Abstract

本发明涉及一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯应用技术领域。本发明采用双组分体系,聚合物组分是由扩链剂三乙醇胺、2官能度、3官能度的聚醚多元醇和抗黄变剂、环保催化剂混合制得,预聚物组分是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和碳化二亚胺改性的MDI与聚醚多元醇和增塑剂反应制得。两组分快速混合得到聚氨酯弹性体,本发明主要用于要求室温操作,能够室温快速脱模的环保、韧性好的透明低硬度产品的制作,多用于制作鞋垫等。

Description

一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯应用技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯是一种性能介于橡胶与塑料之间的高分子合成材料,其特点是硬度调整范围宽,既有橡胶的弹性又有塑料的硬度,具有良好的机械性能、耐磨性能和回弹性能。其中,聚氨酯鞋材是一种低硬度的材料,要求硬度低,回弹好,表面微粘。一般的该种材料都需要高温90~120℃成型熟化,才能做到1-2分钟开模。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料及其制备方法,所述聚氨酯鞋材料硬度低,在双O 40~60之间,常温操作流动性好,产品韧性好,模具不用加热,常温1′~1′30″可开模,生产效率高。
一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,包括两种组分:
(1)聚合物组分:由按以下重量百分数计的原料制成:扩链剂1%~3%,官能度为2、数均分子量在2000~4000范围内的聚环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇20%~30%,官能度为3、数均分子量在5000~6000范围内的聚环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇65.85%~77.6%,抗氧剂0~1%,抗紫外线吸收剂0~1%和有机金属催化剂0.15%~0.4%;
(2)预聚物组分:由按以下重量百分数计的原料制成:异氰酸酯23.4%~37%、聚醚多元醇63%~66.6%和增塑剂0~10%,异氰酸根含量为5%~10%。
聚合物组分与预聚物组分的质量比为100:30~35。
所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇选用PPG500、PPG2000、PPG3000、PPG4000、PPG28、PPG3050、PPG330N和PPG3600中的一种或两种以上,优选PPG2000和PPG330N、PPG3600;扩链剂选用小分子醇TEA。
抗氧剂是指1076(β-(4-羟基苯基-3,5-二叔丁基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯)或抗氧剂1010(四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯)中的一种或两种的混合物;紫外线吸收剂选自UV328(2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二特戊基苯基)苯并三唑)或UV329(2-(2'-羟基-5'-特辛基苯基)苯并三唑)一种或两种的混合物。
所述有机金属催化剂为有机铋或有机锌环保催化剂。
所述异氰酸酯选自MDI、液化MDI(碳化二亚胺改性的MDI)及其混合物。
所述聚醚多元醇是指PPG2000、PPG3000、PPG3050中的一种或者两种以上。
所述快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料的制备方法,即将聚合物组分与预聚物组分混合,搅拌均匀后,浇入模具中,室温固化,脱模,得到硬度在双O 55~60之间的低硬度聚氨酯弹性体。
所述混合温度在25~35℃之间,固化时间在40″~1′,1′~1.5′脱模。
聚合物组分按照如下制备方法得到:将各原料在100~110℃、真空下脱水至水分小于0.05%;预聚物组分按照如下制备方法得到:将各原料在70℃~90℃反应2~3小时。
其中,聚合物组分与预聚物组分单独包装,用于制品生产时再混合,且本发明称谓聚合物组分、预聚物组分只是为了表述上的方便。
本发明采用双组分体系,聚合物组分是由扩链剂三乙醇胺、2官能度、3官能度的的聚醚多元醇和抗黄变剂、环保催化剂混合制得,预聚物组分是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和碳化二亚胺改性的MDI与聚醚多元醇和增塑剂反应制得。两组分快速混合得到聚氨酯弹性体,本发明主要用于要求常温操作,能够常温快速脱模的环保、韧性好的透明低硬度产品的制作,多用于制作鞋垫等。
具体实施方式
实施例所用材料:
以下实施例中的百分数均指质量百分数。
实施例1:
聚合物组分:三乙醇胺2%,官能度2、分子量2000的聚醚多元醇(PPG2000)20%,官能度3、分子量6000的聚醚多元醇(PPG3600)76.8%,有机铋催化剂0.2%,抗氧剂0.5%,紫外线吸收剂0.5%,在100~110℃,-0.095MPa下脱水至水分小于0.05%,得到聚合物组分。
预聚物组分:官能度2、分子量3000的聚醚多元醇PPG3000 66.6%,MDI 11.7%,液化MDI 11.7%,DOTP 10%在70℃~90℃反应2~3小真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为5.5%的预聚物。
将聚合物组分与预聚物组分的温度控制在25~35℃,按照100:35的质量比例混合,快速搅拌均匀后,浇入早已经准备好的模具中,室温固化,固化时间在50″左右,1分钟脱模,得到双O 55的聚氨酯弹性体。
实施例2:
聚合物组分:三乙醇胺3%,官能度2、分子量4000的聚醚多元醇(PPG28)30%,官能度3、分子量5000的聚醚多元醇(PPG330N)65.85%,有机铋催化剂0.15%,抗氧剂0.5%,紫外线吸收剂0.5%,在100~110℃,-0.095MPa下脱水至水分小于0.05%,得到聚合物组分。
预聚物组分:官能度2、分子量2000的聚醚多元醇(PPG2000)66.6%,MDI 13.4%,液化MDI 20%,在70℃~90℃反应2~3小时,真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为7.5%的预聚物。
将聚合物组分与预聚物组分的温度控制在25~35℃,按照100:30的比例混合,快速搅拌均匀后,浇入早已经准备好的模具中,室温固化,固化时间在40″左右,1′10″脱模,得到双O60的低硬度氨酯弹性体材料。
实施例3:
聚合物组分:三乙醇胺1%,官能度2、分子量2000的聚醚多元醇(PPG2000)20%,官能度3、分子量5000的聚醚多元醇(PPG330N)77.6%,有机铋催化剂0.3%,有机锌0.1%,抗氧剂0.5%,紫外线吸收剂0.5%,在100~110℃,-0.095MPa下脱水至水分小于0.05%,得到聚合物组分。
预聚物组分:官能度3、分子量3000的聚醚多元醇(PPG3050)19%,官能度2、分子量2000的聚醚多元醇(PPG2000)44%,MDI 11%,液化MDI 26%,在70℃~90℃反应2~3小时,真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为8.5%的预聚物。
将聚合物组分与预聚物组分的温度控制在25~35℃,按照100:30的质量比例混合,搅拌均匀后,浇入早已经准备好的模具中,室温固化,固化时间在40″~1′左右,1′~1′30″可脱模,得到双O55~60的低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料。
对比实例4:
聚合物组分:官能度3、分子量500的聚醚多元醇(PPG500)3%,官能度3、分子量6000的聚醚多元醇(PPG3600)95.6%,抗氧剂0.5%,紫外线吸收剂0.5%,有铋类催化剂0.3%,有机锌催化剂0.1%,在100~110℃、-0.095MPa下脱水至水分小于0.05%,得到聚合物组分。
预聚物组分:3官能度、分子量3000的聚醚多元醇(PPG3050)33%,官能度2、分子量3000的聚醚多元醇(PPG3000)33%,纯MDI 10%,液化MDI 24%,在70℃~90℃反应2~3小时,真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为8.0%的预聚物。
将聚合物组分与预聚物组分的温度控制在25~35℃,按照100:21的质量比例混合,搅拌均匀后,浇入早已经准备好的模具中,室温固化,固化时间在1分钟左右,3-4分钟脱模,得到双O 60的透明聚氨酯弹性体材料。
室温快速脱模聚氨酯鞋材料的测试数据如下表:

Claims (9)

1.一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,其特征在于,包括两种组分:
(1)聚合物组分:由按以下重量百分数计的原料制成:扩链剂1%~3%,官能度为2、数均分子量在2000~4000范围内的聚环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇20%~30%,官能度为3、数均分子量在5000~6000范围内的聚环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇65.85%~77.6%,抗氧剂0~1%,抗紫外线吸收剂0~1%和有机金属催化剂0.15%~0.4%;
(2)预聚物组分:由按以下重量百分数计的原料制成:异氰酸酯23.4%~37%、聚醚多元醇63%~66.6%和增塑剂0~10%,异氰酸根含量为5%~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,其特征在于,聚合物组分与预聚物组分的质量比为100:30~35。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,其特征在于,所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇选用PPG500、PPG2000、PPG3000、PPG4000、PPG28、PPG3050、PPG330N和PPG3600中的一种或两种以上;扩链剂选用小分子醇TEA。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,其特征在于,抗氧剂是指1076或抗氧剂1010中的一种或两种的混合物;紫外线吸收剂选自UV328或UV329一种或两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,其特征在于,所述有机金属催化剂为有机铋或有机锌环保催化剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯选自MDI、液化MDI及其混合物。
7.如权利要求1-7任意一项所述室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚合物组分与预聚物组分混合,搅拌均匀后,浇入模具中,室温固化,脱模,得到硬度在双O55~60之间的低硬度聚氨酯弹性体。
8.根据权利要求8所述室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合温度在25~35℃之间,固化时间在40″~1′,1′~1.5′脱模。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述室温快速脱模的聚氨酯鞋材料的制备方法,其特征在于,聚合物组分按照如下制备方法得到:将各原料在100~110℃、真空下脱水至水分小于0.05%;预聚物组分按照如下制备方法得到:将各原料在70℃~90℃反应2~3小时。
