Optionally, a cover is disposed on the main body 1 corresponding to the pressing hole 16, and the cover is locked on the main body 1 by a padlock.
In order to improve the smoothness of the sliding block 2, a rotatable gear may be provided on the groove wall of the mounting groove 14, racks may be provided on both sides of the sliding block 2 in the width direction, and the smoothness of the sliding may be improved by the cooperation of the racks and the gears.
Further alternatively, a ball is provided on the groove wall of the mounting groove 14 or the side surface of the slider 2 that is attached to the groove wall of the mounting groove 14, and friction between the slider 2 and the groove wall of the mounting groove 14 is reduced by rolling friction of the ball, thereby improving smoothness of sliding.
In one embodiment, the slider 2 is provided with a rough layer 24 at an end thereof adjacent to the locking groove 12. By providing the rough layer 24, friction between the slider 2 and the surface of the switch dial 71 can be increased, and the switch dial 71 is prevented from being disengaged from the locking groove 12.
Preferably, the rough layer 24 is a convex tooth convexly provided on the slider 2.
In one embodiment, the first groove wall 121 is parallel to an end surface of the slider 2 extending to an end inside the locking groove 12.
Further, the first groove wall 121 is parallel to the second groove wall 122, an included angle between the first groove wall 121 and the abutting plane 11 is greater than 90 degrees, and an included angle between the second groove wall 122 and the abutting plane 11 is less than 90 degrees. When the installation, switch shifting block 71 of switch 7 is stirred to the outage state after, switch shifting block 71 can be the contained angle setting with switch 7's panel 72, consequently, sets up locking groove 12 with locking device to the chute structure, can be convenient for lock switch shifting block 71.

Claims (11)

1. A locking device, comprising:
the switch comprises a main body, a switch shifting block and a switch control device, wherein the main body is provided with an abutting plane, a locking groove for accommodating the switch shifting block is concavely arranged on the abutting plane, the locking groove is provided with a first groove wall and a second groove wall which are oppositely arranged, a guide hole is formed in the second groove wall, a mounting groove is arranged in the main body, and the mounting groove is communicated with the locking groove through the guide hole;
the sliding block is arranged in the guide hole in a sliding mode and provided with a locking position and an unlocking position, when the sliding block moves to the locking position, one end, extending into the locking groove, of the sliding block can enable the switch shifting block to be abutted against the first groove wall, and when the sliding block moves to the unlocking position, the sliding block is separated from the switch shifting block;
the locking assembly is connected with the sliding block and can lock the sliding block at the locking position, the locking assembly comprises a pawl, a ratchet strip and an unlocking piece, the ratchet strip is arranged on the sliding block, the pawl is arranged in the mounting groove and is meshed with the ratchet strip, the sliding block can be limited to move only in the direction close to the first groove wall by the cooperation of the pawl and the ratchet strip, the unlocking piece can selectively move to a position for driving the pawl and the ratchet strip to be separated, and then the sliding block is located at the unlocking position.

The locking device of claim 1, wherein a first elastic member is disposed in the mounting groove, the first elastic member is connected to the sliding block and the mounting groove, and the sliding block always has a movement tendency toward the unlocking position under the driving of the first elastic member.
3. The locking device according to claim 2, wherein the slider is provided with a strip-shaped mounting hole, the length of the mounting hole extends along the moving direction of the slider, a first fixing portion is provided on a wall of the mounting hole, a second fixing portion is provided in the mounting hole, the first elastic member is a spring, one end of the spring is connected with the first fixing portion, and the other end of the spring is connected with the second fixing portion.

The locking device of claim 1, wherein the two sides of the slider perpendicular to the moving direction of the slider are provided with the ratchets, two pawls are correspondingly arranged in the mounting groove, one end of each pawl is fixed in the mounting groove, the other end of each pawl is suspended, and the suspended end of each pawl is engaged with the ratchets.

The locking device of claim 1, wherein the unlocking member includes an unlocking plate, a protrusion is disposed on a side of the unlocking plate close to the pawl, the protrusion is selectively inserted between the ratchet bar and the pawl to separate the ratchet bar from the pawl, a second elastic member is disposed between the unlocking plate and the bottom of the mounting groove, the second elastic member constantly drives the unlocking plate to move toward a side away from the slider, a pressing hole is disposed on the main body and communicates with the mounting groove, a pressing rod is movably disposed in the pressing hole, the unlocking plate overcomes the elastic force of the second elastic member to move toward a side close to the slider under the driving of the pressing rod, and the protrusion is further inserted between the pawl and the ratchet bar to unlock the locking device.

The locking device according to claim 5, wherein a cover plate is detachably disposed at a notch of the mounting groove, a mounting seat is protruded from a side of the cover plate away from the mounting groove, the pressing hole is disposed on the cover plate and penetrates through the mounting seat, a locking hole communicated with the pressing hole is formed in the mounting seat, an axis of the locking hole and an axis of the pressing hole are disposed at an included angle, when the pressing rod is inserted into the pressing hole, the pressing rod can push the unlocking member to unlock the slider, when the pressing rod is inserted into the locking hole, the pressing rod blocks the pressing hole, and the pressing rod is locked on the mounting seat by a padlock.
7. The locking device of claim 1, wherein the notch of the mounting groove is detachably provided with a cover plate for plugging the mounting groove;
one side, close to the mounting groove, of the cover plate is provided with a sliding block limiting groove, the length of the sliding block limiting groove extends along the moving direction of the sliding block, and a limiting column in inserting fit with the sliding block limiting groove is arranged on the sliding block; or, the apron is close to the protruding spacing post that is equipped with in one side of mounting groove, set up the slider spacing groove on the slider, the length in slider spacing groove is followed the moving direction of slider extends.

The locking device of claim 1, wherein the locking assembly comprises a lock cylinder and a pressing hole, at least one side of the width direction of the sliding block is provided with a groove, the groove is provided with a spring, one end of the spring is connected with the groove bottom of the groove, the other end of the spring is connected with the lock cylinder, the pressing hole is formed in the main body corresponding to the locking position of the sliding block, when the sliding block is located at the unlocking position, the lock cylinder is pressed by the groove wall of the installation groove and located in the groove, and the spring is compressed; when the sliding block moves to the locking position, the spring pushes the lock cylinder to pop out and be partially inserted into the pressing hole.
9. The locking device of claim 8, wherein a cover is provided on the body corresponding to the pressing hole, and the cover is locked to the body by means of a padlock.
10. The locking device of claim 1 wherein the slider is provided with a roughened layer at an end adjacent the locking groove.
11. The locking device of claim 1 wherein said first groove wall extends parallel to an end face of said slider to an end within said locking groove.
