The display area 2013 may be equipped with a display for performing desired display functions, such as providing display prompting information required for interaction. The microphone area 2015 may be provided with a microphone for performing voice-based human-computer interaction functions.
fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the earphone supply mechanism, fig. 5 is a schematic view showing an earphone lead-out groove and a push-out mechanism in the earphone supply mechanism, and fig. 6 is another perspective view showing the same structure in fig. 5.
referring to fig. 2 and 4, the earphone providing mechanism 300 may be fixed in the cabinet 201 by rear mounts 304a and 304b and a bottom mount 304 c. The headphone supply mechanism 300 is vertically arranged as a whole. The components of the headphone supply mechanism 300 include: an earphone accommodating groove 301, an earphone lead-out groove 303, and a push-out mechanism 302.
The earphone accommodating groove 301 is used for storing earphones, each pair of earphones can be arranged in an independent earphone box in practice, and the size of the earphone accommodating groove 301 can be matched with that of the earphone box, so that the earphone box can be stably limited in the earphone accommodating groove 301. When the earphone accommodating groove 301 is provided in the vertical direction as shown in fig. 2 and 4, all earphone cases located therein are stacked.
The earphone accommodating groove 301 has an earphone output port for outputting an earphone. In an implementation manner of moving the position of the earphone by natural gravity, an outlet below the earphone accommodating groove 301 is an earphone output port. The earphone leading-out groove 303 is connected with the earphone output port of the earphone accommodating groove 301. In the absence of external force, the earphone at the earphone output port does not slide toward the earphone lead-out groove 303. But after being pushed by the push-out mechanism 302, the earphones at the earphone output port will slide to the earphone lead-out slot 303 and slide out of the cabinet for the user. As shown in fig. 2, the earphone guiding groove 303 has a sliding groove 3031 inclined downward toward the earphone taking-out hole 2014 of the cabinet 201, for sliding the earphone entering the sliding groove 3031 downward. A headphone placing plane 3032 connected with the headphone output port of the headphone guide groove 303 is arranged on one side of the headphone guide groove 303 away from the headphone taking-out hole 2014.
referring to fig. 3 to 6, the push-out mechanism 302 includes a pushing member 3021, a transmission device, and a driving device. The drive unit drives the pushing member 3021 out and back by means of a gear. The pushing of the pushing member 3031 is in a direction of the inclined slide groove 3031 of the earphone lead-out groove 303, and the pulling back of the pushing member 3031 is in a direction opposite to the pushing direction.
The drive and transmission for the push-out and pull-back of the push member 3021 described above can be implemented in various ways, for example by electromagnetically controlling the transmission to push-out and pull-back the push member 3021.
another implementation is employed in the embodiments shown in fig. 3-6. The transmission device comprises a screw rod 3022 and also comprises two transmission gears 3024 and 3025. The driving device is a motor 3023. The power output shaft of the motor 3023 is connected to the transmission gear 3025, and the rotation of the power output shaft will drive the transmission gear 3025 to rotate. The transmission gear 3025 is meshed with the transmission gear 3024, and the rotation of the transmission gear 3025 drives the transmission gear 3024 to rotate. The transmission gear 3024 is fixed to one end of the screw rod 3022, and the rotation of the transmission gear 3024 drives the screw rod 3022 to rotate.
The pushing piece 3021 has a thread matching with the screw rod 3022, and through the rotation of the screw rod 3022, the pushing piece 3021 will move along the extending direction of the screw rod 3022 without rotating itself. There are many ways to ensure that the pushing member 3021 does not rotate itself, for example, in this embodiment, a cutout 3026c may be provided in the mounting 3026 that holds the transmission and the driving device, and the side wall of the pushing member 3021 extends into the cutout 3026c, so that the pushing member 3021 can only move in the direction of extension of the screw 3022. The mount 3026 may further include a side plate 3026b and a rear plate 3026a for fixing the motor 3023 and providing a mounting position for the screw rod 3022.
The pusher 3021 may have a pusher body 3021a and a threaded ring structure 3021b secured to the pusher body 3021. The threaded ring structure 3021 has a threaded hole in the center as the threaded hole for the entire pusher 3021 to engage with the screw rod 3022.
the motor 3023 drives the transmission gears 3025 and 3024 and the screw rod 3022 to rotate, and the rotation of the screw rod 3022 drives the pushing member 3021 to move along the extending direction of the screw rod 3022, and the two moving directions are correspondingly pushed out and retracted respectively. The positive rotation and the negative rotation of the screw rod 3022 correspond to the two directions of movement of the pushing member 3021, respectively.
when the earphone pushing condition is met, the pushing piece 3021 is controlled to move towards the inclined sliding groove 3031 of the earphone leading-out groove 303 by the driving of the driving mechanism, and finally the earphone positioned in front of the pushing piece 3021 is pushed out into the sliding groove 3031, and the earphone slides out for the user to take.
through the scheme, a user can simultaneously obtain the explanation device with the mobile power supply function by utilizing the explanation device renting cabinet in the embodiment, can also obtain earphones required by the explanation content, does not need to additionally carry personal earphones, and is convenient to use.
it should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 4, in order to increase the earphone supply amount, two sets of earphone accommodating grooves 301 and push-out mechanisms 302 are arranged in parallel, and after the earphones in one set of earphone accommodating grooves 301 are completely dispensed, the earphones are provided by the other set of earphone accommodating grooves 301. For the sake of simplifying the structure, the plurality of earphone accommodating grooves 301 and the pushing mechanism 302 may share one earphone leading-out groove 303.
One specific implementation of the interpreter charging bin is described in detail below. The interpreter in the embodiment of the invention has a mobile power supply function, so that the charging function of the interpreter needs to be realized in the interpreter renting cabinet.
fig. 7A is a top view, fig. 7B is a side view, fig. 7C is a perspective view, and fig. 7D and 7E are exploded views of an interpreter charging chamber according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view in the AA direction of fig. 7A, and fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view in the BB direction of fig. 7A.
Referring to fig. 7A to 7E, the charging chamber of the interpreter in the present embodiment includes a chamber body 1, an interpreter pop-up mechanism 2, a push rod 3 and a lock member 4.
The cabin 1 has a chamber 10 for accommodating an interpreter (not shown). One end of the chamber 10 has an inlet 10a into which the interpreter is inserted. In practice, the user may insert the interpreter into the chamber 10 from the inlet 10a, or may pull the interpreter out of the chamber 10 from the inlet 10 a.
when the interpreter is pushed into the chamber 10 from the entrance 10a, the interpreter pop-up mechanism 2 applies a force pushing out to the interpreter when a certain condition is satisfied (for example, when the pushing-in depth exceeds a predetermined depth). The force pushed out here may be a force pushed out in the direction of the inlet 10 a. Of course, in alternative embodiments, there may be no requirement that the lecturer ejection mechanism 2 apply an outward pushing force to the lecturer, as long as the lecturer ejection mechanism 2 applies an outward pushing force to the lecturer just after the lecturer is pushed into the compartment 10.
The function of the interpreter pop-up mechanism 2 is: without other external force, the interpreter can be ejected from the chamber 10 by the interpreter ejecting mechanism 2, so that the user can take out the interpreter conveniently. Without this mechanism, the user would have to struggle to pull out the already pushed-in deep interpreter from the chamber 10, and more seriously, if the depth of the interpreter push in is close to or greater than the length of the interpreter itself (at this time the interpreter is almost completely placed in the chamber 10), the user would not find a force application location where the interpreter can be pulled out.
The expulsor mechanism 2 can be implemented in various ways, for example, it can be at least one spring with one end fixed on the inner wall of the chamber 10 far from the inlet 10a, and the spring can be used as the force pushing the expulsor outwards by elastic thrust. One implementation that has been found to be more stable through experimentation is seen in the embodiments shown in fig. 7A-7E, fig. 8 and fig. 9. The lecturer pop-up mechanism 2 includes a third return spring 22 (shown only in fig. 7A and 7B) and a slide push hook 21 slidable to the outside of the compartment 10 by the elastic force of the third return spring 22. The sliding toward the outside of the chamber 10 may be sliding toward the inlet 10 a. A part 21a of the slide push hook 21 extends into the chamber 10 (see fig. 9), and the cartridge body 1 is provided with a slide hole 11 through which the part of the slide push hook 21 extending into the chamber 10 slides. Referring to fig. 7D and 9, the sliding push hook 21 is substantially L-shaped and includes a portion 21a extending into the chamber 10 and a portion 21b located outside the chamber 10. The sliding trajectory of the portion 21a of the slide push hook 21 projecting into the chamber 10 is limited by the length and extending direction of the slide hole 11. The slide push hook 21 can be brought into contact with the end of the interpreter remote from the inlet 10a by the portion 21a extending into the chamber 10, and the interpreter is pushed out in the direction of the inlet 10a while the portion 21a slides in the direction of the inlet 10a along the slide hole 11. The power for sliding the sliding push hook 21 outward is provided by the third return spring 22, and the sliding push hook 21 can be urged to slide toward the inlet 10a by the pulling force of the third return spring 22 returning from the stretched state to the original state, for example.
The push rod 3 and the lock 4 cooperate to complete the locking and unlocking of the position of the interpreter inserted in the compartment 10. In the locked state, the lock 4 locks the position of the interpreter against the outward pushing force applied by the interpreter eject mechanism 2. Unlocking is accomplished by the push rod 3, the position of the interpreter is unlocked by the lock member 4, and the interpreter is pushed out in the direction of the entrance 10a by the pushing force of the interpreter eject mechanism 2.
referring to fig. 7D, 7E and 8, a locking end 42 is formed at one end of the locking member 4. In the locked state, the locking end 42 of the locking member 4 extends from the outside of the cabin 1 into the cabin 10 and is inserted into a locking groove (not shown) provided in the shell of the digester in the cabin 10. In the unlocked state, the push lever 3 moves toward the lock member 4, pushing the lock member 4 to move toward the outside of the chamber 10, and the lock end 42 is disengaged from the lock groove of the interpreter, so that the interpreter is ejected toward the outside of the entrance 10a by the pushing force applied from the interpreter ejection mechanism 2.
The push rod 3 has an inclined push-up surface 31 at its end facing the locking member 4, and the locking member 4 has a support surface cooperating with the inclined push-up surface 31. In the process that the push rod 3 moves towards the locking piece 4, the inclined lifting surface 31 pushes the supporting surface to move towards the direction far away from the bin body, and then the locking piece 4 moves towards the outside of the bin 10, namely moves along the direction opposite to the direction that the locking end 42 is inserted into the bin body 1.
The locking member 4 is in a locked state under the action of the first return spring 5. The first return spring 5 provides the locking member 4 with a pushing force that extends into the chamber 10, so that the locking end 42 can extend into a locking groove (not shown) provided in the inner chassis. In the process that the push rod 3 pushes the locking piece 4 to move towards the outside of the bin 10, the locking piece 4 overcomes the elastic force of the first return spring 5, so that the locking piece 4 is released from a locking state and enters an unlocking state.
As shown in fig. 7D, 7E and 8, the lock member 4 has a central hole 41 extending in parallel with the extending direction of the push lever 3, and an upper inner edge 41a of the central hole 41 of the lock member 4 serves as a support surface 41a to be engaged with the inclined push surface 31 of the push lever 3. The inclined lifting surface 31 abuts against the upper inner edge 41a of the hole 41 in the lock member 4 during the pushing of the push lever 3 toward the lock member 4. The inclined lifting surface 31 is higher in height in the direction away from the locking piece 4, and lower in height in the direction close to the locking piece 4, so that when the inclined lifting surface 31 moves gradually towards the locking piece 4, through the matching with the inner edge 41a, the locking piece 4 is pushed in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the push rod 3, so that the locking piece 4 gradually moves towards the outside of the bin 10, and the pushing force action of the first return spring 5 is overcome in the moving process. Finally, the locking end 41 of the lock member 4 is moved out of the locking groove of the interpreter into the unlocked state, and the interpreter is ejected from the entrance 10a by the interpreter eject mechanism 2.
Push rod 3 is promoted by the user and is promoted locking piece 4 and be in the unblock state after, if can kick-back to initial condition position, will be more reasonable to user's use experience. Because if the push rod 3 is always in the unlocked position, the position of the latch 4 will be restricted by the push rod 3 from being able to return to the locked position when the next time the interpreter is inserted into the compartment 10 and tries to push it into the locked position. For this reason, in a preferred embodiment, a second return spring 6 (shown only in fig. 7A and 7B) is provided, and the push lever 3 can be restored to the position of the initial state by the elastic force of the second return spring 6. When the push rod 3 is in the initial state, the locking piece 4 is not limited by the push rod 3 any more, and the locking piece 4 is pushed back to the locking state position under the action of the first return spring 5. When the user pushes the interpreter into the cabin 10 again, the locking end 41 of the locking piece 4 will be cut into the locking groove of the interpreter, and the locking of the interpreter is completed again.
The push rod 3 may be provided with a pin 33 for passing through the second return spring 6, the pin 33 prevents the second return spring 6 from twisting and deforming when being overstocked, and one end of the pin 33 can prop against the second return spring 6. The other end of the second return spring 6 can be abutted against other structures on the bin body 1, so that when the user pushes the push rod 3, the second return spring 6 is compressed under stress, and then elastic force for rebounding the push rod 3 is generated.
The end of the push rod 3 remote from the locking member 4 may also be provided with a push button 34, the side of the push button 34 being provided with a raised edge 34 a. The position of the bin body 1 close to the push button 34 is provided with a limiting hole mechanism 12. The push button 34 passes through the limiting hole mechanism 12, when the push rod 3 is in the initial state position under the elastic action of the second return spring 6, the convex edge 34a of the push button 34 is abutted against the inward side of the limiting hole mechanism 12, the outward movement of the push rod 3 is limited, and the push rod 3 is prevented from completely separating from and falling out.
Referring to fig. 7A-7E, the interpreter charging bin further includes a fixedly disposed upper cover 7. The upper cover 7 can take on various roles to make the structure of the whole apparatus more delicate.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the upper cover 7 is elaborately designed like a "T" shape of english alphabet. The upper cover 7 not only serves as a protective cover for other structures, but also provides the necessary support for the functions of other structures, as will be described in detail below.
The upper cover 7 can be provided with a first hook 71, and the sliding push hook 21 is provided with a second hook 211. The two ends of the third return spring 22 for providing power for sliding the sliding push hook 21 can be respectively sleeved on the first pull hook 71 and the second pull hook 211. Thus, when the user pushes the interpreter to move into the chamber 10, the interpreter will push the sliding push hook 21 to move away from the inlet 10a of the chamber 10, and this movement will cause the third return spring 22 to perform a stretching movement, which causes the third return spring 22 to always apply a resilient elastic force to the sliding push hook 21, which will cause the sliding push hook 21 to push the interpreter outward in the unlocked state.
in order to make the pushing force exerted by the sliding push hooks 21 on the digester more uniform and stable, in a preferred mode, the sliding push hooks 21 can be provided as at least two sliding push hooks 21 arranged in the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction, and the at least two sliding push hooks 21 are connected into an integral sliding push hook assembly by a push hook connector 23 parallel to the surface of the silo body 1. The push hook connector 23 has at least one sliding limit hole 24, and the extending direction of the sliding limit hole 24 is parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding push hook 21, and therefore, is parallel to the extending direction of the sliding hole 11 on the bin body 1 for sliding the sliding push hook 21. The outside setting of storehouse body 1 and the spacing hole 24 matched with fixed column 25 that slides, fixed column 25 pass the spacing hole 24 that slides, through the fixed column and the spacing hole 24's that slides cooperation, further prescribes a limit to whole slip and pushes away the slip direction and the sliding distance of hook component. The fixed column can also be used as a fixing device of the upper cover 7, the upper cover 7 is fixed on the bin body 1 and is integrally positioned outside the sliding hook component, and the sliding hook component can slide between the upper cover 7 and the outer wall of the bin body 1 along the direction parallel to the extension direction of the bin. In a preferred mode, in order to enhance the tightness between the upper cover 7 and the slide hook assembly and to ensure the stability of the slide hook assembly during the sliding process, the upper cover 7 and the slide hook assembly may be arranged in a cross-laminated manner, such as an exploded view shown in fig. 7D in which the upper cover 7 and the slide hook assembly are combined together, and an exploded view shown in fig. 7E in which the upper cover 7 and the slide hook assembly are completely separated to clearly show the respective structures. As can be seen from a comparison of fig. 7D and 7E, the upper cover 7 is entirely above the slide hook assembly, but actually the push hook connector 23 of the slide hook assembly forms a ridge structure, and in the assembled state, the push hook connector 23 spans the outside of the upper cover 7, while the slide push hook 21 of the slide hook assembly is located at the lower portion of the upper cover 7. In this way the upper surface and the sides of the upper cover 7 actually act as limiting surfaces during the sliding of the push hook connector 23, making the sliding of the whole sliding hook assembly more stable.
In addition, referring to fig. 7D, 7E and 8, a spring receiving groove 72 may be further disposed on a side of the upper cover 7 facing the first return spring 5, wherein one end of the first return spring 5 extends into the spring receiving groove 72, and the other end of the first return spring abuts against the locking member 4. The end of the locking member 4 facing the first return spring 5 may be provided with a latch for the first return spring 5 to be sleeved with.
From the above, it can be seen that the upper cover 7 can serve multiple roles including the limitation of the first return spring 5, the fixation of one end of the third return spring 22, and the limitation and protection of the sliding push hook assembly. The whole structure is made more delicate by the upper cover 7.
in summary, the explanation device charging bin provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize locking and unlocking of an explanation device placed on a pet, can also pop up the explanation device in an unlocked state, and is convenient for a user to take out. The whole device has simple structure and low cost.
On the other hand, the interpreter will be unlocked to pop up as soon as the user has successfully pressed the push rod. However, in the shared mode operation in real life, only the user who completes payment has the right to take out the interpreter. For this reason, the action of pressing the push rod by the user should be limited, for example, only the user who completes payment can normally press the push rod of the charged cabin of the interpreter, and other users cannot normally press the push rod.
In order to achieve the above object, a modified structure is shown in fig. 7A to 7D, and a push-bar-push restricting device is added. The pushing rod pushing limiting device is additionally arranged and used for limiting the movement of the pushing rod 3 in a clamping state, and the limitation on the movement of the pushing rod 3 is removed in a non-clamping state.
The card solid state can correspond to the state that the interpreter is locked in the interpreter charging bin and a user does not have the right to use the interpreter. In the clamped state, the user presses the push rod to be immovable, so the explaining device is always in the locked state.
the non-jammed state may be a state in which the interpreter is locked in the interpreter charging compartment and the user has access to the interpreter. In the non-clamping state, the user can press the push rod, so that the explaining device can be prompted to be switched to the unlocking state.
The push display device may include a bar 81 and a bar expansion controller 82. In practice, in order to fix the lever expansion controller 82 conveniently, a fixing frame 83 may be additionally provided to fix the lever expansion controller 82 therein. The fixed frame 83 is fixed on the outer wall of the bin body 1.
the extending length of the stop lever 81 is controlled by the stop lever controller 82, and the telescopic track of the stop lever 81 is crossed with the moving track of the push rod 3. The pushing rod 3 is provided with a clamping structure 35 matched with the stop lever 81. When the stop lever 81 extends to a length that prevents the blocking structure 35 from moving, the push lever pushes the limiting device to be in the blocking state, and when the stop lever 81 retracts to a length that does not prevent the blocking structure 35 from moving any more, the push lever pushes the limiting device to be in the non-blocking state.
In the implementation shown in fig. 7A to 7D, the telescopic trajectory of the catch lever 81 is almost perpendicular to the movement trajectory of the push lever 3. When the stop lever 81 is controlled by the stop lever controller 82 to extend a long distance, the stop lever 81 blocks the movement of the fastening structure 35, thereby limiting the whole push rod 3 from being pressed. When the stop lever 81 is extended a short distance (or retracted in length) by the stop lever controller 82, the stop lever 81 no longer blocks the movement of the catch mechanism 35, and the entire push rod 5 can be pushed. The catching structure 35 may be a stopper piece as shown in fig. 7A to 7D, or may be a stopper ring. The stop ring may be provided with a hole in the center for the stop rod 81 to pass through.
The lever extension controller 82 may be implemented by a controller of a mechanical control mechanism, or may be implemented by a controller of an electrical control mechanism. In a preferred embodiment, an electromagnetic lock may be used as the bar retraction controller 82. The electromagnetic lock can control the extending length of the stop lever 81 through the control of electromagnetic force.
Therefore, the scheme can realize the authority control of taking out the interpreter by the user.
The bar extension controller 82 controls the bar 81 to switch to the extended length in the fastened state again after the user takes out the interpreter. This design is more easily understood when the bar retraction controller 82 is an electromagnetic lock. In the implementation of electromagnetic lock, when the electromagnetic lock circular telegram, can inhale pin 81 back, get into the non-solid state of card, the user can press catch bar 3 and unblock the explanation ware, and then takes out. When the user does not have the authority to take out the explaining device, the electromagnetic lock is powered off, the stop lever 81 is ejected (specifically, the stop lever can be pushed out through the elastic force of the spring) to enter a clamping state, and the user cannot press the push rod 3. In order to prevent the situation that a user can press the pushing rod 3 to illegally take out the interpreter after the equipment is abnormally powered off, the electromagnetic lock is powered on only when the user finishes payment and needs to take out the interpreter, and the electromagnetic lock is powered off in other times. Therefore, even after the user takes out the interpreter, the stopper rod extension controller 82 controls the length of the stopper rod 81 in the locked state, and the user cannot push the push rod 3.
Based on the design, when the user returns the interpreter, if the interpreter is not correctly inserted to a reasonable position, the user mostly wants to press the push rod 3 to eject the interpreter, and then inserts the interpreter again for trial test, but the push rod 3 cannot be pressed due to the action of the stop rod 81. In order to solve this problem, it is required that the state of the bar 81 should be switched when the user inserts the interpreter into the cartridge body 10.
Fig. 7A to 7D show a modified structure for achieving the above object. A detection signal through hole is formed in the outer wall near the bin body inlet, an infrared signal detection device is arranged outside the detection signal through hole, an infrared signal path of the infrared signal detection device penetrates through the detection signal through hole, and the insertion of the interpreter is detected by means of an infrared signal mechanism.
In the present embodiment, specifically, the infrared signal detection means includes an infrared signal emitting means 91 and an infrared signal receiving means 92. The detection signal via includes a transmission signal via 13a and a reception signal via 13 b. The transmitting signal through hole 13a and the receiving signal through hole 13b are oppositely arranged on the outer wall of the bin body, the infrared signal transmitting path of the infrared signal transmitting device 91 penetrates through the transmitting signal through hole 13a, and the infrared signal receiving path of the infrared signal receiving device 92 penetrates through the receiving signal through hole 13 b. Thus, the infrared signal emitted from the infrared signal emitting device 91 passes through the emission signal through hole 13a and the reception signal through hole 13b when it is shielded without obstruction, and is finally received by the infrared signal receiving device 92. When the user inserts the interpreter into the cabin 10, the interpreter blocks the transmission path of the infrared signal, the infrared signal receiving device 92 cannot receive the infrared signal, and then the push rod is triggered to push the limiting device to be switched to a non-clamping state, so that the limitation of the movement of the push rod is removed.
Thus, even if the user is incorrectly inserted or is not firm, the user can push the push rod 3 to enable the explaining device to pop out and try to insert again.
When a user correctly inserts the interpreter into a locked state, namely when the locking end 42 of the locking piece 4 is inserted into the locking groove of the interpreter, the metal contact arranged at one end of the interpreter far away from the inlet 10a contacts the detection mechanism arranged at one end of the cabin body 10 far away from the inlet 10a, the interpreter is judged to return to the position, then the state is locked, the push rod is triggered to trigger the push rod to push the limiting device to be switched to a clamped state, and the user cannot push the push rod 3.
