Abstract
The invention discloses a shielding tool and a shielding method of an oil filter. The body comprises an opening, an outer arc, a cylinder wall and a cylinder bottom. The opening is arranged at one end of the body; the upper end of the outer arc is reduced to form an opening; the upper end of the cylinder wall is connected with the outer arc; the bottom of the cylinder closes the lower end of the cylinder wall; the inner diameter of the body is equal to the outer diameter of the oil filter, the diameter of the opening is smaller than the outer diameter of the oil filter, and the length of the body is larger than the length of the oil filter. The shielding tool of the oil filter can completely cover and encase the oil filter.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engine test, in particular to a shielding tool and a shielding method of an oil filter.
Background
In order to improve the appearance quality and the service life of the engine, the engine is usually required to be purposefully and purposefully sprayed with paint before leaving the factory. The engine paint spraying is different according to the needs of customers, but all the water oil ports, the processing surface, the nameplate and special parts such as the induction plug and the like on a normal engine are not required or even can not be sprayed, and at the moment, certain parts are required to be used for shielding the parts or special parts which do not need to be sprayed before the paint spraying so as to avoid the pollution caused by the paint during the paint spraying. The engine oil filter is one of special parts, and is required to be shielded when an engine is sprayed with paint because of maintenance and other requirements on the engine filter so as not to influence maintenance and use of the engine by a customer. The current conventional oil filter shielding is to shield the whole oil filter Bao Long by using a shielding plastic bag, and then bundling and wrapping the plastic bag. Even a plurality of shielding plastic bags are needed under special conditions, the shielding plastic bags can only be used as a waste after each paint spraying, and a new engine is continuously shielded by the new shielding plastic bags. Besides, in the prior art, a shielding device which can be recycled is made into a pocket-shaped structure by adopting a cloth material, a framework is arranged in the shielding device, a fastening rope is arranged at the pocket opening, the shielding device is sleeved on the engine oil filter when in use, the pocket opening is fastened by the fastening rope, and the framework in the shielding device supports the shielding device to prevent the engine oil filter from being damaged by collision. The shielding device is relatively troublesome to assemble and disassemble, the manufacturing cost is high, and cleaning liquid is not easy to clean.
The prior oil filter shielding tool mainly has the following two defects: 1. and cannot be reused. After the shielding plastic bag is sleeved with the engine oil filter for spraying paint, the plastic bag is stained with paint and can only be used as a waste, and the engine oil filter of one engine at least needs one shielding plastic bag. 2. The disposal of the waste plastic bags causes secondary pollution to ecology. The opening is arranged at one end of the body; the upper end of the outer arc is reduced to form an opening; the upper end of the cylinder wall is connected with the outer arc; the bottom of the cylinder closes the lower end of the cylinder wall; the inner diameter of the body is equal to the outer diameter of the oil filter, the diameter of the opening is smaller than the outer diameter of the oil filter, and the length of the body is larger than the length of the oil filter.
In a preferred embodiment, the elastomeric material used in the body is an oil resistant silicone rubber type material.
In a preferred embodiment, the junction of the bottom of the barrel and the cylindrical wall forms the base angle.
In a preferred embodiment, the body further comprises an inner arc disposed between the lower end of the outer arc and the upper end of the cylindrical wall, the inner arc being adapted to engage the outer arc with the cylindrical wall while forming an inward annular projection at the engagement of the outer arc with the cylindrical wall.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a shielding method of an oil filter, which adopts the shielding tool, and the shielding method comprises the following steps: the operator breaks the opening by hand, and the broken opening is sleeved by the bottom of the oil filter; the operator lifts the shielding tool upwards from the bottom of the oil filter until the top of the oil filter; the operator releases the opening, so that the opening completely covers the top of the oil filter through self elasticity; after the paint spraying is finished, an operator holds the bottom angle of the shielding tool by hand to pull the shielding tool downwards so as to separate the shielding tool from the oil filter, or the operator breaks the opening by hand and pulls the shielding tool downwards so as to separate the shielding tool from the oil filter; and cleaning the shielding tool for reuse.
Compared with the prior art, the shielding tool and the shielding method of the oil filter have the following beneficial effects: the shielding tool is made of rubber, is high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant, is not easy to corrode by paint, is not easy to solidify and agglomerate after the paint is sprayed, and can be used continuously after being disassembled. Meanwhile, the shielding tool can be reused, and secondary pollution of ecological environment blocking caused by underground burying or burning is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a shielding tool according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to the shielding tool of the engine oil filter, the engine oil filter is of a cylindrical structure body, and the engine oil filter is made of an elastic material, such as a corrosion-resistant oil-resistant silicon rubber material. The body comprises an opening 1, an outer arc 2, an inner arc 3, a cylinder wall 4, a bottom corner 5 and a cylinder bottom 6. The opening 1 is provided at one end of the body. The upper end of the outer arc 2 tapers to form an opening 1. The upper end of the cylindrical wall 4 engages the outer circular arc 2. Wherein the inner diameter of the body is equivalent to the outer diameter of the oil filter 7, the diameter of the opening 1 is smaller than the outer diameter of the oil filter 7, and the length of the body is longer than the length of the oil filter 7.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an inner arc of the shielding tool according to an embodiment of the present invention when the shielding tool is wrapped around the oil filter, as shown in fig. 2. When the shielding tool is sleeved and coated outside the oil filter 7, the opening 1 can tightly wrap and seal the joint on the top surface of the oil filter 7 due to the elastic action of the rubber, and the outer arc 2 is leveled and tightly coated on the top surface of the oil filter 7 due to the elastic action. Because the arrangement of the inner circular arc 3 can form an inward annular bulge at the joint of the outer circular arc 2 and the cylinder wall 4, and the annular bulge is just clamped on the edge of the joint of the top surface and the side surface of the oil filter 7, the shielding tool can be more firmly coated on the oil filter 7. Meanwhile, the shielding tool barrel bottom 6 is planar, a bottom angle 5 is formed at the joint of the barrel bottom 6 and the barrel wall 4, and the bottom angle 5 is exactly matched with the shape of the ground and the side wall of the oil filter 7. And the setting of base angle 5 is more convenient than the convex section of thick bamboo end 6 that does not set up base angle 5 in dismantling this shielding tool.

In summary, the shielding tool and the shielding method of the oil filter have the following beneficial effects: the shielding tool is made of rubber, is high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant, is not easy to corrode by paint, is not easy to solidify and agglomerate after the paint is sprayed, and can be used continuously after being disassembled. Moreover, the shielding tool is made of rubber, and cleaning is easier. Compared with the plastic bag in the prior art, the shielding tool is more convenient to assemble and disassemble and is provided with the tether. The shielding tool is directly made of rubber, and the rubber product has the characteristics of softness and elasticity, and can not damage the outer wall of the engine oil filter, so that the manufacturing cost of the shielding tool with the internal framework is lower than that of the shielding tool with the internal framework in the prior art.

1. A screening tool for an oil filter, comprising:
A body, which is a cylindrical structure and is made of an elastic material, the body comprising:
an opening provided at one end of the body;
An outer arc, the upper end of which is reduced to form the opening;
A cylindrical wall, the upper end of which is connected with the outer circular arc; and
A bottom closing the lower end of the cylindrical wall;
Wherein the inner diameter of the body is equal to the outer diameter of the oil filter, the diameter of the opening is smaller than the outer diameter of the oil filter, and the length of the body is longer than the length of the oil filter;
the body further includes:
An inner arc arranged between the lower end of the outer arc and the upper end of the cylinder wall, wherein the inner arc is used for connecting the outer arc with the cylinder wall, and an inward annular bulge is formed at the joint of the outer arc and the cylinder wall; and
And the joint of the cylinder bottom and the cylinder wall forms the bottom angle.

loosening the opening to enable the opening to cover the top of the oil filter completely through self elasticity;
After paint spraying is finished, the shielding tool is pulled downwards by hand grasping the bottom angle of the shielding tool to separate the shielding tool from the oil filter, or the opening is broken by hand and the shielding tool is pulled downwards to separate the shielding tool from the oil filter; and
