In the present embodiment, the limiting mechanism 30 includes a positioning strip 31 and a limiting strip 32, where the positioning strip 31 is provided with a plurality of positioning slots 311 along the length direction, so that the connecting blocks 112 on the pipe clamping strip 11 can be fast clamped into the positioning slots 311; the limit strip 32 is provided with a plurality of limit grooves 321 along the length direction; the limiting strip 32 is detachably connected to the positioning strip 31, and the opening of the limiting groove 321 is aligned with the opening of the positioning groove 311 to form a limiting hole, so as to limit the pipe clamping strip 11. The positioning strip 31 and the auxiliary cross beam 22 can be fastened by flexible plastic ropes.
The limiting mechanism 30 further comprises a clamping pin 33, and the clamping pin 33 is inserted into the positioning strip 31 through the limiting strip 32; for fixing the limit bar 32 to the positioning bar 31.
