Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a one-touch circumcision apparatus, and more particularly, to a one-touch circumcision apparatus for performing circumcision in an accurate and rapid manner, so that the operation time is shortened, and secondary infection due to the operation is prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a one-touch circumcision apparatus, and more particularly, to a one-touch circumcision apparatus which can perform circumcision in an accurate and rapid manner, thereby not only shortening the operation time but also reducing pain and bleeding during the operation.
Background
Generally, circumcision is medically known as circumcision, which refers to a procedure of removing a foreskin and exposing a glans.
The operation is performed in order to prevent or cure the most common diseases such as balanitis or balanitis, peridermatitis, phimosis and incarceration phimosis, etc. Further, studies have shown that it helps to reduce the risk of partner cervical cancer or to reduce the risk of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
The general procedure of the surgery is as follows. First, a portion to be removed is marked on the skin around a coronary sulcus (coronalus) with the foreskin left as it is, and then, the skin is cut out annularly with a surgical knife for medical purposes. Next, after the foreskin is pulled down from the glans, the inner side of the foreskin is incised around the coronal sulcus and the separating foreskin is removed by dividing the two cutting lines. The bleeding site is then bandaged to stop bleeding, and the skin is joined by suturing.
However, this procedure has a problem in that children who are unwilling to undergo surgery are frightened because they require injections of anesthetic and are painful and profuse to lose blood. Therefore, new surgical procedures are needed to complete the surgery in the shortest time and to reduce pain and bleeding.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem is as follows:
the present disclosure is directed to providing a touch circumcision apparatus which can perform circumcision in an accurate and rapid manner, thereby not only shortening the operation time but also reducing pain and bleeding during the operation.

The glans insertion cylinder may comprise: a first body extending longitudinally having a cylindrical shape; a first flange formed at one end of the first body and having a diameter larger than the first body; and a glans insertion hole formed at the other end of the first body and opened; and the sheath pulling cylinder comprises: a second body having a shorter cylindrical shape than the first body, sliding and extending along an outer surface of the glans insertion cylinder; a second flange formed at one end of the second body and having a larger diameter than the second body; and a wrapping hook formed on an outer surface of the other end of the second body and including a plurality of protrusions.
The one-touch circumcision device may further comprise a locking mechanism disposed between the glans insertion cylinder and the foreskin pulling cylinder and configured to fix the foreskin pulling cylinder.
The one-touch circumcision device may further comprise a suture stapler for the foreskin, wherein the stapler is arc-shaped or circular ring-shaped.
The one-touch circumcision device may further include a stapling unit slidably coupled to the glans insertion cylinder and the foreskin pulling cylinder.
Has the advantages that:
according to the present disclosure, it is possible to accurately and rapidly incise and suture the foreskin in a state where the foreskin is fixed by a one-touch circumcision device, thereby remarkably shortening the operation time and contributing to solving the problems of the foreskin being too short of incised, the psychological fear of the patient due to the long operation time, and the secondary infection due to the bleeding, apart from the conventional method in which the surgeon or an assistant fixes the foreskin during the operation.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a one-touch circumcision device according to the present disclosure, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the locking mechanism of fig. 1; FIG. 3 illustrates step by step the use of a one-touch circumcision device, in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure; and figure 4 shows an example of a stapler for use in the present disclosure.
As shown in the drawings, the present disclosure proposes a one-touch circumcision device 100, which includes a glans insertion cylinder 110 shaped like a cylinder and allowing the glans to be separated from the foreskin for insertion at one side; and a foreskin pulling cylinder 120 slidably coupled to an outer surface of the glans insertion cylinder 110 and pulling the separated foreskin.
The glans insertion cylinder 110 includes: a first body 111 extending longitudinally with a cylindrical shape; a first flange 112 formed at one end of the first body 111 and having a larger diameter than the first body 111; and a glans insertion hole 113 formed at the other end of the first body 111 and opened.
The foreskin pulling cylinder 120 includes: a second body 121 having a shorter cylindrical shape than the first body 111, sliding and extending along the outer surface of the glans insertion cylinder 110; a second flange 122 formed at one end of the second body 121 and having a larger diameter than the second body 121; and a wrapping hook 123 formed on an outer surface of the other end of the second body and including a plurality of protrusions. The second flange 122 may have a larger diameter than the first flange 112 formed within the glans insertion cylinder 110. This allows the second flange 122 to act as a grip when the sheath is hooked and pulled by the sheath hook 123.
Further, a locking mechanism 130 is provided between the glans insertion cylinder 110 and the prepuce pulling cylinder 120 and fixes the position of the prepuce pulling cylinder 120. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking mechanism 130 is implemented as a locking groove 131 formed on the outer surface of the glans insertion cylinder 110 and a locking protrusion 132 formed on the foreskin pulling cylinder 120. However, various modifications to the structure of the locking mechanism may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention. After the separated foreskin is hooked and pulled by the foreskin pulling cylinder 120, the locking mechanism 130 is provided to fix the position of the foreskin pulling cylinder 120.
With this arrangement, a surgical procedure using the one-touch circumcision device 100 is illustrated with reference to fig. 3.
In fig. 3, (a) shows a male penis before circumcision, wherein the glans penis G is covered by a foreskin E.
In the state of (a), the foreskin E is detached from the glans penis G and turned inside out as shown in (b) of fig. 3.
Next, as shown in fig. 3 (c), the exposed glans G is inserted into the glans insertion cylinder 113.
After the insertion, as shown in (d) of fig. 3, the turned-over wrapper E is turned back and caught by the wrapper hook 123 of the wrapper pulling cylinder 120.
Then, as shown in fig. 3 (e), the second flange 122 is held, and the sheath pulling cylinder 120 is pulled back and locked by the locking mechanism 130. In this state, the foreskin E is stapled at a proper point by the surgical stapler S and then the front end thereof is cut off, thereby completing the circumcision when forming the suture line adjacent to the glans G as shown in fig. 3 (f).
Fig. 4 shows an example of a surgical stapler S shaped like scissors and having curved ends for stapling. Accordingly, if the surgical stapler S is used with the one-touch circumcision apparatus according to the foregoing embodiment, the operation can be rapidly performed with less pain.
Stapler S is shown for display purposes only and need not be molded into a scissors shape or have its ends curved. Accordingly, the stapler may be variously modified to affect the use of the apparatus according to the present disclosure.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a one-touch circumcision device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
The embodiment shown in fig. 5 further includes a stapling unit 140 on the foregoing embodiment. The stapling unit 140 may be formed to slide on the glans insertion cylinder 110 and the foreskin pulling cylinder 120 such that the third flange 142 and the ring stapler 143 are coupled by a plurality of connecting rods 141.
The third flange 142 serves as a handle for moving the stapling unit 140 forward and backward, the inside of the ring stapler 143 is loaded with a nail (staple), and when the outer circumference of the ring stapler 143 is pressed, it places the nail in the wrapper to complete the sewing. The nail may be made of iron wire that must be removed later, or may be implemented as formed of an absorbable suture.
The one-touch circumcision device 100 with the stapling unit 140 as shown in fig. 5 operates as follows.
First, the glans insertion cylinder 110 is used to insert the glans therein, and the prepuce is hooked and coupled to the prepuce hook 123 of the prepuce pulling cylinder 120, and the prepuce is pulled back by the second flange 122 of the prepuce pulling cylinder 120 and fixed by the locking mechanism 130. Then, the stapling unit 140 located at the rear is pulled forward and slid toward the end (i.e., the suturing position of the glans insertion cylinder 110), and the foreskin is stapled at the suturing position by pressing the ring stapler 143, thereby simply completing the circumcision.
As described above, with the one-touch circumcision apparatus of the present disclosure, the foreskin is safely excised and can be rapidly sutured using the stapler, thereby greatly shortening the operation time. Further, this may also reduce pain during surgery, thereby performing surgery by simply applying anesthetic ointment and minimizing bleeding.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the above-described exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Accordingly, this disclosure is to cover all such modifications as fall within the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
