The wide rolling mop with hands-free hand washing and wringing of claim 3, wherein the pull rope comprises an upper pull rope and a lower pull rope, one end of the lower pull rope is fixed on the movable shaft of the left cross bar, passes through the fixed pulleys on the left cross bar and the left cross bar into the straight bar, goes downwards around the movable pulley in the straight bar, and then passes through the fixed pulley on the right cross bar, the right cross bar and is fixed with the movable shaft on the right cross bar;
