When the angle of the cover body 1 on the front cover 7 needs to be adjusted, the spanner 4 is pulled, so that the female bayonet lock 5 on the spanner moves along with the spanner to climb over the male bayonet lock 3 to move to other positions, and the female bayonet lock 5 and the male bayonet lock 3 are separated from each other and are not clamped. The two ends of the anchor ear 2 are not tensioned any more. After the cover body 1 is rotated to a required angle position, the wrench 4 is pulled in the opposite direction, so that the female bayonet lock 5 on the wrench 4 climbs to the male bayonet lock 3 and is clamped again with the male bayonet lock 3, and the cover body 1 is stabilized at the new angle position.
The screw 6 is used for connecting the spanner 4 and the anchor ear 2: in fig. 2, a vertical threaded hole is formed in the upper part of the wrench 4, and a screw 6 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole on the wrench 4; the upper end of the opening of the anchor ear 2 is provided with a smooth wall through hole with larger aperture, and the screw 6 is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating way and can axially move relative to the through hole. By means of the design, the spanner 4 can move up and down very conveniently relative to the hoop 2, the angular position of the cover body 1 can be adjusted conveniently, and the connection depth of the through hole adjusting screw 6 and the spanner 4 can be used for adjusting the environment-friendly tightness of the hoop 2 to the front cover 7.
