For the infusion materials needing to be filtered, such as tea leaves, coffee powder and the like, the splitter plate 14 can also play the role of a filter screen, namely a filter cavity is formed by the enclosing between the splitter plate 14 and the inner bottom surface of the infusion cup 1. After brewing, namely after the hot water supply device 2 injects hot water with a preset volume into the brewing cup 1 and the air pump 3 stops pumping air from the brewing cup 1, a certain negative pressure is formed in the brewing cup 1, and the beverage cannot automatically flow out from the beverage outlet because the atmospheric pressure is greater than the gravity of the beverage and the pressure in the brewing cup. It is therefore necessary to inject gas into the brewing cup 1 to increase the gas pressure within the brewing cup. One way is that the air pump 3 injects air into the brewing cup 1 from the outside. 9. The brewer of claim 1, wherein the brew cup includes a cup body and a cover body covering an open end of the cup body, the water inlet is disposed in the cover body, and the second gas port is disposed in a side wall of the cup body adjacent the cover body.
10. Brewing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said hot water supply means comprise:
a water tank;
a water inlet pipe connected between the water tank and the water inlet; and the number of the first and second groups,
a heating device to heat water in the water tank.
11. Brewing machine according to claim 10, characterized in that the heating means are arranged in the bottom wall and/or side walls of the water tank; or,
the heating device is arranged in the water inlet pipe.
12. The brewing machine according to claim 10, wherein the height of the water outlet of the water tank is lower than the height of the water inlet of the brewing cup, the water inlet pipe is provided with a water pump, and the electric control device is further electrically connected with the water pump.
13. The brewer of claim 1, wherein a vent valve is provided between the air pump and the second air port, and/or between the hot water supply and the water inlet, to atmosphere, and the electrical control means is electrically connected to the vent valve for controlling the vent valve to open and close to allow the brewing cup to be vented or shut off from atmosphere.
14. A method of making a beverage in a brewer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, comprising the steps of:
step S1, the air pump pumps air from the brewing cup to the outside through the second air port, and the air pump pumps air at a speed which is higher than the speed of air entering the brewing cup from the outside through the first air port so as to form negative pressure in the brewing cup;
and step S2, the hot water supply device supplies hot water to the to-be-brewed object in the brewing cup through the water inlet.
15. The method of making a beverage with a brewing machine according to claim 14, further comprising, after step S2:
and step S3, when the hot water supply device injects hot water with a preset volume into the brewing cup and the air pump stops pumping air outwards from the brewing cup, the electric control device controls the air pump to inject air into the brewing cup.
16. The method for making a beverage by a brewer as claimed in claim 14, wherein said brewer is the brewer of claim 13, further comprising, after step S2:
step S3', after the hot water supply device injects a predetermined volume of hot water into the brewing cup and the air pump stops pumping air from the brewing cup, the electronic control device opens the vent valve to allow the brewing cup to communicate with the atmosphere through the vent valve.
