Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The invention provides a tire pressure monitoring and early warning system of hydraulic transmission wheel type engineering machinery, as shown in figure 1, a corresponding function switch 10 can be added by mainly utilizing the existing engine 1, a hydraulic torque converter 2, a gearbox 3, a drive axle 4, a transmission shaft 5, tires 6, an engine controller ECU7, a gearbox controller TCU8, a cab instrument display 9 and a vehicle control unit VCU11 of the hydraulic transmission wheel type engineering machinery, tire pressure warning information is added in an interface of the cab instrument display 9, and the monitoring and early warning of the tire pressure of the hydraulic transmission wheel type engineering machinery is realized by improving a control method in the vehicle control unit VCU 1. In other embodiments, a single controller can be used to implement the tire pressure monitoring and early warning for the hydraulic transmission wheel type engineering machinery.
The transmission form of the hydraulic transmission wheel type engineering machinery chassis is as follows: the engine 1 is connected with a gearbox 3 through a hydraulic torque converter 2, then is connected with a front drive axle 4 and a rear drive axle 4 through a transmission shaft 5, and finally transmits power to tires 6 to realize vehicle motion.
As shown in FIG. 2, the data among the transmission controller TCU8, the engine controller ECU7 and the vehicle control unit VCU11 are transmitted through a CAN bus, and the real-time data of each part controller CAN be read through the CAN bus.
The tire pressure monitoring and early warning method is compiled into a tire pressure detection system program and integrated in a VCU11 of a vehicle control unit; the control strategy and the flow realized by the monitoring and early warning method are shown in the figures 3 and 4:
firstly, the functional switch 10 of the tire pressure monitoring system can be selected to be turned on according to the road condition of the whole vehicle, and the functional switch 10 can be selected to be turned off for specific working conditions, such as climbing and muddy road;
when a vehicle runs or works under the conditions of rated load capacity and rated air pressure of tires, the rotating speed and the torque of an output shaft of a gearbox on a CAN bus of a vehicle controller are read, numerical values in a set time period are intercepted, averaged and recorded, the rotating speed and the torque average are respectively used as a rotating speed reference and a torque reference, and reasonable areas are divided by setting a torque limit value and a rotating speed limit value;
the set torque limit is greater than the torque reference value. The set rotation speed limit value is smaller than the rotation speed reference value.
In the actual working condition of the whole vehicle, the torque and the rotating speed of the output shaft of the gearbox in the gearbox controller are read, the external characteristic of the hydraulic torque converter can be used for calculating, the obtained result of the actual working condition is compared with the rated torque and the rotating speed of the transmission shaft, and the comparison duration is recorded;
when the characteristic data of the hydraulic torque converter is relied on, the parameters of the engine are obtained through the engine controller ECU7 by utilizing the common working characteristics of the engine and the torque converter, and the parameters are combined with each speed ratio of the gearbox to calculate the torque and the rotating speed of the output shaft of the gearbox;
the reduction of the tire pressure of the wheel type engineering machinery can reduce the rolling radius, the change of the rolling radius can cause the tire to roll and slide at the same time, the resistance of the whole vehicle is increased, and the torque and the rotating speed of the transmission shaft are changed along with the resistance; the change of the rolling radius of the tire is indirectly monitored by monitoring the torque and the rotating speed of the transmission shaft, namely the torque and the rotating speed of an output shaft of the gearbox, so that the tire pressure condition is deduced.
When the vehicle normally works, the output shaft torque of the gearbox has a torque value with small fluctuation, an average value is taken as a reference through the test of the working condition of the whole vehicle, when the vehicle normally works, under the condition of rated tire pressure, the output shaft torque value of the gearbox cannot fluctuate too much, so that the torque value is reasonable through a reasonable area with the torque, if the torque value is outside the reasonable area for a long time, the tire pressure is low, and then the alarm is given. The reasonable range of torque is the region between the torque reference and the torque limit. The reasonable region of the rotation speed is the region between the rotation speed reference value and the rotation speed limit value.
If the torque is increased, the rotating speed is reduced, so that the parameter of the rotating speed is introduced and also used as a reference for comparison, the torque is increased, the rotating speed is reduced, the time is long, and the alarm is realized.
For a manual transmission, or a transmission without a controller, the engine controller ECU7 may be used to estimate the output torque and speed of the transmission using the engine and torque converter operating point.
In this embodiment, mainly take the full-automatic transmission as an example to explain, to through manual transmission, also utilize transmission output torque, rotational speed and obtain the moment of torsion, the rotational speed of transmission shaft like the same, and then realize the monitoring to the tire pressure.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
