Claims (14)
1. the adjusting component (40) is connected with the upper roasting tray component (10), the adjusting component (40) can slide along the extending direction of the slide way (31) to adjust the distance between the upper roasting tray component (10) and the lower roasting tray component (20), and at least one part of the adjusting component (40) can be pivotally arranged relative to the slide way (31) to drive the upper roasting tray component (10) to overturn;
a positioning part (50), by means of which the adjusting assembly (40) can be locked on the support seat (30);
the supporting seat (30) is provided with a plurality of positioning concave parts (32), the positioning concave parts (32) are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, the positioning parts (50) are arranged on the adjusting component (40) and move synchronously with the adjusting component (40), and the locking end of the positioning part (50) is selectively matched with one of the positioning concave parts (32) so that the upper roasting tray component (10) has a plurality of height gears;
an unlock button (60), when the unlock button (60) is pressed, the positioning portion (50) and the support base (30) are unlocked.

The frying and baking machine according to claim 1, wherein there are two supporting seats (30), two supporting seats (30) are spaced apart from each other, two positioning portions (50) are provided on the adjusting assembly (40), and the locking ends of the two positioning portions (50) face the two supporting seats (30); the unlocking button (60) is provided with a V-shaped unlocking notch (61), at least one part of the two positioning parts (50) is positioned in the V-shaped unlocking notch (61), and when the unlocking button (60) is pressed, the two positioning parts (50) are close to each other under the pressing of the V-shaped unlocking notch (61) so that the positioning parts (50) and the supporting seat (30) are unlocked.
3. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 2, wherein said adjustment assembly (40) comprises:
the positioning part (50) is movably arranged on the mounting base body (41), and the top end of the mounting base body (41) is provided with a pivoting structure (411) for connecting the upper baking tray assembly (10);
at least one first guide wheel (421), the first guide wheel (421) being arranged on the mounting base (41), and the first guide wheel (421) being slidably arranged in the slideway (31).

The machine according to claim 9, further comprising a resilient return member (70), wherein the carrier plate (412) has a positioning protrusion (414) protruding toward the receiving cavity, the positioning protrusion (414) is in the sliding direction of the positioning portion (50), and the resilient return member (70) abuts between the positioning protrusion (414) and the locking end to provide a return force for the positioning portion (50) to move toward the side of the supporting seat (30).
