All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a mobile terminal, which includes a housing 100, a receiver 200, a first display module 300, and a second display module 400.
The first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are respectively disposed on two mounting surfaces of the housing 100 that are away from each other. The housing 100 is provided with a receiving chamber 110, and the receiver 200 is installed in the receiving chamber 110.
The mobile terminal is provided with a first receiving channel 500 and a second receiving channel 600, and the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600 are used for transmitting the sound emitted by the receiver 200. The inlet of the first receiving channel 500 and the inlet of the second receiving channel 600 are both communicated with the accommodating cavity 110, and the outlet of the first receiving channel 500 is arranged on the mounting surface on the same side as the first receiving channel or on the cover plate of the first display module 300. The outlet of the second receiving channel 600 is disposed on the same side of the mounting surface or the cover plate of the second display module 400.
In general, the outermost sides of the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are generally glass cover plates, and the cover plates of the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 may be glass cover plates.
The two side mounting surfaces of the mobile terminal may be completely covered by the first display module 300 or the second display module 400, or may be partially covered. When the mounting surface on one side is completely covered by the first display module 300, the outlet of the first receiver channel 500 may be opened on the cover plate of the first display module 300, as shown in fig. 3, and when the mounting surface on the other side is completely covered by the second display module 400, the outlet of the second receiver channel 600 may be opened on the cover plate of the second display module 400.
Of course, when the installation surface on one side is partially covered by the first display module 300, the outlet of the first receiver channel 500 may be opened on the installation surface. Similarly, when the other side of the mounting surface is partially covered by the second display module 400, the outlet of the second receiving channel 600 can be opened on the mounting surface, as shown in fig. 3.
The arrangement of the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600 enables both sides of the mobile terminal to receive the sound generated by the receiver 200.
In the mobile terminal disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, one receiver 200 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 110 of the housing 100, and both the first receiver channel 500 and the second receiver channel 600 are communicated with the accommodating cavity 110, so as to receive sound generated by the receiver 200, and finally enable the sound generated by the receiver 200 to pass through two sides of the mobile terminal where the first display module 300 and the second display module 400 are disposed. The structure can enable both sides of the mobile terminal to be used as the answering side. According to the scheme, double-side sound emission of the mobile terminal can be realized by adopting one receiver 200, and two receivers are not needed, so that the problem that the thickness size of the mobile terminal is large due to the fact that the two receivers are overlapped can be solved.
Because the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600 are both communicated with the accommodating chamber 110, and the receiver 200 is installed in the accommodating chamber 110, in an optimal scheme, the first receiving channel 500 may be a bent channel, and the second receiving channel 600 may also be a bent channel. The difficult degree that water, dust entered into and hold chamber 110 can be increased to the passageway of buckling, and then can reach better waterproof, dustproof effect.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in a specific embodiment, the cover plate of the first display module 300 is a glass cover plate 310, and the glass cover plate 310 is attached to the housing 100, and the two are usually fixedly connected by glue. The glass cover plate 310 is provided with a first opening 311, the surface of the casing 100 attached to the glass cover plate 310 is provided with a connecting groove 121, and the connecting groove 121 is communicated with the first opening 311. The bottom wall of the connecting groove 121 is opened with a second opening 122 communicating the connecting groove 121 and the accommodating chamber 110. The first opening 311 and the second opening 122 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the staggered arrangement means that the first opening 311 and the second opening 122 are at staggered positions, so that the first opening 311 and the second opening 122 do not have an overlapping region in the penetrating direction. The first opening 311, the connecting slot 121 and the second opening 122 are communicated to form a first receiving channel 500. The first receiver channel 500 is formed by the glass cover 310 and the housing 100, and penetrates the surface of the glass cover 310.
Similarly, there are various ways to make the second receiving channel 600 become a bending channel, please refer to fig. 3 again, in a specific embodiment, the housing 100 may include a first frame 120 and a second frame 130, and the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are butted to form a main board inner cavity of the housing 100, and also form the accommodating cavity 110. The second frame 130 includes a bezel 131. The first frame 120 is overlapped on the frame 131, the second receiving channel 600 penetrates from the accommodating chamber 110 to the frame 131 on one side thereof, and an outlet of the second receiving channel 600 is arranged at the bottom end of the frame 131. In general, the frame 131 is located at the edge of the casing 100, and the outlet of the second receiving channel 600 is located at the bottom end of the frame 131, so that the outlet of the second receiving channel 600 can be located at the edge of the mobile terminal as much as possible, and the second display module 400 with a larger area can be mounted on the side of the casing 100, which is beneficial for the mobile terminal to develop towards a large screen. Of course, the first receiving channel 600 may penetrate the edge of the mobile terminal as much as possible through the frame 131, so that the mobile terminal may use the first display module 300 with a larger area. Obviously, the mobile terminal disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can enable both sides to form a screen with a large screen ratio.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600 are both communicated with the accommodating chamber 110, so as to transmit the sound generated by the receiver 200. The receiver 200 can be a single-diaphragm receiver, that is, the receiver 200 includes a diaphragm to form a sound-emitting side, as shown in fig. 3, in this case, of course, the sound emitted from the receiver 200 can still propagate in the receiving cavity 110 and can then pass through the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600.
On the premise that the receiver 200 is a single-diaphragm receiver, the diaphragm of the receiver 200 usually faces one display module, for example, the first display module 300 shown in fig. 3, in this case, the first receiving channel 500 has better sound effect, and the second receiving channel 600 has poorer sound effect. In order to equalize the sound emitting effects of the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600, it is preferable that the inlet of the first receiving channel 500 and the inlet of the second receiving channel 600 are both located on the side where the diaphragm is located in the single-diaphragm receiver, i.e. the sound emitting side, as shown in fig. 3.
As described above, the housing 100 may include the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 connected to the first frame 120, a portion of the first frame 120 facing the second frame 130 may be provided with the dam 123, the dam 123 is used to form a sidewall of the receiving cavity 110, and the mobile terminal includes the main board 700. The main board 700 is typically a PCB board. One end of the main plate 700 may be sandwiched between the enclosure 123 and the second frame 130. In this case, the dam 123 can assist in forming the receiving cavity 110 after the first frame 120 and the second frame 130 are coupled, and can also serve to assemble the main board 700. Of course, the ends of the main panel 700 may be considered to form the side walls of the receiving cavity 110 together with the enclosure 123.
The receiver 200 needs to be electrically connected to the main board 700 of the mobile terminal, so as to perform its function, and there are various ways to electrically connect the receiver 200 to the main board 700. Referring to fig. 3 again, in a specific embodiment, a connecting piece 800 extending into the accommodating cavity 110 is disposed at an end of the main board 700, and the connecting piece 800 is supported at a bottom end of the receiver 200 and electrically connects the receiver 200 and the main board 700. The connecting piece 800 not only can electrically connect the main board 700 and the receiver 200, but also can support the receiver 200, so that the receiver 200 is located at a more reasonable position. Of course, the connecting piece 800 may be a metal piece, and an assembler may bend the metal piece to adjust the installation height of the receiver 200. The connecting piece 800 is generally supported at the bottom end of the receiver 200, and the top end of the receiver 200 can be bonded with the first frame 120 through the adhesive layer 210.
In order to reduce the influence of the external magnetic field on the operation of the receiver 200, in an optimal scheme, a magnetic shielding sheet 510 may be disposed in the first receiving channel 500, and a sound through hole is formed in the magnetic shielding sheet 510, so as to avoid the influence on sound transmission. The magnetic shielding sheet 510 can block an external magnetic field from entering the accommodating cavity 110 along the first receiving channel 500, thereby generating an adverse effect on the receiver 200. Similarly, the second receiving channel 600 may be provided therein with a magnetic shielding sheet 610, and the magnetic shielding sheet 610 may also be provided with a sound passing hole. Specifically, the magnetism insulator sheet 510 and the magnetism insulator sheet 610 may be steel sheets.
In order to further improve the dustproof and waterproof performance, a dustproof net 520 may be disposed in the first telephone receiving channel 500, and similarly, a dustproof net 620 may also be disposed in the second telephone receiving channel 600. In a preferred embodiment, the dust screen 520 may be stacked on the magnetic shield 510, and the dust screen 620 may be stacked on the magnetic shield 610.
In general, the dust screen is soft, and the magnetism isolating sheet is hard, so as to avoid damage to the dust screen 620 by an external insert, in an optimal scheme, the dust screen 520 is located on a side of the magnetism isolating sheet 510 away from an outlet of the first receiving channel 500, and in this case, even if there is a case that an external insert is inserted into the first receiving channel 500, the magnetism isolating sheet 510 can also play a good blocking role. Similarly, the dust-proof net 620 may be located on the side of the magnetic shielding sheet 610 away from the outlet of the second receiving channel 600.
As shown in fig. 3, when the outlet of the first receiving channel 500 is located on the outer surface of the glass cover 310, in a specific installation manner, the dust screen 520 and the magnetic shielding sheet 510 are stacked and installed between the glass cover 310 and the housing 100. Referring to fig. 3 again, when the outlet of the second receiver channel 600 is located on the mounting surface of the casing 100, in a specific installation manner, the dust-proof net 620 and the magnetism-isolating sheet 610 are stacked and then fixed on the mounting surface of the casing 100 through the plastic ring 900, the plastic ring 900 and the casing 100 can be bonded through glue, and the whole formed by stacking the dust-proof net 620 and the magnetism-isolating sheet 610 is located between the mounting surface of the casing 100 and the plastic ring 900, as shown in fig. 3.
In the mobile terminal disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the accommodating cavity 110 is a part of the inner cavity of the housing 100, and the accommodating cavity 110 may be isolated from the main board inner cavity 140 by the enclosure 123, so as to avoid interference between components located in two spaces, as shown in fig. 3.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the accommodating cavity 110 is a part of the inner cavity of the housing 100, and both the first receiving channel 500 and the second receiving channel 600 are communicated with the accommodating cavity 110, in this case, a sealing structure needs to be disposed between the accommodating cavity 110 and the main board inner cavity 140 to prevent impurities such as water and dust from entering the main board inner cavity.
The mobile terminal disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile terminal with double display screens, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a law enforcement recorder and the like, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific type of the mobile terminal.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
