As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the embodiment of the invention provides a vacuum cup, which comprises a vacuum cup body 1, a cold water cup body 2 and a cup cover 3, wherein the cup cover 3 is covered above the vacuum cup body 2, and the cold water cup body 2 is arranged between the vacuum cup body 1 and the cup cover 3.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the cold water cup 2 includes a body 21, a first partition 22, a second partition 26 located below the first partition 22, a liquid guide tube 23 and a one-way valve 24, wherein the first partition 22 and the second partition 26 are disposed inside the body 21 and form a cold water cavity 211 with the body 21, and an outer side surface of the first partition 22 and the body 21 form a hot water cavity 212; a liquid conduit 23 is provided through the second partition, and a liquid outlet 231 of the liquid conduit 23 is provided adjacent to the first partition 22, and a one-way valve 24 is provided to allow liquid to flow from the thermos cup 1 into the cool water chamber 211.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the second partition 26 is provided with a hot water hole communicating the inner cavity of the thermos cup 1 with the hot water cavity 212, and a hot water outlet hole communicates the inner cavity of the thermos cup 1 with the hot water cavity 212. A hot water pipe 25 is further provided inside the body 21, and the hot water pipe 25 communicates with the hot water hole.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the partition 22 is a bent partition, and is formed by connecting an upper wing 221, a web 222 and a lower wing 223, and the top of the catheter 23 is fixed to the bottom surface of the upper wing 221. The top of the hot water conduit 25 passes out of the lower wing plate 223 to form a hot water outlet.
Preferably, the cold water cup body 2 is in threaded connection with the thermos cup body 1. Specifically, an internal thread is arranged below the inner wall of the body 21, an external thread is arranged outside the cup mouth of the vacuum cup body 1, and the internal thread is in fit and threaded connection with the external thread.
Preferably, the cup cover 3 is in threaded connection or hinged with the cold water cup body 2. When the two are in threaded connection, the cup cover 3 is opened in a rotary mode; when the two are hinged, the cup cover 3 is opened in a flip-type. The opening mode of the cup cover 3 can be a quick-opening type, a suction pipe type and the like, and the opening mode is not limited to the invention.
The cold water cup body 2 is made of transparent materials and has a single-layer structure. So that the user can observe the water quantity in the cold water cup body, and the single-layer structure is beneficial to heat dissipation of the water in the cold water cup body.
The structure of the vacuum cup body 1 is a double-layer structure, the two-layer structure is made of food-grade stainless steel, and the vacuum pumping treatment is carried out in the middle of the two-layer structure, so that the temperature of internal liquid is prevented from radiating outwards, and the heat preservation effect is improved.
The vacuum cup further comprises a silica gel anti-slip layer, the silica gel anti-slip layer is sleeved on the outer wall of the vacuum cup body 1, and the cup body is prevented from sliding down when in use, so that the vacuum cup is safe and reliable to use.
The check valve 24 includes a valve body 241 and a valve core 242, the valve core 242 is disposed in the valve body 241, see fig. 7, 8 and 9, in this embodiment, the valve core of the check valve 24 is a steel ball, when the thermos cup is upright, the steel ball prevents the liquid in the cooling cavity 211 from flowing back; when the thermos cup is up, the steel ball moves, so that the air in the cold water cavity 211 circulates with the air in the thermos cup, and the air pressure balance is achieved. It should be noted that, the valve core 242 used in the embodiment of the present invention may be a plug, the shape of the valve core 242 is not limited to the present invention, and other structural forms of the valve core 242 are shown in fig. 10 and 11.
When the thermos cup provided by the embodiment of the invention is used, the thermos cup is inverted, and the inverted cold water cup body is shown in fig. 8, after the thermos cup is inverted, liquid in the thermos cup body 1 can flow into the cold water cavity 211 from the liquid outlet 231 through the liquid guide pipe 23. At this time, the valve core 241 in the check valve 24 opens the vent hole on the valve body 242, so that the air in the cold water cavity 211 enters the inner cavity of the thermos cup body 1 while the liquid flows, and the balance of the air pressure in the thermos cup is achieved, in this process, the difference of the pressure in the liquid is generated due to the height difference between the liquid guide tube 23 and the check valve 24, and the greater the height difference is according to the formula p=ρgh, the greater the pressure is, so that the effect that the liquid flows down along the liquid guide tube 23 while the air flows up along the check valve 24 is achieved, and mutual interference is avoided. When the liquid in the cold water cavity 211 is observed to be filled, the thermos cup can be erected, and after the thermos cup is restored to be erected, the liquid in the cold water cavity 211 can not flow back into the thermos cup body 1 due to the action of the one-way valve 24. Since the outer wall of the cool water chamber 211 has a single-layer structure, the liquid stored in the cool water chamber 211 dissipates heat faster. The cup cover 3 is opened, the vacuum cup is inclined, water in the cold water cavity 211 can be directly drunk without waiting, the requirement of people on urgent need of water supplement when thirsty is met, and the vacuum cup is extremely convenient to use; in addition, in the cooling process, sundries such as dust and the like are prevented from falling into water, so that the cooling device is safe and sanitary; the thermos cup body 1 can still keep the heat of the water in the thermos cup body 1, and if the hot water in the thermos cup body 1 is needed, the cup cover 3 is opened, and the thermos cup is inclined in the opposite direction, as shown in fig. 5.
While the invention has been described in detail in the foregoing general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made thereto. Accordingly, such modifications or improvements may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
