Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated waterway component and a water purifier, wherein the integrated waterway component comprises a component body which is integrally injection molded, a plurality of straight pipes are molded on the component body, straight channels are molded in the straight pipes in a core-pulling mode, the straight pipes are round pipes, and the straight channels are correspondingly arranged into round channels. The technical scheme of the invention can improve the mass production yield of the integrated waterway component.

It can be understood that for the wall thickness of the straight pipe formed on the component body, if the wall thickness is too small, collapse deformation easily occurs in the core pulling forming process, if the wall thickness is too large, more materials are needed, and the cost is too high.
In the invention, the diameter range of the straight flow channel formed on the component body is preferably 6mm to 12mm; it can be understood that under the condition that the wall thickness of the straight pipe is certain, if the diameter of the straight flow channel is too large, collapse deformation easily occurs in the core-pulling forming process, and if the diameter of the straight flow channel is too small, the flow requirement of the water purifier is difficult to meet. In this embodiment, the diameter of the main straight flow channel formed on the member body is further preferably 10mm, so as to achieve both core-pulling stability and flow requirement of the water purifier.
It can be understood that under the condition that the wall thickness and the inner diameter of the straight pipe are both fixed, the longer the straight pipe is, the longer the core pulling distance is, the more easily collapse deformation occurs in the core pulling process, and the greater the core pulling difficulty is. In this embodiment, further, the length of the straight pipe formed on the member body is less than or equal to 180mm, so as to avoid the overlong straight pipe and ensure the core pulling yield.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, in the present embodiment, further, the integrated waterway member 2 includes a plurality of first straight pipes 21 extending in a first direction, a plurality of second straight pipes 22 extending in a second direction, and a plurality of third straight pipes 23 extending in a third direction, wherein any two directions of the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are disposed at an angle to each other; that is, the integrated waterway member 2 integrates at least three direct current channels in different directions, which is a three-dimensional integrated waterway member 2, and can meet the requirement of a complex waterway.
It can be understood that, in the first straight pipe 21, the second straight pipe 22 and the third straight pipe 23, the more similar the extension directions of any two straight pipes are, the easier the core-pulling structures matched with the straight pipes in different directions are to interfere in position in the process of core-pulling forming the internal straight flow channel, so that the setting of the core-pulling structure is affected; in this embodiment, preferably, any two directions of the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other, so that the position interference possibility of the core pulling structure corresponding to the straight tube in different directions can be reduced to the greatest extent.
In this embodiment, further, on the integrated waterway component 2, the plurality of straight pipes integrally injection molded further includes a straight switching pipe extending along the fourth direction and communicating with both the first straight pipe 21 and the second straight pipe 22, and a pipe orifice of the straight switching pipe located at the end of the fourth direction is provided with a plug to realize indirect communication between the first straight pipe 21 and the second straight pipe 22; wherein the fourth direction is the opposite direction of the third direction. In this embodiment, further, on the integrated waterway member 2, at least part of the outer wall surfaces of two adjacent straight pipes extending in the same direction are connected to enhance the joint rigidity of the two connected straight pipes, and reduce the probability of bending deformation of the straight pipes in the extending direction.
