The binding module 13 is specifically configured to bind the face image with the identity card information in order to correspond a person with the information, where the identity card information has uniqueness, and correct to obtain whether the face image and the identity card information conform to each other.
The identification code of the mobile terminal 40 acquired by the identification code acquiring module 14 includes, but is not limited to, an MAC address, an IMEI address, etc., the mobile terminal 40 is generally a mobile phone, because the mobile phone is a device that people carry for a long time, and the identification code of each mobile phone is unique, so that the identification code of the mobile phone is used as one of the conditions for identification, which has uniqueness, is not easy to have the same phenomenon, and improves the success rate of identification.
The binding acquisition module 15 binds the face information, the mobile terminal 40 information and the living address, so as to realize correction and statistics of floating population changes of the sub-areas, the sub-buildings 30 and the sub-residential units, and effectively improve the monitoring efficiency and accuracy.
The integration module 23 realizes the correction and the statistic of floating population change of the regional, multi-storied building-dividing 30 and residential unit-dividing, and effectively improves the monitoring efficiency and accuracy.
Further, the sample information collecting unit 2 includes a face preprocessing module 21, an information processing module 22, and an integrating module 23.
And the face preprocessing module 21 is configured to capture a face image of a person entering the entrance and exit, and preprocess the face image.
And the information processing module 22 is used for scanning and collecting the mobile terminals 40 of the persons entering the entrance and the exit, preprocessing the scanning result and acquiring the information of the mobile terminals 40.
And the integration module 23 is configured to integrate the face image of the person entering the entrance and the information of the mobile terminal 40 to obtain sample information.
The face preprocessing module 21 includes a capture sub-module 211, a size processing sub-module 212, and a face number judgment sub-module 213.
The capturing sub-module 211 is configured to capture a face image of a person entering the doorway.

A face number judgment sub-module 213, configured to judge whether there are multiple faces in the face image; if not, the face image after the unification processing is taken as the face image in the sample information; if so, respectively intercepting and processing according to the number of people to generate a face image set, and taking the face image set as a face image in the sample information.
The face preprocessing module 21 may be that a camera 10 and an identification code collector are installed at an entrance of the building 30, the camera 10 acquires face images of persons entering the entrance, the identification code collector acquires information of the mobile terminal 40, and the installation position of the camera 10 requires that only the persons entering the entrance are shot but the passing persons cannot be shot; the scanning power of the identification code collector is adjusted to the minimum area only covering the range of the entrance and the exit, so that the phenomenon that people pass through the scanning by mistake is avoided as much as possible.
The capture sub-module 211, specifically the camera 10, captures the face image, however, the size of the captured face image has a problem, and some captured face images are large, while the face images in the list in the database are small, and the size of the face image needs to be adjusted.
The size processing sub-module 212 works to satisfy the following human face image comparison process, and avoid comparison errors caused by the size problem.
The face number determination sub-module 213 mainly captures faces when the camera 10 is installed, when multiple persons pass through the camera 10, multiple faces may appear in the same face image, and for the face image with multiple faces, certain processing needs to be performed on the face image, so as to obtain a single face image of each face. When a plurality of faces appear, generally, individual faces are cut out as an independent face image according to the number of the faces, and all the independent face images are made into a face image set, for example, if the independent face image is F, F ═ F1, F2, … … Fn }, in this embodiment, the face image or the face image set is stored in a storage unit in the camera 10.
The information processing module 22 includes a signal scanning sub-module 221, a number determination sub-module 222, and a number comparison sub-module 223.
And a signal scanning sub-module 221, configured to scan the AP signal of the mobile terminal 40, and acquire the identifier of the mobile terminal 40 in the AP signal.
The number judgment submodule 222 is configured to judge whether the obtained identifier of the mobile terminal 40 is a single identifier, and if so, use the obtained identifier of the mobile terminal 40 as the information of the mobile terminal 40;
the number comparison sub-module 223 is used for judging whether the number of the acquired identification codes of the mobile terminal 40 is more than the number of the face images if the number of the acquired identification codes of the mobile terminal is not more than the number of the face images; if the number of the obtained identification codes of the mobile terminal 40 is more than that of the facial images, removing the redundant identification codes of the mobile terminal 40 with the weakest sequence according to the strength degree of the AP signals, generating a mobile terminal 40 identification code set by using the identification codes of the mobile terminals 40, taking the mobile terminal 40 identification code set as the information of the mobile terminal 40, and if the number of the obtained identification codes of the mobile terminal 40 is not more than that of the facial images, directly generating the mobile terminal 40 identification code set by using the identification codes of the mobile terminals 40, and taking the mobile terminal 40 identification code set as the information of the mobile terminal 40.
For the signal scanning sub-module 221, the identification code collector automatically scans and collects AP (access point) signals of the mobile terminal 40 through a wireless local area network connection technology (such as WI-FI), broadcasts the identification code of the mobile terminal 40 from the acquired AP signals, and stores the identification code in the storage unit.
Since a plurality of identification codes are captured when a plurality of persons enter the entrance as in the process of capturing the face image, the number judgment sub-module 222 is required to perform the judgment, and when only one identification code of the mobile terminal 40 is available, the acquired identification code of the mobile terminal 40 is only required to be used as the information of the mobile terminal 40.
Because the identification code collector can collect the identification code of the mobile terminal 40 of the passing person when collecting signals, the quantity comparison sub-module 223 is needed to judge whether the identification code of the mobile terminal 40 of the passing person exists in the identification code of the mobile terminal 40 according to the number of the face images, thereby reducing the monitoring error and improving the detection accuracy. If the number of the obtained mobile terminal 40 identification codes is more than the number of the face images, the redundant mobile terminal 40 identification codes with the weakest sequence are removed according to the intensity degree of the AP signals, for example, the number m of the mobile terminal 40 identification codes IDC is more than the number n of the face images F, the (m-n) mobile terminal 40 identification codes IDC with the weakest sequence are removed according to the intensity degree of the AP signals, and the mobile terminal 40 identification codes of passing personnel are removed. If a plurality of mobile terminal 40 identification codes are generated into a mobile terminal 40 identification code set, and the mobile terminal 40 identification code set is used as the mobile terminal 40 information, for example, a plurality of mobile terminal 40 identification codes are acquired, the mobile terminal 40 identification code set IDC ═ { IDC1, IDC2, … … IDCm } is generated and then stored in the storage unit.
The mobile terminal information comparing unit 3 compares the identification code IDC of the mobile terminal 40 just acquired with the identification codes of the mobile terminal 40 in the identification code list one by one.
If a new identification code IDC of the mobile terminal 40 appears, the face information comparison unit 5 sends an alarm signal by the server 20, and simultaneously sends the face image F captured at that time to the server 20 to compare the face features of the face image F with the face features in the list in the database.
Under the condition that the human faces are compared and consistent, the person replaces the mobile terminal 40 or the mobile terminal 40 system is reset to cause the change of the identification code IDC of the mobile terminal 40, the updating unit 6 updates the database of the server 20, updates the identification code IDC of the mobile terminal 40 corresponding to the person to be a new identification code IDC of the mobile terminal 40, and simultaneously sends the updated identification code list Ln to the camera 10 to update the database in the storage unit, so as to ensure that the identification code list in the database is up to date when the floating population is monitored every time, and avoid the problem of monitoring errors caused by the fact that the data in the list are not up to date.
If the face comparison is inconsistent, it is determined that new people appear in the building 30/region/residential unit, that is, the conditions that the new mobile terminal 40 identification code IDC and the new face image F appear at the same time are met, and after receiving the notification of the change of the floating people sent by the change notification unit 7, the manager can judge whether the person is a temporary person or a new person and perform targeted processing according to local management rules.
In addition to the standard information collecting unit 1 being completed in the server 20, the camera 10 may be provided with a main control chip, a memory, and an identification code collector, and the mobile terminal information comparing unit 3, the no-change notifying unit 4, the face information comparing unit 5, the updating unit 6, and the change notifying unit 7 may be completed in the server 20.
The system for monitoring the floating population acquires the face information of resident personnel or temporary personnel and the information of the mobile terminal 40 during registration, acquires the face information of entering personnel and/or the information of the mobile terminal 40 when entering an entrance, acquires the change condition of the floating population by comparing the information of the mobile terminal 40 with the face information, and associates the face and the identity card related to the identity characteristic with the mobile terminal 40 one by one, so that the dynamic change of the floating population is judged in real time and effectively managed, the flow of the floating population is monitored, the floating population is distinguished, the effect of effectively managing and monitoring the floating population is achieved, and the monitoring efficiency is high.

Claims (5)
1. A method for monitoring a floating population, the method comprising:
acquiring face information, a living address and mobile terminal information of a resident population or a temporary population as standard information;
acquiring a face image of a person entering an entrance and an exit and mobile terminal information as sample information;
comparing the sample information with standard information, and judging whether the mobile terminal information in the sample information exists in the mobile terminal information in the standard information;
if yes, outputting a notice that the floating population is unchanged;
if not, judging whether the face image in the sample information exists in the face information in the standard information;
if the standard information exists, updating the mobile terminal information corresponding to the face image in the sample information with the mobile terminal information corresponding to the face information in the standard information;
if not, outputting a notice that the floating population changes;
the method comprises the following steps of obtaining face images of people entering an entrance and an exit and mobile terminal information as sample information, wherein the steps comprise the following specific steps:
capturing face images of people entering an entrance and an exit, and preprocessing the face images;
scanning and collecting mobile terminals of personnel entering an entrance and an exit, and preprocessing a scanning result to acquire mobile terminal information;
integrating the face images of the persons entering the entrance and the exit and the mobile terminal information to obtain sample information;
the method comprises the following steps of capturing face images of people entering an entrance and an exit, and preprocessing the face images, wherein the method comprises the following specific steps:
capturing a face image of a person entering the entrance;
carrying out size unification processing on the face image;
judging whether a plurality of faces exist in the face image;
if not, the face image after the unification processing is taken as the face image in the sample information;
if so, respectively intercepting and processing according to the number of people to generate a face image set, and taking the face image set as a face image in the sample information;
the method comprises the following steps of scanning and collecting the mobile terminals of the personnel entering the entrance and the exit, preprocessing the scanning result and acquiring the information of the mobile terminals, wherein the method comprises the following specific steps:
scanning an AP signal of the mobile terminal to obtain a mobile terminal identification code in the AP signal;
judging whether the obtained mobile terminal identification codes are single or not;
if so, taking the acquired mobile terminal identification code as mobile terminal information;
if not, judging whether the number of the obtained mobile terminal identification codes is more than that of the face images or not;
if the number of the obtained mobile terminal identification codes is more than the number of the face images, removing the redundant mobile terminal identification codes which are arranged weakest according to the strength degree of the AP signals, and entering the next step;
and generating a mobile terminal identification code set by using the plurality of mobile terminal identification codes, and using the mobile terminal identification code set as mobile terminal information.
2. The method for monitoring floating population according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the face information, the residential address and the mobile terminal information of the resident population or the transient population as standard information comprises the following specific steps:
collecting face images of resident population or temporary population;
acquiring identity card information of resident population or temporary population;
binding the face image with the identity card information to obtain face information;
acquiring a mobile terminal identification code of a resident population or a temporary population as mobile terminal information;
and binding the face information, the mobile terminal information and the residential address corresponding to the resident population or the temporary population to acquire standard information.
3. The method for monitoring floating population according to claim 2, wherein after the step of binding the face information, the mobile terminal information and the residence address corresponding to the resident population or the transient population and obtaining the standard information, the method further comprises:
and respectively establishing an identity code list of the people living in each building or each residential unit according to the residential address, and storing the standard information in the list.

The system for monitoring the floating population is characterized by comprising a standard information acquisition unit, a sample information acquisition unit, a mobile terminal information comparison unit, a no-change notification unit, a face information comparison unit, an updating unit and a change notification unit;
the standard information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the face information, the living address and the mobile terminal information of a resident population or a temporary population as standard information;
the sample information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a face image of a person entering the entrance and the exit and mobile terminal information as sample information;
the mobile terminal information comparison unit is used for comparing the sample information with the standard information and judging whether the mobile terminal information in the sample information exists in the mobile terminal information in the standard information or not;
the unchanged notification unit is used for outputting a notification that the floating population is unchanged if the unchanged notification unit is used;
the face information comparison unit is used for judging whether the face image in the sample information exists in the face information in the standard information if the face image in the sample information does not exist in the face information in the standard information;
the updating unit is used for updating the mobile terminal information corresponding to the face image in the sample information to the mobile terminal information corresponding to the face information in the standard information if the sample information exists;
the change notification unit is used for outputting a notification that the floating population changes if the floating population does not exist;
the sample information acquisition unit comprises a face preprocessing module, an information processing module and an integration module;
the face preprocessing module is used for capturing face images of people entering the entrance and the exit and preprocessing the face images;
the information processing module is used for scanning and collecting the mobile terminals of the personnel entering the entrance and the exit, and preprocessing the scanning result to obtain the information of the mobile terminals;
the integration module is used for integrating the face images of the persons entering the entrance and the exit and the mobile terminal information to obtain sample information;
the face preprocessing module comprises a capturing submodule, a size processing submodule and a face quantity judging submodule;
the capturing submodule is used for capturing a face image of a person entering the entrance;
the size processing submodule is used for carrying out size unification processing on the face image;
the face number judging submodule is used for judging whether a plurality of faces exist in the face image; if not, the face image after the unification processing is taken as the face image in the sample information; if so, respectively intercepting and processing according to the number of people to generate a face image set, and taking the face image set as a face image in the sample information;
the information processing module comprises a signal scanning submodule, a number judgment submodule and a number comparison submodule;
the signal scanning submodule is used for scanning the AP signal of the mobile terminal and acquiring the mobile terminal identification code in the AP signal;
the number judgment submodule is used for judging whether the obtained mobile terminal identification code is a single one or not, and if so, the obtained mobile terminal identification code is used as mobile terminal information;
the quantity comparison submodule is used for judging whether the quantity of the acquired identification codes of the mobile terminal 40 is more than that of the face images or not if the identification codes of the mobile terminal are not more than that of the face images; if the number of the obtained mobile terminal identification codes is more than that of the facial images, removing the surplus mobile terminal identification codes with the weakest sequence according to the strength degree of the AP signals, generating a mobile terminal identification code set by the mobile terminal identification codes, taking the mobile terminal identification code set as mobile terminal information, and if the number of the obtained mobile terminal identification codes is not more than that of the facial images, directly generating the mobile terminal identification code set by the mobile terminal identification codes, and taking the mobile terminal identification code set as the mobile terminal information.

The system for monitoring floating population according to claim 4, wherein the standard information acquisition unit comprises a face image acquisition module, an identity card information acquisition module, a binding module, an identification code acquisition module, a binding acquisition module and a list generation module;
the human face image acquisition module is used for acquiring human face images of resident population or temporary population;
the identity card information acquisition module is used for acquiring identity card information of resident population or temporary population;
the binding module is used for binding the face image with the identity card information to obtain the face information;
the identification code acquisition module is used for acquiring the identification code of the mobile terminal of the resident population or the transient population as the information of the mobile terminal;
the binding acquisition module is used for binding the face information, the mobile terminal information and the residential address corresponding to the resident population or the temporary population to acquire standard information;
