Description

Water-based self-breathing consolidation material for pavement sealing layer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of road binding materials, and particularly relates to an aqueous self-breathing binding material for a TIT embedding sealing layer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
TIT is an acronym for embedded Thermosetting Technology (english), and embedding is an abbreviation for embedded Thermosetting Technology. The TIT embedding sealing layer is a pavement surface treatment sealing layer formed by synchronously spraying a binding material and an anti-skid aggregate on a pavement by adopting an embedding sealing layer spraying vehicle and naturally drying.
The TIT sealing layer mainly adopts water-based epoxy resin curing material at present, and the water-based epoxy resin refers to a stable dispersion system obtained by dispersing the epoxy resin in the form of particles or liquid drops in a dispersion medium taking water as a continuous phase by a physical or chemical method. Compared with the traditional epoxy resin, the waterborne epoxy resin not only can meet the requirement of current environmental protection, but also has better operation performance, and particularly can be matched with other waterborne materials for use, thereby achieving the purposes of mutually compensating and fully playing respective performances. The water-borne epoxy resin has the outstanding advantages that the water-borne epoxy resin can be cured at room temperature and in a humid environment, has reasonable curing time and has higher crosslinking density.
At present, a compact film can be formed after curing and drying the waterborne epoxy resin used by the TIT embedding seal layer, so that the moisture on the road surface can be ensured to be prevented from permeating into the lower part of the road surface to play a role in protection, but the water vapor below the waterborne epoxy resin compact film can not permeate through the film, so that the underground water vapor generates bubbles, expands and the like to cause the phenomenon of shelling of the TIT embedding seal layer, cause the failure of the TIT embedding seal layer in a short time, and greatly reduce the service time. In order to prevent the TIT embedding layer from falling off and peeling easily, the development of an aqueous self-breathing binding material for the TIT embedding layer is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an aqueous self-breathing bonding material for a TIT embedding sealing layer and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the problems of poor self-breathing performance, easy falling, peeling, short service life and the like of the existing aqueous bonding material for the TIT embedding sealing layer.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an aqueous self-breathing setting compound for a TIT caulk comprising: the water-based epoxy curing agent, the epoxy resin emulsion, the waste with low water absorption, the coupling agent, the pigment and filler, the stabilizer, the flatting agent and the defoaming agent are adopted, the hardness of the embedding and sealing layer is more than 2H after the water-based self-breathing bonding material is cured, the pull strength is more than 1MPa, and the pendulum friction value is more than or equal to 70.
Further, epoxy resin emulsion: low water absorption waste: pigment and filler: a stabilizer: leveling agent: the mass ratio of the defoaming agent is 100: (5-15): (20-40): (0.5-2): (0.5-2.5): (0.2-2).
Furthermore, the ratio of the amino active hydrogen contained in the aqueous epoxy curing agent to the epoxy group contained in the epoxy resin emulsion is 0.8-1.2: 1.
Further, the mass ratio of the low water absorption waste to the coupling agent is 100: 1 to 3.
Furthermore, the low-water-absorption waste is one or a mixture of more of waste wood chips, waste bagasse, waste rice hulls, waste polyurethane foam and waste phenolic foam.
Furthermore, the pigment and filler is one or a mixture of several of iron oxide red, carbon black, silicon dioxide, calcium sulfate, talcum powder, argil and calcium carbonate.
Further, the stabilizer is one or a mixture of a plurality of heat stabilizers, ultraviolet absorbers and ultraviolet screening agents.
Further, the leveling agent is one of polysiloxane, polyether modified polysiloxane or fluorine-containing surfactant; the defoaming agent is an aqueous defoaming agent.
Further, the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent. Gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH560) is preferred.
A preparation method of an aqueous self-breathing cementing material for a TIT embedding sealing layer comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of low water absorption waste slurry: crushing the waste with low water absorption, putting the crushed waste into a reaction kettle with a stirrer, adding a coupling agent, and reacting for 1-2 hours at 90-120 ℃; cooling to room temperature, adding deionized water, stirring and dispersing to obtain low-water-absorption waste slurry with the solid content of 10-20%;
(2) preparation of epoxy resin slurry: putting the epoxy resin emulsion into a stirring kettle, starting stirring, slowly and sequentially adding the low-water-absorptivity waste slurry, the pigment and filler, the stabilizer, the flatting agent and the foaming agent, and filtering to obtain epoxy resin slurry;
(3) preparation of aqueous self-breathing binders for the TIT potting layer: and adding the aqueous epoxy curing agent and the epoxy resin slurry, stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain the aqueous self-breathing solidifying material for the TIT embedding sealing layer.
The low water absorption waste refers to waste of crops or industrial products with low water absorption, such as waste wood chips, waste bagasse, waste rice hulls, waste polyurethane foam, waste phenolic foam and the like. The low water absorption waste is crushed to obtain low water absorption waste powder, the low water absorption waste slurry can be prepared through surface modification, the slurry has good compatibility with epoxy resin emulsion, and the slurry is applied to the surface layer of the pavement after being prepared into the aqueous self-breathing bonding material for the TIT embedding sealing layer. After the consolidation material is solidified, along with the volatilization of water, capillary pores are generated in situ at the position of the waste with low water absorption, and only the water and the steam are permeable and impermeable, thereby fundamentally solving the self-breathing performance of the water-based consolidation material for the TIT embedding sealing layer and preventing the TIT embedding sealing layer from easily falling off and peeling; if the water is accumulated on the road surface, the low-water-absorption waste absorbs water and expands, but the expansion rate is low, so that the water can be prevented from leaking to the bottom layer of the road surface, the strength of the road surface can be increased, and the TIT embedded sealing layer can be prevented from being damaged.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) compared with the solvent-based binding material used in the current market, the water-based self-breathing binding material for the TIT embedding sealing layer has the advantages of no toxicity, no combustion, safe use, no environmental pollution and the like. (2) Compared with the water-based binding material used in the current market, the water-based self-breathing binding material for the TIT embedding sealing layer has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost, high adhesive force, high hardness, wear resistance and the like. (3) The invention comprehensively considers the requirement that the aqueous self-breathing bonding material for the TIT embedding sealing layer is used for the highway pavement base material, and improves the compatibility and stability of the low-water-absorption waste and the aqueous epoxy resin by modifying the low-water-absorption waste through the silane coupling agent; the capillary pores are generated in situ by dehydrating the low-water-absorption wastes, and water vapor at the lower layer of the pavement is easy to permeate, so that the self-breathing property of the aqueous consolidation material for the TIT embedding sealing layer is realized; and the water-absorbing low-expansion concrete can absorb water under the condition of water, not only can prevent the water from leaking to the bottom layer of the pavement, but also can increase the strength of the pavement, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the water-based self-breathing bonding material for the TIT embedding sealing layer.
