Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides a method for tracking sequencing consumables. During sequencing, the consumable is placed on a sequencing system, the sequencing system comprises an information reading and writing device and a prompting device, and the tracking method comprises the following steps:
s11, before the consumable is placed on the sequencing system and sequencing is carried out, reading information items and values of the information items of the consumable by using the information reading and writing device to obtain an information label of the consumable, wherein the information label of the consumable comprises the information items and the values of the information items of the consumable, the information items comprise at least one of types, detection items and identification bits, the values of the types comprise reaction devices and/or first reagents matched with the sequencing system, the values of the detection items comprise at least one of disease genetic detection items, and the values of the identification bits comprise used and unused;
s12, comparing the information label of the consumable with the standard information label of the consumable to obtain a comparison result, wherein the standard information label of the consumable comprises the information item of the consumable and the standard value of the information item, and the information item in the standard information label of the consumable covers the information item in the information label of the consumable;
s13, judging whether the consumable is normal according to the comparison result:
when the information label of the consumable is consistent with the standard information label of the consumable, S14, judging that the consumable is normal and prompting that the consumable is normal by using a prompting device; when the values of all corresponding information items in the information tag of the consumable part and the standard information tag of the consumable part are completely the same, the two information tags are considered to be consistent;
when the information label of the consumable is inconsistent with the standard information label of the consumable, S15, judging the consumable is abnormal and prompting the abnormality of the consumable by using a prompting device; and when the value of any corresponding information item in the information tag of the consumable part is different from that in the standard information tag of the consumable part, the information tag of the consumable part and the standard information tag of the consumable part are regarded as inconsistent.
According to the tracking method of the sequencing consumables, the information reading and writing device is used for reading the information tags of the consumables, and the prompting device is used for prompting the state of the consumables, so that the sequencing consumables are clear and traceable, sequencing result errors caused by artificial distinguishing or loading errors are avoided, the requirement for attributing the sequencing consumables in different types and/or different states of the same type is lowered, and the sequencing consumables can be simply and effectively realized.
Specifically, the sequencing system includes a support for holding the consumable, for example, when the consumable is a reaction device, the support includes a platform with a groove for holding the reaction device. The platform can be designed into a movable platform and is used for driving the reaction device to move in the sequencing process, so that the sequencing system can acquire/photograph information at different positions of the reaction device. The reaction device comprises a chip. When the consumable is a first reagent, the first reagent is generally contained in the first reagent cartridge, the support comprises a rack, the first reagent cartridge containing the first reagent is placed on the rack, and the sequencing system can draw the first reagent into the reaction device for a biochemical reaction during the testing process, in some examples, the biochemical reaction comprises an extension reaction, and/or a radical excision reaction. The extension reaction may be a ligation reaction and/or a synthesis reaction.
The information item includes at least one of a category, a detection item and an identification bit, and specifically, the information item includes the category, or the information item includes the category and the detection item, or the information item includes the category and the identification bit, or the information item includes the category, the detection item and the identification bit, or the information item includes the detection item and the identification bit.
In some embodiments, different information items in the information tags may be arranged in a set order, and information items in the standard information tags may also be arranged in the set order to facilitate comparison of the information items. For example, when the information item includes a category, a detection item, and an identification bit, the information item may be arranged in the information tag and the standard information tag in the category-detection item-identification bit order. In other embodiments, the information tags and the standard information tags may have different arrangement orders of the information items, and the same identifier may be added to the same information item, and when comparing, the values of the corresponding information item and the information item may be compared by determining whether the identifier is the same.
In some embodiments, it is preferable that the number of information items of the information tag is the same as the number of information items of the standard information tag.
In some embodiments, the values of the information items may be represented by different numbers, for example, the values of the categories may be represented by different two-digit numbers, the values of the detection items may be represented by different three-digit numbers, and the values of the identification bits may be represented by different one-digit numbers. In one example, an information tag is defined as: the type (00) detection item (001) is the mark bit (1), wherein, the value 00 of the type (00) represents a reaction device, the value 001 of the detection item (001) represents prenatal detection, and the value 1 of the mark bit (1) represents unused. In another example, an information tag is defined as: the type (01) detection item (010) indicates the bit (0), the value 01 of the type (01) indicates the first reagent, the value 010 of the detection item (010) indicates the tumor screening, and the value 0 of the identification bit (0) indicates that the reagent has been used.
The value of the test item is taken from the detection of at least one genetic disease, including but not limited to prenatal testing and tumor screening, and thus the tracking method of the embodiments of the present invention can be used for different genetic testing applications.
In embodiments of the present invention, different numbers of information items may be selected for comparison according to different sequencing requirements. For example, the information item of the consumable includes a category, a detection item and an identification bit and a corresponding value, and the standard information item of the consumable includes a category, a detection item and an identification bit and a corresponding standard value. In the first sequencing, only the value of the type of the consumable material needs to be compared with the standard value of the type of the consumable material to judge whether the consumable material is normal, and the sequencing result is not influenced without comparing the values of other two information items with the standard value. Obtaining a comparison result after the comparison, and judging whether the consumable is normal according to the comparison result, wherein the comparison result only contains the comparison between the type value of the consumable and the standard value of the type, so that when the type value of the consumable is completely the same as the standard value of the type, the information tag of the consumable is considered to be consistent with the standard information tag of the consumable; when the value of the type of the consumable is different from the standard value of the type, the information tag of the consumable is not consistent with the standard information tag of the consumable.
In the second sequencing, the value of the type of the consumable and the standard value of the type of the consumable need to be compared, and the value of the detection item of the consumable and the standard value of the detection item of the consumable need to judge whether the consumable is normal, and the sequencing result is not affected even if the value of the remaining information item and the standard value need not to be compared. Obtaining a comparison result after the comparison, and judging whether the consumable item is normal according to the comparison result, wherein the comparison result comprises the comparison of the value of the type of the consumable item and the standard value of the type of the consumable item, and the comparison of the value of the detection item of the consumable item and the standard value of the detection item, so that when the value of the type of the consumable item and the standard value of the type of the consumable item are completely the same, and when the value of the detection item of the consumable item and the standard value of the detection item are completely the same, the information tag of the consumable item is considered to be consistent with the standard information tag of the consumable item; and when the value of the type of the consumable is different from the standard value of the type and/or the value of the detection item of the consumable is different from the standard value of the detection item, the information tag of the consumable is not consistent with the standard information tag of the consumable.
Other situations can be understood with reference to the above. In summary, the comparison result can be obtained by determining the comparison quantity between the value of the information item of the consumable and the standard value of the information item according to actual needs. When the comparison result shows that the values of the compared information items of the consumables are completely the same as the standard values of all the corresponding information items, the information labels of the consumables are considered to be consistent with the standard information labels of the consumables; and when the comparison result shows that the value of the compared information item of the consumable is different from the standard value of any corresponding information item, the information label of the consumable is not consistent with the standard information label of the consumable.
The value and standard value of the information item are one of attributes, signs, parameters, symbols, and the like that distinguish the comparison object from the information item having comparability. For example, 00 and 01 in the case of the type (00) and the type (01) are parameters for distinguishing the reaction apparatus from the first reagent in the case of a comparable type. For another example, A, B under test items (a) and (B) is a symbol for distinguishing prenatal testing from tumor screening under comparable test items. The attributes, logos, parameters or symbols of the comparator can be customized to the particular comparator represented.
In some embodiments, the information item of the consumable and the value of the information item may be written in at the time of shipment of the consumable, forming an information tag of the consumable. The specific information item of the consumable and the value of the information item can be customized, so that the consumable is convenient for practical application.
The standard information tag of the consumable, which includes information items to be compared before sequencing, may be preset and stored before sequencing.
In some embodiments, the information item further includes a lot number of the consumable, an intra-lot water number, and a specification, the lot number of the consumable including a value of the lot number of the consumable, the intra-lot water number including a value of the intra-lot water number, and the specification including a value of the specification. In some embodiments, the value of the lot number of the consumable, the value of the lot flow number, and the value of the specification may all be represented by different numbers.
In some embodiments, the information reading and writing device comprises a Near Field Communication (NFC) card reader, and the consumable is attached with a tag card capable of reading near field communication, and the NFC card reader is close to the tag card so that the information reading and writing device can obtain the information tag of the consumable.
Therefore, the cost of the information reading and writing device is low, and the accuracy rate of information reading is high.
Specifically, the NFC card reader may be disposed near a support such as a platform or a rack on which the consumable is placed, so that when the consumable is placed on the support, the NFC card reader may read an information tag of the consumable on the tag card. Generally, the distance between the NFC card reader and the tag card is about 20mm, and the short distance can avoid reading other tag cards. For example, when the consumable is a first reagent, the first reagent is contained in a first reagent cartridge, and a label card is attached to the outer surface of the first reagent cartridge. Before sequencing, the plurality of first reagent kits are placed on the same support, and the NFC card reader is close to the label card, so that the condition that the NFC card reader reads information of the label card adjacent to the label card to be read can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the information tag of the consumable part includes a type and a type value, and the comparison result includes that the type value is not consistent with a standard value of the type in the standard information tag of the consumable part or the type value is consistent with a standard value of the type in the standard information tag of the consumable part;
when the value of the type is consistent with the standard value in the type of the standard information label of the consumable, judging that the consumable is normal;
and judging that the consumable is abnormal when the value of the category is not consistent with the standard value in the category of the standard information label of the consumable.
Therefore, consumables inconsistent with the demand types are prevented from being used in sequencing, and sequencing errors are further avoided.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is only necessary to compare the value of the type of the consumable material with the standard value of the type of the consumable material to determine whether the consumable material is normal. Before sequencing, can be used for placing the position setting information read write device of consumptive material at sequencing system in advance, and set for the standard information label of consumptive material, the value of the standard value of the kind of the type when making the standard information label of consumptive material in with correctly placing the consumptive material in the position is unanimous. When the consumable is placed on the sequencing system, the information reading and writing device obtains the value of the type of the consumable, and then compares the obtained value of the type with the standard value of the type in the standard information tag of the consumable to obtain a comparison result.
For example, the sequencing system comprises a platform for placing the reaction device and a bracket for placing a first kit, wherein the first kit contains a first reagent, a first information reading and writing device is arranged on the edge of the platform, and a second information reading and writing device is arranged on the edge of the bracket. In the standard information tag of the consumable part, the standard value of the type of the consumable part corresponding to the first information reading/writing device is 00, which indicates a reaction device, and the standard value of the type of the consumable part corresponding to the second information reading/writing device is 01, which indicates the first reagent.
In some embodiments, the information tag of the consumable part comprises the detection item and the value of the detection item, and the comparison result comprises that the value of the detection item is not consistent with the standard value of the detection item in the standard information tag of the consumable part or the value of the detection item is consistent with the standard value of the detection item in the standard information tag of the consumable part;
when the value of the detection item is consistent with the standard value of the detection item in the standard information tag of the consumable, judging that the consumable is normal;
and judging that the consumable is abnormal when the value of the detection item is inconsistent with the standard value of the detection item in the standard information label of the consumable.
Therefore, consumables inconsistent with the requirement detection project are prevented from being used in sequencing, and sequencing errors are further avoided.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is only necessary to compare the value of the detection item of the consumable material with the standard value of the detection item of the consumable material to determine whether the consumable material is normal. The standard information tag of the consumable can be set according to the sequencing purpose, for example, the detection item in the next sequencing is prenatal detection, then, before sequencing, the standard value of the detection item in the standard information tag of the consumable is set to 001, which represents prenatal detection, when the consumable is placed on the sequencing system, the information reading and writing device is utilized to obtain the value of the detection item of the information tag of the consumable, and then the value of the detection item of the consumable and the standard value 001 of the detection item in the standard information tag of the consumable are compared, so that the comparison result is obtained.
In some embodiments, the information tag of the consumable comprises the identification bits and the values of the identification bits, and the comparison result comprises that the values of the identification bits are not consistent with the standard values of the identification bits in the standard information tag of the consumable or the values of the identification bits are consistent with the standard values of the identification bits in the standard information tag of the consumable;
when the value of the identification position is consistent with the standard value of the identification position in the standard information tag of the consumable, judging that the consumable is normal;
and when the value of the identification bit is inconsistent with the standard value of the identification bit in the standard information tag of the consumable, judging that the consumable is abnormal.
Thus, the used consumables are prevented from being used again, and sequencing errors are further avoided.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is only necessary to compare the value of the identification bit of the consumable with the standard value of the identification bit of the consumable to determine whether the consumable is normal. The standard value of the marker bit in the standard information tag of the consumable may be set to unused prior to sequencing. Before sequencing, if the value of the identification position of the consumable arranged on the sequencing system is used, after the information tag of the consumable is obtained by using the information reading and writing device, when the information tag of the consumable is compared with the standard information tag of the consumable, the value of the identification position of the consumable is inconsistent with the standard value of the identification position in the standard information tag of the consumable, and the consumable is judged to be abnormal; if the value of the identification bit of the consumable on the sequencing system is unused, then, after the information tag of the consumable is obtained by utilizing the information reading and writing device, when the information tag of the consumable is compared with the standard information tag of the consumable, the value of the identification bit of the consumable is consistent with the standard value of the identification bit in the standard information tag of the consumable, and the consumable is judged to be normal.
For example, the standard value of the flag in the standard information tag of the consumable material is 1 (indicating unused), and before sequencing, if the value of the flag of the consumable material placed on the sequencing system is 0 (indicating used), the consumable material is determined to be abnormal; if the value of the identification bit of the consumable placed on the sequencing system is 1 (indicating that the consumable is not used), the consumable is judged to be normal.
In certain embodiments, the value of the species comprises a second reagent and/or a third reagent that is matched to the sequencing system.
Therefore, the application range of the tracking method of the sequencing consumables can be expanded.
Specifically, in one example, the first reagent is a sequencing reagent, the second reagent is a group excision reagent, and the third reagent is an imaging reagent, that is, in different sequencing stages, when different reagents are extracted, whether different reagents are suitable for the current sequencing stage can be judged, and sequencing errors are avoided.
In some embodiments, the information tag of the consumable comprises an identification bit and a value of the identification bit, and after the sequencing is finished, the value of the identification bit is written into the information reading and writing device to be used to cover the original value of the identification bit.
In this manner, the value of the identification bits of the consumable may be altered such that the consumable that has been used will not be used again.
For example, before sequencing, the value of the flag bit of the consumable part placed on the sequencing system is 1 (indicating unused), and after sequencing is finished, the information reading/writing device writes 0 to cover 1, so that the value of the flag bit of the consumable part is changed from 1 (unused) to 0 (used).
In some embodiments, the information item includes an expiration date and a value of the expiration date of the consumable, the method including: obtaining a value of a current date and comparing the value of the current date with a value of an effective date before the consumable is placed on a sequencing system and sequenced;
the comparison result comprises a value that the value of the current date does not exceed the effective date or a value that the value of the current date exceeds the effective date;
when the value of the current date does not exceed the value of the effective date, judging that the consumable is normal;
and when the value of the current date exceeds the value of the effective date, judging that the consumable is abnormal.
Therefore, overdue consumables are prevented from being used for sequencing, and sequencing errors are further avoided.
In particular, the value of the current date may be determined from the value of the system date of the sequencing system. In some embodiments, the value of the date may be expressed as YYMMDD, where YY represents year, MM represents month, and DD represents day. In one example, the current date value is 171231, which indicates No. 12/31 in 2017, and if the expiration date value of the consumable part is 171130, which indicates No. 11/30 in 2017, the current date value exceeds the expiration date value, and it is determined that the consumable part is abnormal; if the effective date value of the consumable supplies is 180331 and represents No. 03/31 in 2018, the current date value does not exceed the effective date value, and the consumable supplies are judged to be normal.
In some embodiments, the information items include a delivery date, an expiration date, a delivery date value, and an expiration date value of the consumable, and the method includes: comparing the value of the effective date with the value of the factory date;
the comparison result comprises a value that the value of the factory date does not exceed the effective date or a value that the value of the factory date exceeds the effective date;
when the value of the delivery date does not exceed the value of the effective date, judging that the consumable is normal;
and when the value of the delivery date exceeds the value of the effective date, judging that the consumable is abnormal.
Therefore, the probability increase of sequencing errors caused by date entry errors of the early consumables can be avoided.
Specifically, normally speaking, the value of the delivery date of the consumable will not exceed the value of the expiration date of the consumable, but if in the production process of the consumable, the date entry of the consumable itself has errors, so that the value of the delivery date of the consumable exceeds the value of the expiration date of the consumable, and then under the condition that the date entry of the consumable itself has errors, the probability that other information of the consumable has errors is greatly improved, and further the probability of sequencing errors is increased. Therefore, before sequencing, the consumables with wrong date entry are screened out, and the probability of sequencing errors can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the information item comprises reserved bits and values of the reserved bits, the method comprising:
and receiving a new information item to be written and the value of the new information item, and respectively writing the values of the new information item and the new information item into the values of the reserved bits and the reserved bits by using an information reading and writing device.
Therefore, information expansion can be conveniently carried out on the information tag of the consumable.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the new information item and the value of the new information item may be input by a user in a human-computer interaction interface of the sequencing system, and the new information item and the value of the new information item are written to the values of the reserved bits and the reserved bits, respectively, by using the information reading and writing device.
In some embodiments, the prompting device issues a visual and/or audible prompt when prompted by the prompting device.
Therefore, the visual prompt message and/or the auditory prompt message can be easily received by the user, and the prompt success rate is improved.
In particular, the prompting device may include a display screen and/or a speaker, and the display screen of the prompting device may be controlled to display visual prompting information when prompting is performed, e.g., the display screen displays "abnormal", "! The prompt device comprises a loudspeaker and a display device, wherein the loudspeaker is used for displaying text information of abnormal consumables, or displaying text information of normal consumables, OK, normal consumables, OK and the like, and/or controlling the loudspeaker of the prompt device to send auditory prompt information, for example, the loudspeaker sends sound information of abnormal consumables, or sends sound information of normal consumables, OK and the like. In other embodiments, the audible prompting message also includes sound generated by vibration caused by the prompting device, for example, the prompting device includes a vibration motor, and when the consumable is normal, the vibration motor is controlled to generate a plurality of vibrations at short intervals; when the consumables are abnormal, the vibration motor is controlled to vibrate for multiple times at longer intervals.
In some embodiments, the value of the information item is an encrypted value, the method comprising: the read value of the information item is decrypted to compare the information tag of the consumable with the standard information tag of the consumable. Thus, the value of the information item can be prevented from being easily changed by human interference.
Specifically, the encryption and decryption algorithms may employ commonly used encryption and decryption algorithms.
