Abstract
The invention discloses a medical syringe assembly, which comprises a cylindrical main body, wherein one end of the main body is provided with a detachable liquid storage head, and a driving mechanism for pushing liquid medicine in the liquid storage head to be sprayed is also arranged in the main body; the driving mechanism comprises a pushing body, a pushing rod, a first steel ball and a second steel ball which are sequentially arranged in the main body, the second steel ball is close to the liquid storage head, and the first steel ball is positioned between the second steel ball and the push rod; the outer diameter of the second steel ball is larger than that of the first steel ball. The invention is structurally improved aiming at the main body of the injector, a plurality of pore channels are arranged in the injector, and a large impact force is generated by utilizing the impact among a plurality of steel balls, so that a large injection force is obtained.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of syringes, in particular to a medical syringe assembly.
Background
The needle syringe does not require the use of a needle, but is a medical device for injecting a liquid medicine under the skin of a patient through a minute hole in the end by applying high pressure to the medicine, thereby relieving the patient from suffering from a needle stick. The needleless injector generally comprises a medicine storage tube and a pushing device, wherein the medicine storage tube contains liquid medicines, a piston is arranged in the medicine storage tube, and liquid medicines are pressed under the pushing of the pushing device and are ejected out at a high speed through micropores of the medicine storage tube to be injected into a human body; the existing pushing device generally utilizes a spring to push a rod body, then utilizes the rod body to push a piston in a medicine storage tube to spray out the medicine liquid, and the two structures are single, so that a larger force needs to be applied to the spring outside in order to obtain a larger pushing force.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the technical shortcomings, the invention aims to provide a medical injector assembly, which is structurally improved for a main body of an injector, is internally provided with a plurality of pore channels, and generates larger impact force by utilizing the impact among a plurality of steel balls so as to obtain larger injection force.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Preferably, a first pore passage, a second pore passage, a third pore passage and a fourth pore passage are sequentially formed in the main body; the push rod and the pushing body are arranged in the first pore channel in a sliding mode, the first steel ball is arranged in the second pore channel in a rolling mode, the second steel ball is arranged in the third pore channel in a rolling mode, and the liquid storage head is connected in the fourth pore channel in a threaded mode; the inner diameter of the first hole passage is smaller than that of the second hole passage, the inner diameter of the second hole passage is smaller than that of the third hole passage, and the inner diameter of the third hole passage is smaller than that of the fourth hole passage.
Preferably, the length of the second aperture is greater than the length of the third aperture, and the length of the second aperture is less than the length of the first aperture.
Preferably, a movable piston is arranged in the liquid storage head, a liquid storage hole for the piston to move is formed in the liquid storage head, and the inner diameter of the liquid storage hole is the same as that of the fourth hole.
Preferably, the material of the main body is transparent plastic.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is structurally improved aiming at the main body of the injector, a plurality of pore channels are arranged in the injector, and a larger impact force is generated by utilizing the impact among a plurality of steel balls, compared with the traditional impact which only depends on a spring, the larger injection force is further obtained, wherein the second steel ball releases energy through a pushing body to act on the first steel ball, and then the second steel ball obtains larger kinetic energy by utilizing the collision between the two steel balls, so that the piston of a liquid storage head is pushed, and the injection force of liquid medicine is improved.

the driving mechanism comprises a pushing body 3, a pushing rod 4, a first steel ball 5 and a second steel ball 6 which are sequentially arranged in the main body 1, the second steel ball 6 is close to the liquid storage head 2, and the first steel ball 5 is positioned between the second steel ball 6 and the push rod 4; the outer diameter of the second steel ball 6 is larger than that of the first steel ball 5. Wherein the pushing body 3 is a spring.
Further, a first duct 11, a second duct 12, a third duct 13 and a fourth duct 14 are sequentially formed in the main body 1; the push rod 4 and the push body 3 are arranged in the first pore channel 11 in a sliding mode, the first steel ball 5 is arranged in the second pore channel 12 in a rolling mode, the second steel ball 6 is arranged in the third pore channel 13 in a rolling mode, and the liquid storage head 2 is connected into the fourth pore channel 14 in a threaded mode; the inner diameter of the first porthole 11 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second porthole 12, the inner diameter of the second porthole 12 is smaller than the inner diameter of the third porthole 13, and the inner diameter of the third porthole 13 is smaller than the inner diameter of the fourth porthole 14.
Further, the length of the second porthole 12 is greater than the length of the third porthole 13, and the length of the second porthole 12 is less than the length of the first porthole 11.
Further, a movable piston 21 is arranged in the liquid storage head 2, a liquid storage hole for the piston 21 to move is formed in the liquid storage head 2, and the inner diameter of the liquid storage hole is the same as that of the fourth hole 14.
When the liquid storage device is used, the pushing body 3 stores potential energy under the action of external force, when the pushing body releases the potential energy, the potential energy is transmitted to the first steel ball 5 by the push rod 4, the first steel ball 5 collides with the second steel ball 6 to form impact, and the second steel ball 6 acts on the piston 1 of the liquid storage head 2 to pressurize the liquid medicine in the liquid storage head so as to spray the liquid medicine out; it should be noted that, when in use, the assembly needs to be tilted, that is, two steel balls need to be kept to be abutted against the step of the first duct 11 and the second duct 12 and the step of the second duct 12 and the third duct 13 under the action of gravity, and the main body 1 is made of a transparent material for conveniently observing the positions of the steel balls.

A medical syringe assembly is characterized by comprising a cylindrical main body, wherein one end of the main body is provided with a detachable liquid storage head, and a driving mechanism for pushing liquid medicine in the liquid storage head to be sprayed is further arranged in the main body;
the driving mechanism comprises a pushing body, a pushing rod, a first steel ball and a second steel ball which are sequentially arranged in the main body, the second steel ball is close to the liquid storage head, and the first steel ball is positioned between the second steel ball and the push rod; the outer diameter of the second steel ball is larger than that of the first steel ball.

The medical syringe assembly of claim 1 wherein the body defines a first bore, a second bore, a third bore, and a fourth bore in that order; the push rod and the pushing body are arranged in the first pore channel in a sliding mode, the first steel ball is arranged in the second pore channel in a rolling mode, the second steel ball is arranged in the third pore channel in a rolling mode, and the liquid storage head is connected in the fourth pore channel in a threaded mode; the inner diameter of the first hole passage is smaller than that of the second hole passage, the inner diameter of the second hole passage is smaller than that of the third hole passage, and the inner diameter of the third hole passage is smaller than that of the fourth hole passage.
3. The medical syringe assembly of claim 2 wherein the second bore has a length greater than the third bore and the second bore has a length less than the first bore.
4. A medical syringe assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a movable piston is provided in the reservoir head, a reservoir hole for moving the piston is provided in the reservoir head, and the inner diameter of the reservoir hole is the same as the inner diameter of the fourth bore.
5. The medical syringe assembly of claim 1 wherein the body is made of a transparent plastic.
6. The medical syringe assembly of claim 1 wherein the pusher is a spring.
