In the further figures: the dashed line 8a is the position of the end 8 of the spool when the two tubulars are moved relative to each other; 10a is the position of the output end 10 of the second tubular when the two tubular are in relative motion.
Detailed Description
The invention is illustrated in the following examples given in connection with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention has a first tubular object composed of a large pipe fitting 11 and a small pipe fitting 6 which are respectively fixedly arranged at two ends of a conical hollow pipe 4; the second tubular member 3 which is in movable fit with the inner wall of the large tubular member 11 is arranged in the first tubular member. As can be seen from fig. 1, the upper end of the second tubular element 3, i.e. the outlet end, has a bead which is in the tightest fit with the inner wall of the large tubular element 11, so that both are relatively movable and have a certain tightness, preventing paste from escaping from between them. A support 7 is also provided at the outlet end 10 of the second tube 3, a cylindrical valve element 5 being fixed to the support 7. The valve core 5 is in movable fit with the inner wall of the small pipe fitting 6 on the first pipe. In the invention, a certain taper is formed between the small pipe fitting 6 of the first pipe and the valve core 5, and a paste unloading channel is formed between the inner wall of the small pipe fitting 6 and the valve core 5. When the valve core moves relative to the small pipe fitting 6, the paste unloading channel is gradually opened.
An internal thread 1 is provided in the input end of the second tube, in combination with the paste delivery tube, see fig. 1. In addition, a restoring spring 2 is provided between the large tube 11 on the first tube and the second tube 3. As can also be seen from fig. 1, a cavity 9 is provided between the first tube and the outlet end of the second tube for storing paste.
In operation of the invention, a paste delivery tube (this component is not shown in the drawings) is screwed onto the internal thread 1 of the second tubular input end of the device of the invention, and in the initial operating position, as shown in fig. 1, the end 8 of the valve core 5 is flush with the end of the small tubular member 6 and completely closes the paste discharge passage. When the quantitative paste is taken out in the working state, the paste is acted on the paste by pressure to enter the second tubular object and enter the cavity 9 from the output end 10 of the second tubular object, meanwhile, the paste acts on the inner wall of the conical hollow pipe to displace the first tubular object and the second tubular object, on one hand, the volume of the cavity 9 is gradually increased, the spring 2 is compressed, the small pipe fitting 6 moves upwards relative to the valve core 5, and meanwhile, a paste unloading channel between the valve core 5 and the inner wall of the small pipe fitting 6 is gradually opened. When the cavity 9 reaches the preset volume (at this time, the paste fills the cavity), at this time, the end 8 of the valve core 5 is located at the position of the dotted line 8a in fig. 1, the output end 10 of the second tube is located at the position of the dotted line 10a, at this time, the pressure on the paste is unloaded, i.e. the constraint of the restoring spring 2 is released, the restoring spring 2 rebounds, the two tubes are driven to move in the opposite directions, the paste in the cavity 9 is extruded through the paste unloading channel formed between the valve core 5 and the inner wall of the small tube 6 until the device is restored to the initial working position, and the purpose of quantitatively taking out the paste is realized. After the device has returned to the initial operating position, pressure is again applied to the paste, again into the course of a new operating cycle.
The device is very simple, the working effect is very reliable, the paste can be taken out periodically and quantitatively, and the quantity of the paste taken out can be conveniently adjusted by adjusting the time for applying pressure to the paste.
