(3) Spinning and lapping: filtering the molten slurry obtained in the step (2) by a filter with the heating temperature of 220 ℃, metering by a metering pump with the heating temperature of 220 ℃, inputting into a spinning box body, wherein the temperature of the spinning box body is 225 ℃, spinning is carried out through spinning holes, the spinning temperature is 220 ℃, the cross-blown air volume is 800r/min, the cross-blown temperature is 15 ℃, and the suction flow of a monomer during spinning is 3800m3H is used as the reference value. Claims (7)

1. The soft non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following raw and auxiliary materials in percentage by mass:
88-92% of polypropylene;
5.5-8.5% of an elastomer;
2.5-3.5% of soft master batch;
the smooth master batch comprises: 40-60% of polypropylene, 20-40% of modified EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 4-6% of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene copolymer and 10-30% of slip agent;
the modified EPDM is maleic anhydride and triallyl isocyanurate modified EPDM;
the elastomer is a dadmax elastomer 6202;
the slipping agent is selected from any one or combination of erucamide and oleamide;
it is prepared by the following method:
(1) weighing and mixing: weighing the raw and auxiliary materials according to the mass percentage, putting the raw and auxiliary materials into a stirrer for stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
(2) melting the screw: conveying the mixture obtained in the step (1) to a screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain molten slurry;
(3) spinning and lapping: filtering and metering the molten slurry obtained in the step (2), inputting the molten slurry into a spinning box, spinning through a spinneret orifice, cooling and drafting through air flow to form filament fibers, and uniformly adsorbing the filament fibers onto a conveying belt to form a fiber net;
(4) hot-press molding: and (4) hot rolling the fiber web obtained in the step (3) by a hot rolling mill to form a smooth non-woven fabric, wherein the pressure of the hot rolling mill is 3.6-4.0N, the air suction temperature is 680-720 ℃, the cold air temperature is 580-620 ℃, the upper roller temperature is 134-137 ℃, and the lower roller temperature is 128-131 ℃.
2. The soft non-woven fabric according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw and auxiliary materials in percentage by mass:
90% of polypropylene;
7% of an elastomer;
3% of soft master batch;
the smooth master batch comprises: 50% of polypropylene, 30% of modified EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 5% of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene copolymer and 15% of slip agent.
3. A method of preparing a compliant nonwoven fabric according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing and mixing: weighing the raw and auxiliary materials according to the mass percentage, putting the raw and auxiliary materials into a stirrer for stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
(2) melting the screw: conveying the mixture obtained in the step (1) to a screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain molten slurry;
(3) spinning and lapping: filtering and metering the molten slurry obtained in the step (2), inputting the molten slurry into a spinning box, spinning through a spinneret orifice, cooling and drafting through air flow to form filament fibers, and uniformly adsorbing the filament fibers onto a conveying belt to form a fiber net;
(4) hot-press molding: and (4) hot rolling the fiber web obtained in the step (3) by a hot rolling mill to form a smooth non-woven fabric.

The method for preparing a smooth non-woven fabric according to claim 3, wherein the pressure of the hot rolling mill in the step (4) is 3.6-4.0N, the air suction temperature is 680-720 ℃, the cold air temperature is 580-620 ℃, the upper roll temperature is 134-137 ℃, and the lower roll temperature is 128-131 ℃.
5. The method for preparing a compliant nonwoven fabric according to claim 3, wherein the temperatures of the screw extruder in step (2) are respectively: the temperature of the first zone is 160-175 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 180-190 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 200-210 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 210-220 ℃, the temperature of the fifth zone is 225-235 ℃, and the temperature of the sixth zone is 225-235 ℃.
6. The preparation method of the smooth non-woven fabric according to claim 3, wherein the temperature of the spinning box in the step (3) is 210-240 ℃, the air volume of the cross air blowing is 700-850 r/min, and the temperature of the cross air blowing is 5-20 ℃; the suction flow of the monomer during spinning is 3800m3/h。
7. The method for preparing a soft nonwoven fabric according to claim 3, wherein the temperatures of the metering and filtering steps in step (3) are 210 to 240 ℃.
