Abstract
The invention discloses control forming equipment of an automatic gypsum board production line, which comprises a frame, a main driving mechanism, a side die forming mechanism and a roll pressing device, wherein the main driving mechanism is arranged on the frame, the roll pressing device is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the main driving mechanism, and the side die forming mechanism is arranged around the roll pressing device; the main driving mechanism comprises a main conveying belt, a main conveying belt driving wheel and a main conveying belt driven wheel, the main conveying belt driving wheel is driven by a main driving motor through a main driving chain wheel, and a main conveying belt cleaning device is arranged at the lower part of the main driving mechanism; the roll pressing device comprises a roll pressing belt, a roll pressing belt driving wheel, a roll pressing belt driven wheel and a lifting frame; the side die forming mechanism comprises a side die conveying belt, a side die conveying belt driving wheel and a side die conveying belt driven wheel. The invention ensures that the roll forming process of the gypsum board after the stirring grouting production process is automatically completed, and the gypsum board is automatically cleaned, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and saving the labor cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building material production, and particularly relates to control forming equipment of an automatic gypsum board production line.
Background
The production process flow of the gypsum board of the applicant company is as follows: material storage, material conveying, main and auxiliary material proportioning, pipeline stirring, foaming stirring according to proportion, grouting, roll pressing forming, heating, ventilation, acceleration and solidification, cutting, conveying, overturning and stacking. In order to realize full-automatic production, reduce labor intensity of workers and save labor cost, the inventor designs a control forming device of an automatic gypsum board production line after designing a stirring grouting device (another application).
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a control forming device of an automatic gypsum board production line, which enables a roll press forming process of a gypsum board after a stirring grouting production process to be automatically completed, and the control forming device is automatically cleaned, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and saving the labor cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the control forming equipment of the automatic production line of the gypsum board comprises a frame, a main driving mechanism, a side die forming mechanism and a roll pressing device, wherein the main driving mechanism is arranged on the frame, the roll pressing device is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the main driving mechanism, and the side die forming mechanism is arranged around the roll pressing device;

the roll pressing device comprises a roll pressing belt, a roll pressing belt driving wheel, a roll pressing belt driven wheel and a lifting frame, wherein the roll pressing belt driving wheel is driven by a roll pressing belt driving motor; a grouting sealing baffle is arranged in front of the stirring grouting equipment at the front end of the roll pressing device; the roll pressing device is provided with a middle net main and auxiliary suspension bracket; a middle net depth adjusting rod is arranged on the roll pressing wheel of the roll pressing device, and the bottom end of the middle net depth adjusting rod is a sliding guide wheel; the rear end of the roll pressing device and the main driving mechanism are provided with a middle net partition board, a middle net stretches from the inside of a middle net tensioner at the lower end of a middle net main and auxiliary suspension frame to extend to pass through a sliding guide wheel at the bottom end of a middle net depth adjusting rod, and the middle net is clamped and fixed in a gap in the middle of the middle net partition board; the rear end of the roll pressing device is also provided with an axial flow fan and a heating element;
the side die forming mechanism comprises a side die conveying belt, a side die conveying belt driving wheel and a side die conveying belt driven wheel, wherein the side die conveying belt driving wheel is driven by driving a side die main driving gear through a main driving motor and driving a driving shaft through a side die reversing gear; two ends of the side die forming mechanism are provided with side die conveying belt cleaning devices; the ultrasonic distance sensor is arranged on the grouting groove shell plate.
The axial flow fan and the heating element are provided with a fan guiding cover.
The side die conveying belt driven wheel is arranged on a driven shaft of the side die conveying belt.
An electric servo push rod is arranged on a lifting frame of the roll pressing device, so that the push rods are synchronous, the roll pressing height is regulated, and plates with different thicknesses are produced.
The working flow of the invention is as follows:
1. preparation before start-up
(1) Firstly, a middle net partition plate is manually arranged, a middle net is stretched from the middle net tensioner to extend through a sliding guide wheel at the tail end of a middle net depth adjusting rod, and the middle net is clamped and fixed in a gap in the middle of the middle net partition plate.
(2) And determining whether the type of the side mold belt is matched with the roller height, and if the type of the side mold belt is not matched with the roller height, adjusting the electric servo push rod to enable the roller height to be matched.
(3) The belt cleaning device (main belt cleaning device and side mold belt cleaning device) was manually started, and whether the operation was normal was checked, and the normal switching back to the automatic mode was confirmed.
(4) Checking the working condition of the main driving mechanism, and judging whether the chain needs to be added with lubricating oil.
(5) Checking whether the ultrasonic ranging sensor works normally.
(6) And manually starting the main conveying belt, and observing whether the main conveying belt, the side die conveying belt and the roll-pressing belt are synchronous or not. If not synchronized, the roll-to-roll belt drive speed needs to be adjusted to match the main conveyor speed, and then the save switch is automatic.
2. Starting the mixer to start grouting
The system executes a self-checking program, executes a first grouting program of a stirrer (see stirring grouting equipment A of another application), starts grouting, triggers an ultrasonic height detection signal, starts a main conveyor belt driver, starts a roll-pressing belt driver, starts an axial flow fan and a heating module, slowly accelerates a main conveyor belt, gradually accelerates the grouting speed, reaches a set grouting speed, starts a cleaning device to work, moves a middle net baffle to the tail end of the conveyor belt, manually removes the middle net baffle, ends a forming part flow and enters a cutting assembly line.
The invention ensures that the roll forming process of the gypsum board after the stirring grouting production process is automatically completed, and the gypsum board is automatically cleaned, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and saving the labor cost.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a control forming device of an automatic gypsum board production line comprises a frame, a main driving mechanism, a side mold forming mechanism and a roll pressing device, wherein the main driving mechanism is arranged on the frame, the roll pressing device is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the main driving mechanism, and the side mold forming mechanism is arranged around the roll pressing device;
the main driving mechanism comprises a main conveying belt 14, a main conveying belt driving wheel 15 and a main conveying belt driven wheel 25, the main conveying belt driving wheel 15 is driven by a main driving motor 16 through a main driving chain wheel 17, and a main conveying belt cleaning device 20 is arranged at the lower part of the main driving mechanism;
the roll pressing device comprises a roll pressing belt 4, a roll pressing belt driving wheel 7, a roll pressing belt driven wheel 3 and a lifting frame, wherein the roll pressing belt driving wheel 7 is driven by a roll pressing belt driving motor 8; a grouting sealing baffle plate 23 is arranged in front of the stirring grouting equipment 1 at the front end of the roll pressing device; the roll pressing device is provided with a middle net main and auxiliary suspension bracket 2; a middle net depth adjusting rod 5 is arranged on a roll pressing wheel of the roll pressing device, and a sliding guide wheel 6 is arranged at the bottom end of the middle net depth adjusting rod 5; the rear end of the roll pressing device and the main driving mechanism are provided with a middle net partition board 21, a middle net stretches and extends from the inside of a middle net tensioner 27 at the lower end of a middle net main and auxiliary suspension frame 2 to pass through a sliding guide wheel 6 at the bottom end of a middle net depth adjusting rod 5, and is clamped and fixed in a gap in the middle of the middle net partition board; the rear end of the roll pressing device is also provided with an axial flow fan 9 and a heating element 10;
the side die forming mechanism comprises a side die conveying belt 13, a side die conveying belt driving wheel 12 and a side die conveying belt driven wheel 26, wherein the side die conveying belt driving wheel 12 is driven by a side die main driving gear 18 driven by a main driving motor 16 and then a driving shaft driven by a side die reversing gear 19; the two ends of the side die forming mechanism are provided with side die conveying belt cleaning devices 28; an ultrasonic distance sensor 29 is mounted on the grout groove housing plate, (the entire grout groove is sealed).
The axial flow fan 9 and the heating element 10 are provided with a fan guiding cover 11.
The sideform belt driven pulley 26 is mounted on the sideform belt driven pulley 24.
The lifting frame of the roll pressing device comprises an electric servo push rod 22, so that the push rods are synchronous, the roll pressing height is adjusted, and plates with different thicknesses are produced.
The working flow of the invention is as follows:
1. preparation before start-up
(1) First, the middle net partition plate 21 needs to be manually arranged, the middle net is stretched from the middle net tensioner 27 to extend through the sliding guide wheel 6 at the tail end of the middle net depth adjusting rod 5, and the middle net is clamped and fixed in a gap in the middle of the middle net partition plate.
(2) It is determined whether the side mold belt type and the roll height match, and if not, the electric servo push rod 22 is adjusted to match the roll height.
(3) The belt cleaning devices (main belt cleaning device 20 and side mold belt cleaning device 28) were manually started, and whether the operation was normal was checked, and the normal switching back to the automatic mode was confirmed.
(4) Checking the working condition of the main driving mechanism, and judging whether the chain needs to be added with lubricating oil.
(5) Checking whether the ultrasonic ranging sensor works normally.
(6) The main conveyor 14 is manually started, and whether the main conveyor 14, the side mold conveyor 13, and the roll-pressing belt 4 are synchronized is checked. If not synchronized, the roll-to-roll belt drive speed needs to be adjusted to match the main conveyor speed, and then the save switch is automatic.
2. Starting the mixer to start grouting
