Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯棒球及其制备方法。聚氨酯棒球由A组分和B组分组成,A组分:聚醚多元醇DDL‑4300D、聚醚多元醇DEP‑3600H、聚醚多元醇DDL‑2000D、MDI;B组分:聚醚多元醇DDL‑400、催化剂、扩链剂、色浆。本发明具有强度高、高耐磨性、耐撕裂、有一定的弹性、有良好的耐环境性能等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯棒球及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市场上存在的棒球主要材料为橡胶材质的,橡胶材质的棒球的物理性能较差。而聚氨酯棒球具有强度高、高耐磨性、耐撕裂、有一定的弹性,有良好的耐环境性能等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯棒球,具有强度高、高耐磨性、耐撕裂、有一定的弹性、有良好的耐环境性能的优点;本发明同时提供了聚氨酯棒球的制备方法,加工工艺简单,生产效率高。
本发明所述的聚氨酯棒球,由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,
A组分:
B组分:
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D为2官能度,分子量4300的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品韧性好。
所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H为3官能度,分子量6000的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品弹性好、耐磨。
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品硬度大、耐撕裂。
所述的MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)的加入使得反应速度快,制品机械性能好、耐磨性能优异。
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-400为2官能度,分子量400的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品手感好,硬度大。
所述的催化剂为有机铋催化剂DY-20,上海德音化学有限公司生产,主要起催化NCO与OH的作用。
所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
本发明所述的聚氨酯棒球的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A组分:聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D、聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H和聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在100-110℃抽真空脱水1.5-2.0h,降温45-55℃后加入MDI,75-85℃合成NCO含量为3-12%的预聚体;
(2)B组分:将聚醚多元醇DDL-400、催化剂、扩链剂和色浆混合均匀;
(3)聚氨酯棒球的制作:然后将A组分与B组分按100:7-60的质量比混合均匀,将其倒入预热至100±5℃的模具中,30min后脱模,90-100℃硫化10-12小时后得到产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明具有强度高、高耐磨性、耐撕裂、有一定的弹性、有良好的耐环境性能等优点。
(2)本发明加工工艺简单,生产效率高。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
原料组成如下:
A组分:
B组分:
制备方法如下:
(1)A组分:聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D、聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H和聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在110℃抽真空脱水2.0h,降温55℃后加入MDI,85℃合成NCO含量为12%的预聚体;
(2)B组分:将聚醚多元醇DDL-400、催化剂、扩链剂和色浆混合均匀;
(3)聚氨酯棒球的制作:然后将A组分与B组分按100:60的质量比混合均匀,将其倒入预热至105℃的模具中,30min后脱模,100℃硫化12小时后得到产品。
产品指标见表1。

(1)A组分:聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D、聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H和聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在100℃抽真空脱水1.5h,降温45℃后加入MDI,75℃合成NCO含量为3%的预聚体;
(2)B组分:将聚醚多元醇DDL-400、催化剂、扩链剂和色浆混合均匀;
(3)聚氨酯棒球的制作:然后将A组分与B组分按100:7的质量比混合均匀,将其倒入预热至95℃的模具中,30min后脱模,90℃硫化10小时后得到产品。
产品指标见表2。

(1)A组分:聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D、聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H和聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在105℃抽真空脱水1.6h,降温50℃后加入MDI,80℃合成NCO含量为8%的预聚体;
(2)B组分:将聚醚多元醇DDL-400、催化剂、扩链剂和色浆混合均匀;
(3)聚氨酯棒球的制作:然后将A组分与B组分按100:25的质量比混合均匀,将其倒入预热至100℃的模具中,30min后脱模,95℃硫化11小时后得到产品。

1.一种聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D为2官能度,分子量4300的聚醚多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H为3官能度,分子量6000的聚醚多元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-400为2官能度,分子量400的聚醚多元醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于所述的催化剂为有机铋催化剂DY-20。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯棒球,其特征在于所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一所述的聚氨酯棒球的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)A组分:聚醚多元醇DDL-4300D、聚醚多元醇DEP-3600H和聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在100-110℃抽真空脱水1.5-2.0h,降温45-55℃后加入MDI,75-85℃合成NCO含量为3-12%的预聚体;
(2)B组分:将聚醚多元醇DDL-400、催化剂、扩链剂和色浆混合均匀;
(3)聚氨酯棒球的制作:然后将A组分与B组分按100:7-60的质量比混合均匀,将其倒入预热至100±5℃的模具中,30min后脱模,90-100℃硫化10-12小时后得到产品。
