water level in the upper water tank of the sweeper.
3. The automatic control system for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: the method comprises the following steps of judging that the current operation mode is high-speed operation when the road condition is kept clean conventionally, the sweeper runs at a high speed, the ambient temperature is not lower than 0 ℃, and water is in a water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-rotation-speed operation of a first fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a second fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a sweeping disc, high-rotation-speed operation of a first suction nozzle, constant feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump;
or,
when the control unit obtains that the current operation condition of the sweeper is as follows: judging that the current operation mode is the operation under the working condition of the strongly polluted road surface when the road condition of the strongly polluted road surface is not lower than 0 ℃, the environmental temperature is not lower than 0 ℃, and water is in the water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-rotation-speed operation of a first fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a second fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a sweeping disc, high-rotation-speed operation of a first suction nozzle, constant feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump;
and when the vehicle runs at a high speed, the driver is reminded to reduce the speed.
4. The automatic control system for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: judging that the current operation mode is the conventional low-speed cleaning operation when the conventional polluted road condition, the environmental temperature are not lower than 0 ℃ and water exists in the water tank;
when the sweeper runs at a low speed and the speed of the sweeper is not lower than a preset threshold value, the operation execution unit adjusts the operation state of the corresponding execution unit to be as follows: rotating speed operation in a first fan, closing a second fan, rotating speed operation in a sweeping disc, first suction nozzle operation, keeping the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle unchanged, closing a second suction nozzle, closing a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism, and operating a water pump;
when the sweeper runs at a low speed and the speed of the sweeper is lower than a preset threshold value;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of low-rotation-speed operation of a first fan, closing of a second fan, middle-rotation-speed operation of a sweeping disc, operation of a first suction nozzle, unchanged feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, closing of the second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump; or,
the method comprises the following steps of turning off a first fan, operating a second fan at a middle rotating speed, operating a sweeping disc at a low rotating speed, turning off a first suction nozzle, keeping the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle unchanged, turning on the second suction nozzle, turning off a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism, and operating a water pump;
and the first fan power is greater than the second fan power.
5. The automatic control system for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: judging that the current operation mode is the operation under the fallen leaf suction working condition when the road condition with multiple fallen leaves and the environmental temperature are not lower than 0 ℃ and water exists in the water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-speed operation of a first fan, high-speed operation of a second fan, high-speed operation of a sweeping disc, operation of a first suction nozzle, increase of feeding opening of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump.
6. The automatic control system for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: judging that the current operation mode is dust collection operation when the environmental temperature is lower than 0 ℃ and/or the water in the water tank is deficient;
when the sweeper runs at a high speed, the operation execution unit adjusts the operation state of the corresponding execution unit to be as follows: the method comprises the following steps of high-speed operation of a first fan, closing of a second fan, high-speed operation of a sweeping disc, closing of a first suction nozzle, unchanged feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, opening of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and closing of a water pump;
when the sweeper runs at a low speed, the operation execution unit adjusts the operation state of the corresponding execution unit to be as follows: the method comprises the following steps of performing low-speed operation on a first fan, closing a second fan, performing low-speed operation on a sweeping disc, closing a first suction nozzle, keeping the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle unchanged, performing operation on a second suction nozzle, starting a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism, and closing a water pump;
when the suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism is started, the first fan is communicated with the storage bin where the second suction nozzle is located, air sucked by the second suction nozzle is discharged through the storage bin where the second suction nozzle is located, the air channel and the first fan, and the filter device is arranged in the middle of the air channel to reduce exhaust dust.
7. The automatic control method for the operation state of the sweeper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
an operation condition acquisition step: the method comprises the steps that a control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper, wherein the operation condition comprises the pollution degree of a road surface, the running speed of the sweeper, the ambient temperature and the water level in an upper water tank of the sweeper;
an operation mode judging step: the control unit judges the current operation mode of the sweeper after acquiring the current operation condition of the sweeper, wherein the operation mode comprises high-speed operation, conventional low-speed cleaning operation, fallen leaf suction working condition operation, dust collection operation and strong polluted road working condition operation;
adjusting the operation executing element: after judging the current operation mode of the sweeper, the control sheet sends an adjustment control instruction to the operation execution unit;
after receiving the adjustment control instruction sent by the control unit, the operation execution unit adjusts the operation state of the corresponding execution element according to the control instruction, wherein the operation state of the execution element comprises the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a first fan, the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a second fan, the opening and closing and high and low rotating speeds of a sweeping disc, the opening and closing of a first suction nozzle, the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle, the opening and closing of a second suction nozzle, the opening and closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and the opening and closing.
8. The automatic control method for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 7, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: the method comprises the following steps of judging that the current operation mode is high-speed operation when the road condition is kept clean conventionally, the sweeper runs at a high speed, the ambient temperature is not lower than 0 ℃, and water is in a water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-rotation-speed operation of a first fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a second fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a sweeping disc, high-rotation-speed operation of a first suction nozzle, constant feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump;
or,
when the control unit obtains that the current operation condition of the sweeper is as follows: judging that the current operation mode is the operation under the working condition of the strongly polluted road surface when the road condition of the strongly polluted road surface is not lower than 0 ℃, the environmental temperature is not lower than 0 ℃, and water is in the water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-rotation-speed operation of a first fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a second fan, high-rotation-speed operation of a sweeping disc, high-rotation-speed operation of a first suction nozzle, constant feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump;
and when the vehicle runs at a high speed, the driver is reminded to reduce the speed.
9. The automatic control method for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: judging that the current operation mode is the conventional low-speed cleaning operation when the conventional polluted road condition, the environmental temperature are not lower than 0 ℃ and water exists in the water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: rotating speed operation in a first fan, closing a second fan, rotating speed operation in a sweeping disc, first suction nozzle operation, keeping the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle unchanged, closing a second suction nozzle, closing a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism, and operating a water pump;
when the sweeper runs at a low speed and the speed of the sweeper is lower than a preset threshold value;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of low-rotation-speed operation of a first fan, closing of a second fan, middle-rotation-speed operation of a sweeping disc, operation of a first suction nozzle, unchanged feeding opening degree of the first suction nozzle, closing of the second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump; or,
the method comprises the following steps of turning off a first fan, operating a second fan at a middle rotating speed, operating a sweeping disc at a low rotating speed, turning off a first suction nozzle, keeping the feeding opening of the first suction nozzle unchanged, turning on the second suction nozzle, turning off a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism, and operating a water pump;
and the first fan power is greater than the second fan power.
10. The automatic control system for the operation state of the sweeper truck according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that when the control unit obtains the current operation condition of the sweeper truck: judging that the current operation mode is the operation under the fallen leaf suction working condition when the road condition with multiple fallen leaves and the environmental temperature are not lower than 0 ℃ and water exists in the water tank;
the job execution unit adjusts the job state of the corresponding execution unit to be: the method comprises the following steps of high-speed operation of a first fan, high-speed operation of a second fan, high-speed operation of a sweeping disc, operation of a first suction nozzle, increase of feeding opening of the first suction nozzle, operation of a second suction nozzle, closing of a suction nozzle air channel switching mechanism and operation of a water pump.
