Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The composition with the effects of moisturizing comprises the following components in parts by weight:
wherein yeast extract, purslane extract, prickly pear stem extract, pomelo fruit extract, lotus flower extract, plum fruit extract, citric acid, lactic acid, glycerin and glycerophosphoinositide choline salt are used as skin conditioners. Butanediol, propylene glycol, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate have moisturizing effect. Water is used as the solvent. The filtrate of the fermentation product of the leuconostoc/radish root is used as a natural preservative. Sodium citrate is used as pH regulator.
Wherein, the yeast extract has natural, safe and powerful moisturizing function, whitening function and anti-aging effect.
Firstly, yeast cells are rich in Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF), such as amino acids, peptides, sodium, potassium, magnesium and other mineral elements. Wherein, the amino acid accounts for 40% of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), and the mineral elements such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and the like account for 12% of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). The Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) has the advantages of good skin affinity, high safety and the like, can rapidly penetrate through the skin to provide nutrients required by the skin, and deeply nourishes skin cells. And the major components of yeast cell wall include yeast beta- (1,3)/(1,6) -glucan and mannan M60. The yeast beta- (1,3)/(1,6) -glucan contains a large number of hydrophilic groups and can absorb water or lock water in the skin stratum corneum. The specific molecular structure of the yeast mannose M60 can lock water molecules to achieve long-acting moisturizing effect, and in addition, the mannan protein can provide moisture required by skin. Therefore, the yeast extract has natural, safe and strong moisturizing function.
Secondly, the color of the skin is mainly determined by the amount of melanin content in the epidermis. Melanin is formed in melanocytes at the basal part of the epidermis, then transferred to basal cells, carried to the epidermal layer as epidermal cells migrate, and finally lost as keratinized cells are exfoliated. The mechanism of melanin formation is that tyrosine in melanocytes is oxidized into dopa, dopaquinone, dopachrome, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, indole-5, 6-quinone and the like under the influence of various factors in the environment under the action of tyrosinase, and finally converted into pigment particles. In addition to tyrosinase, 3 enzymes play a non-negligible role in melanin synthesis, namely dopachrome tautomerase, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylate oxidase and peroxidase. The whitening agent can reduce the generation of melanin by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, another 3 enzymes or melanin oxidation pathway. Yeast extract is an active substance extracted from natural yeast, and is mainly obtained by degrading proteins in yeast cells into amino acids and peptides, degrading nucleic acids into nucleotides, and extracting with other active substances in yeast cells. At present, the whitening effect of the pure natural yeast extract is verified through in vitro experiments and human body experiments respectively. The results of the ex vivo tissue section experiments showed that the melanin inhibition rates of the yeast extract aqueous solutions with a mass fraction of 0.5% and 1.0% were 55.8% (p < 0.05) and 81.2% (p < 0.01), respectively, and the melanin inhibition rate of the kojic acid aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 1.0% (positive control) was 25.9% (p < 0.05), as compared with the placebo. In a double-blind human experiment, the skin brightness of the cream whitener using a yeast extract with a mass fraction of 3% showed a trend of increase over the whole test period, compared to the skin on the side using placebo, and still maintained an increase of more than 30% (p < 0.05) by test 42 d; the Melanin Index (MI) value of the skin tended to decrease throughout the test period, with a 38% decrease remaining by 42d (p < 0.05). The whitening effect of the yeast extract is obviously higher than that of a control group (p is less than 0.05).
Thirdly, among yeast extracts, the most prominent anti-aging effect is β - (1,3) -glucan produced by yeast. This is a very potent stimulator of the immune system, as it has the effect of activating macrophages, neutrophils and the unique immune cells in the skin, langerhans cells, and inducing local or systemic immune and repair functions. The mechanism is due to the presence of receptors on the surface of langerhans cells that specifically respond to beta-glucans, thereby stimulating langerhans cells to activate an immune response. Other glucans, such as mannans, galactans and alpha- (1,4) or beta- (1,4) linked glucans do not have this activity. Among them, the decrease of Langerhans cells is closely related to skin aging, and thus it is known that yeast β - (1,3) -glucan has anti-aging effects in addition to immune and repair. However, glucan isolated from the cell wall of baker's yeast is a water-insoluble particulate polymer and is not suitable for use in cosmetics. Thus, techniques have been developed to modify pure β - (1,3) -glucan to carboxymethylated glucan (CM-glucan). Carboxymethylation is carried out under specific conditions, and the degree of substitution can reach 0.75. It is this configuration which is sufficient to render the substance water soluble without destroying its original helical structure, so that it has a particular activity. CM-dextran is soluble in the concentration range of 4% and meets cosmetic requirements. It can be compatible with most of cosmetic components, and most of production process conditions are not affected.

2. Moisture retention efficacy test
Experimental samples: the lotions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and those of comparative examples 1 to 5.
The test method comprises the following steps: 80 subjects aged 20 to 40 years were selected and randomly divided into 8 groups of 10, each group having no significant difference in age and skin properties and the like and being comparable, and 8 groups of subjects used the lotions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and the lotions of comparative examples 1 to 5, respectively.
The specific method comprises the following steps: after cleaning the face, the subject was allowed to sit still in a constant environment for 30 minutes, and the measurement of the blank value of the test site was performed using a skin moisture content tester, and 5 points were fixedly measured for each area in a certain order to obtain an average value. The test specimens were then evenly smeared with latex gloves and the timer was started. The change in MMV values was measured at 0.5h, 1h, 3h and 6h, respectively. Subtracting the blank value from the average value of each detection to obtain the change of the MMV value in the time period, removing the blank value to obtain the increase rate of the MMV value, and averaging the calculation results of 10 subjects in each group. The moisture growth rate results are shown in Table 4.
The skin moisture content increase rate calculation formula is as follows:
skin moisture content increase rate = (MMVt-MMV0)/MMV0 × 100%;
MMV 0: MMV on the skin before smearing; MMVt: MMV of the skin t time after application.
TABLE 4 moisture growth rate

Example 1 | 0 | 74.06 | 61.88 | 36.45 | 27.86 |
Example 2 | 0 | 70.25 | 60.51 | 34.15 | 23.72 |
Example 3 | 0 | 71.12 | 62.09 | 35.24 | 26.37 |
Comparative example 1 | 0 | 53.42 | 38.26 | 19.78 | 8.53 |
Comparative example 2 | 0 | 63.26 | 39.31 | 20.51 | 9.67 |
Comparative example 3 | 0 | 70.32 | 54.29 | 25.26 | 11.42 |
Comparative example 4 | 0 | 67.29 | 58.79 | 32.14 | 20.49 |
Comparative example 5 | 0 | 68.09 | 57.68 | 31.89 | 20.51 |
As can be seen from the experimental results of Table 4, the moisturizing effects of the lotions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention are much better than those of the lotions of comparative examples 1 to 5. The moisture growth rate can be kept high within 1h, and when the moisture growth rate lasts for 6h, the moisture growth rate is relatively high, and the moisture can be kept continuously. In particular, the cosmetic water of example 1 was most effective in replenishing water and moisturizing.
As is clear from comparison of example 1 with comparative examples 1 to 2, when the yeast extract was added to the cosmetic water in an amount of 10g and 20g, the water content increase rate decreased rapidly for 1 hour, and decreased even for 6 hours, and the moisturizing effect was poor.
As is clear from comparison between example 1 and comparative example 3, when 70g of yeast extract was added to the makeup water, the moisture growth rate was high when the duration was 0.5h, but the moisture growth rate was low when the duration was 3h, and the moisture growth rate was low when the duration was 6h, and the moisturizing effect was poor.
As can be seen from comparison of example 1 with comparative examples 4 to 5, when sodium hyaluronate or butanediol was not added to the lotion, the rate of water increase was relatively low when the lotion was maintained for 1 hour, and the effect of moisturizing was not as good as that of example 1 when the lotion was maintained for 6 hours.
Therefore, the toning lotion provided by the invention adopts the yeast extract with a reasonable proportion and the synergistic effect of the yeast extract and each component, so that the moisturizing effect is good.
3. Test of use effect
Experimental samples: the lotions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and those of comparative examples 1 to 5.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 160 subjects aged 25-40 were selected, randomized into 8 groups of 20 subjects each, and subjects were not aware of the composition of the product, excluding the influence of psychological factors on the overall evaluation of the product.
The results of the use of the products were evaluated after 8 weeks of continuous use in the morning and evening with each of the lotions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 for 8 subjects, and the results of the use evaluation were averaged for 20 subjects per group. The evaluation indexes of the using effect are moisture retention, absorption and using skin feel, and the evaluation of the using effect is three grades which are respectively as follows: the effect is not obvious (0-30 min), the effect is general (30-60 min), the effect is obvious (60-100 min), and the evaluation result of the use effect is shown in table 5.
Table 5 evaluation results of usage effects
Item | Degree of absorption | Moisture retention | Feeling of use |
Example 1 | 90.3 | 91.1 | 88.5 |
Example 2 | 85.6 | 83.7 | 87.3 |
Example 3 | 80.4 | 89.1 | 85.4 |
Comparative example 1 | 88.2 | 29.1 | 54.1 |
Comparative example 2 | 85.3 | 30.0 | 55.2 |
Comparative example 3 | 26.8 | 55.2 | 55.8 |
Comparative example 4 | 80.2 | 78.5 | 85.2 |
Comparative example 5 | 78.6 | 76.5 | 81.6 |
As can be seen from the experimental results of Table 5, the lotions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention had good moisturizing effect, were easy to absorb, and had good skin feel, and particularly the lotion of example 1 had the most significant effect in use.
As can be seen from comparative examples 1-2, when the yeast extract was added to the lotions in an amount of 10g to 20g, the resulting lotions were easily absorbed, but the skin feel was general and the moisture retention was poor.
As can be seen from comparative example 3, when the yeast extract was added to the cosmetic water in an amount of 70g, the resulting cosmetic water was not easily absorbed, and the moisturizing effect and the feeling of the skin upon application were general.
As can be seen from comparison of example 1 with comparative examples 4 to 5, when sodium hyaluronate or butanediol was not added to the lotion, the effect of the lotion of example 1 was not as good as the evaluation result, although the moisturizing property, the absorbency, and the feeling of the skin in use were good.
Therefore, the toning lotion disclosed by the invention adopts the yeast extract with a reasonable ratio and the synergistic effect of the yeast extract and each component, so that the toning lotion is easy to absorb by the skin, good in moisturizing effect and good in skin feel.
