Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glass curtain walls, in particular to a glass connecting structure and a construction method thereof.
Background
The glass rib structure can be widely applied to glass curtain walls such as public building curtain walls and commercial building curtain walls due to the permeability of the glass. The glass rib and the structural main body are connected into a whole through the clamping plate, and the clamping plate and the glass rib are generally connected in two stress modes, namely, the rubber shearing resistance transfer load or the bolt shearing resistance transfer load. In order to avoid stress concentration in the glass hole, the connection is usually made in a manner that the glue resists shearing and transmits load. The clamping plate and the glass rib are connected through gluing. Generally, when the clamping plate is glued to the glass rib, glue is applied to the joint surface, and air on the joint surface is squeezed out by fastening the bolt. However, the plywood is formed by processing the whole plywood, so that the flatness tolerance is large, and the gluing method can limit the thickness of the glue layer. The adhesive surface has a local adhesive-free phenomenon, which is not beneficial to the load transmission between the clamping plate and the glass rib.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "inner", "outer", "left", "right" and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the only embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a glass connecting structure is used for connecting a glass rib 600 and the glass rib 600 or connecting the glass rib 600 and a main body structure 700. The glass attachment structure includes a clamping plate 100, a fastener 400, an elastic washer 200, and an injection hole 300. The clamping plates 100 are respectively provided on both side surfaces of the glass rib 600, that is, the glass rib 600 is clamped together by the two clamping plates 100. The glass rib 600 is coupled with the clamping plate 100 or the body structure 700 is coupled with the clamping plate 100 by the fastener 400. The elastic pad 200 is located between the glass rib 600 and the chucking plate 100, i.e., the elastic pad 200 must be sandwiched between the glass rib 600 and the chucking plate 100 before the chucking plate 100 and the glass rib 600 are fixedly coupled by the fastener 400. The elastic gasket 200, the clamping plate 100 and the glass rib 600 jointly enclose a sealing cavity 900, a plurality of injection and drainage holes 300 are arranged on the clamping plate 100 or the elastic gasket 200, the injection and drainage holes 300 are communicated with the sealing cavity 900, and enough adhesive 500 can be injected into the sealing cavity 900 through the injection and drainage holes 300, so that the clamping plate 100 and the glass rib 600 are glued together. During the process of filling the whole sealed cavity 900 with the adhesive 500, the air existing in the sealed cavity 900 is discharged from the other injection holes 300 due to the pressing of the adhesive 500.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in particular, the elastic pad 200 includes one or more pad strips 210, and the one or more pad strips 210 form a zigzag pad having a central opening 220, that is, the cross section of the entire elastic pad 200 is a circular zigzag structure. The packing 210 enclosing the elastic gasket 200 is detachably mounted on the clamping plate 100, and the packing 210, the clamping plate 100 and the glass rib 600 together enclose a sealed cavity 900. Considering that the splint 100 has a generally rectangular shape, the elastic pad 200 is provided in a zigzag configuration, and if the splint 100 has a changed shape, such as a circular shape or other polygonal configuration, the elastic pad 200 has a circular ring shape or a polygonal configuration with a central hole.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, a surface of the clamping plate 100 corresponding to the glass rib 600 is provided with a filler strip groove 110, and the filler strip 210 is installed in the filler strip groove 110, it should be noted that the depth of the filler strip groove 110 must be smaller than the thickness of the filler strip 210, so as to ensure that the entire elastic gasket 200, the clamping plate 100 and the glass rib 600 can form a sealed cavity 900 together, in other words, due to the blocking effect of the elastic gasket 200, the glass rib 600 and the clamping plate 100 do not directly contact with each other, but keep a certain distance. Of course, the width of the furring strip groove 110 may be slightly smaller than the width of the furring strip 210, so that the fitting between the furring strip 210 and the furring strip groove 110 maintains a certain interference degree, or the cross section of the furring strip 210 is in an isosceles trapezoid structure, so as to ensure that the furring strip 210 is smoothly installed in the furring strip groove 110.
When the elastic pad 200 is the integrally connected filler strip 210, the clamping plate 100 includes a parallel surface parallel to the side surface of the glass rib 600 and a perpendicular surface perpendicular to the side surface of the glass rib 600, and the injection/exhaust holes 300 are formed on the clamping plate 100, on the parallel surface or the perpendicular surface, or on both the parallel surface and the perpendicular surface, respectively.
Referring to fig. 7, when the resilient gasket 200 includes a plurality of beads 210, there are a plurality of discrete beads 210 that are not connected end to end, and a gap exists between two adjacent beads 210, and the gap forms a drain hole 300. That is, the resilient pad 200 may be formed by cutting several notches into the integrally connected pad strip 210. And the gap constitutes the injection hole 300.
Further, the gasket strip 210 of the elastic gasket 200 is provided with a sealing member for sealing the lap seam 800 between the two glass ribs 600, and the sealing member divides the middle opening 220 of the zigzag-shaped elastic gasket 200 into a plurality of small openings.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, in particular, the elastic gasket 200 includes two horizontal sections and two vertical sections, the sealing element includes a first sealing protrusion 230, and the clamping plate 100 is provided with a protrusion groove 130 for receiving the first sealing protrusion 230. First sealing convex strip 230 is connected between the mid point of two vertical sections, first sealing convex strip 230 will be two upper and lower little openings of middle opening 220 partition of rectangle, whole glass connection structure installation back is accomplished, first sealing convex strip 230 cooperatees with lap joint 800 between two glass ribs 600, first sealing convex strip 230 cartridge is in lap joint 800 promptly, because first sealing convex strip 230 has blockked the intercommunication effect of lap joint 800, two little openings then constitute two upper and lower independent sealed chambeies 900 respectively, in addition, first sealing convex strip 230 has still further strengthened the positioning action of elastic gasket 200, guarantee the stability of elastic gasket 200 in adhesive 500 injection process, prevent to produce and slide and misplace.
Referring to fig. 9, the injection holes 300 are disposed in the rib groove 130 of the splint 100, and the width of the injection holes 300 is slightly larger than the width of the rib groove 130 and the first sealing rib 230, so that when the adhesive 500 is injected, the adhesive 500 does not smoothly pass through the injection holes 300 and enter the upper and lower sealing cavities 900 due to the blocking of the first sealing rib 230. It is understood that the injection holes 300 may be disposed on the vertical surface of the splint 100, that is, the injection holes 300 are respectively disposed on the upper and lower portions of the vertical surface, and the adhesive 500 may be injected into the upper and lower seal cavities 900 through the injection holes 300. Of course, a plurality of first sealing beads 230 may also be connected between the two vertical segments of the resilient gasket 200, thereby dividing the central opening 220 into more small openings to form more independent sealing cavities 900.
Referring to fig. 10, as another alternative to the sealing member, the sealing member includes a second sealing rib 240 and a boss 241, the second sealing rib 240 is perpendicular to the lap seam 800, that is, the second sealing rib 240 is connected between two horizontal sections of the elastic gasket 200, in this embodiment, the number of the second sealing ribs 240 is two, and two second sealing ribs 240 divide the middle opening 220 of the elastic gasket 200 into three small openings. The bosses 241 are provided on the second sealing beads 240 at positions corresponding to the lap seam 800. After the whole glass connecting structure is installed, the boss 241 is inserted into the lap joint seam 800, and the three small openings respectively form three independent sealing cavities 900 due to the fact that the boss 241 blocks the communication effect of the lap joint seam 800.
It should be noted that while the first sealing protrusion 230 is connected between the two vertical sections of the elastic gasket 200, the second sealing protrusion 240 without the boss 241 may be connected between the two horizontal sections of the elastic gasket 200; the first sealing bead 230 and the second sealing bead 240 simultaneously divide the intermediate opening 220 into more small openings, thereby forming more sealing cavities 900.
Specifically, the fastening member 400 is a bolt 410, and the overlapping ends of the two glass ribs 600 are provided with connecting holes 610, and of course, the clamping plate 100 is also provided with mounting holes 120 corresponding to the connecting holes 610 of the glass ribs 600, and in this embodiment, the overlapping ends of the glass ribs 600 are provided with three connecting holes 610, so that the number of the mounting holes 120 of each clamping plate 100 is six, and the bolt 410 passes through the connecting holes 610 and the corresponding mounting holes 120. The bolts 410 are fastened by nuts so that the elastic packing 200 is clamped between the glass rib 600 and the clamping plate 100 to form a sealed chamber 900 to be filled with the adhesive 500. It should be noted that the diameter of the connection hole 610 on the glass rib 600 is larger than the diameter of the bolt 410, and the two are kept at a certain gap, after the installation, the bolt 410 is not in direct contact with the edge of the connection hole 610, and in the process of stress, the load on the glass rib 600 is directly transmitted to the clamping plate 100 through the adhesive 500 after solidification molding, so that the load on the glass rib 600 is prevented from being transmitted to the clamping plate 100 through the bolt 410, the bolt 410 is prevented from forming an extrusion effect on the connection hole 610, and the connection hole 610 is prevented from being damaged due to stress concentration during extrusion. Further, referring to fig. 5, a soft sleeve 611 may be added to the connection hole 610, and the bolt 410 passes through the soft sleeve 611, that is, the soft sleeve 611 is located between the connection hole 610 and the bolt 410, and the bolt 410 does not directly contact the connection hole 610.
Because the elastic gasket 200 is arranged between the glass rib 600 and the clamping plate 100, and the elastic gasket 200 is of a zigzag structure with the middle opening 220, the three can jointly enclose the sealing cavity 900, even if the flatness tolerance of the clamping plate 100 is large, a local part which is in direct contact with the glass rib 600 does not exist on the clamping plate 100, when the adhesive 500 is injected into the sealing cavity 900, the adhesive 500 is uniformly distributed in the area defined by the sealing cavity 900, namely the adhesive 500 is uniformly distributed between the clamping plate 100 and the glass rib 600, and in the area defined by the sealing cavity 900, any local part on the clamping plate 100 is connected with the glass rib 600 through the adhesive 500, so that the shearing resistance of the glass connecting structure is ensured, and the transfer of the shearing resistance load is facilitated. Of course, when the splint 100 is fixed to the body structure 700, the elastic pad 200 is not required to be provided between the splint 100 and the body structure 700.
Generally, the height of the sealed cavity 900 may determine the thickness of the formed adhesive layer after the adhesive 500 is solidified. If the thickness of the adhesive layer is increased, the thickness of the padding strip 210 on the elastic pad 200 can be increased. When the first sealing bead 230 and/or the second sealing bead 240 are provided on the resilient gasket 200, the number of the sealing cavities 900 is increased and the area is decreased, thereby ensuring that the adhesive 500 is more rapidly and uniformly filled in each of the sealing cavities 900.
Through the combined action of the fastener 400 and the filler strip groove 110 on the clamping plate 100, the elastic gasket 200 cannot slide in the process of injecting the adhesive 500, the adhesive 500 can only flow, fill and solidify and form in the area limited by the sealing cavity 900, the clamping plate 100 and the glass rib 600 cannot be dislocated due to the flow of the adhesive 500, the phenomenon that the fastener 400 is close to or even directly contacts the connecting hole 610 on the glass rib 600 caused by the dislocation is further avoided, and the strength of the glass connecting structure is ensured. Simultaneously, also ensure the swift installation of glass connection structure.
Referring to fig. 11, a method for constructing the glass connecting structure mainly includes the steps of, first, S100, mounting an elastic gasket 200 on a clamping plate 100, that is, placing a bead 210 in a corresponding bead groove 110; secondly, S200, respectively attaching the clamping plate 100 with the elastic gaskets 200 to two side surfaces of the glass rib 600, and fixing the clamping plate 100 on the glass rib 600 or the main body structure 700 through the fasteners 400; the elastic pad 200 is brought into contact with the glass rib 600, and of course, the portion of the clamping plate 100 in contact with the body structure 700 does not need to be provided with the elastic pad 200. Thirdly, S300, filling the adhesive 500 into the sealing cavity 900 through the injection and discharge hole 300; and finally, S400, plugging the injection and drainage hole 300 and curing and forming the adhesive 500, wherein in the curing and forming process of the adhesive 500, the glass connecting structure is kept still, and the connecting strength is ensured.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
