Abstract
本发明公开了一种食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,该抗菌塑料薄膜是层状结构且分为三层,分别为内抗菌层、外抗菌层以及贴附于内抗菌层与外抗菌层之间的中间层。本发明所提供的食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜具有良好抗菌和抑菌功能、可生物降解性,以及具有良好的力学性能、耐高低温性、隔氧性,分层结构清晰且简单,内抗菌层与外抗菌层均以聚丙烯为基体树脂,故薄膜材料力学性能、耐高低温性能优良,而且可降解塑料母料使薄膜具有良好的生物降解性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,涉及包装塑料薄膜,尤其是一种食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜。
背景技术
食品抗菌包装是食品活性包装中的朝阳领域,其中选择抗菌薄膜包装是最有益的,它能抑制微生物的生长,保证食品的安全,延长食品的
货架寿命。目前,食品包装用塑料薄膜品种繁多,主要有催化型无机抗菌剂薄膜、天然和高分子抗菌剂薄膜、复合化抗菌剂薄膜、无机抗 菌剂薄以及有机抗菌剂薄膜等。从制备食品抗菌包装薄膜方法来看,主要有两大类。一类是将抗菌剂制成抗菌母粒,通过抗菌剂或抗菌母 粒和树脂单层挤出或流涎制备而得,也可以通过作为表面层和别的层
共同挤出形成抗菌复合膜;另一类是通过将抗菌剂涂敷或者蒸镀在树 脂薄膜上而得。
生物可降解塑料是治理塑料废弃物对环境污染及缓冲石油资源矛盾的有效途径之一。因此,食品包装薄膜的生物可降解性是目前其基本性能要求之一。目前,具有抗菌和抑菌功能的塑料薄膜制品很多,具有可生物降解性的塑料薄膜制品也很多,但能同时满足食品包装要求且具有抗菌性和生物可降解性的塑料薄膜较为少见。可见,获得具有生物可降解性的食品抗菌包装薄膜是目前食品包装用塑料薄膜的发展主流和难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,该抗菌塑料薄膜具有良好的力学性能、耐高低温性、隔氧性,且结构简单。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,该塑料薄膜是层状结构且分为三层,分别为内抗菌层、外抗菌层以及贴附于内抗菌层与外抗菌层之间的中间层。
所述中间层由可降解塑料母料制成。
所述的可降解塑料母料选自土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、花生壳粉中的一种或几种。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明所提供的食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜具有良好抗菌和抑菌功能、可生物降解性,以及具有良好的力学性能、耐高低温性、隔氧性,分层结构清晰且简单,内抗菌层与外抗菌层均以聚丙烯为基体树脂,故薄膜材料力学性能、耐高低温性能优良,而且可降解塑料母料使薄膜具有良好的生物降解性能;
2、本发明中薄膜整个外层材料对各类革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌、真菌起效,对包括大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、绿脓杆菌等在内的上百种菌类有优异且长效的抑杀效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜做进一步说明。
由图1可见,本发明的食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,该塑料薄膜是层状结构且分为三层,分别为内抗菌层1、外抗菌层以3及贴附于内抗菌层1与外抗菌层3之间的中间层2。
在本实施例中,所述的内抗菌层1和外抗菌层3均是由聚丙烯、可降解塑料母料和碳纳米管的共混料制成,内抗菌层1和外抗菌层3厚度均为15—20μm,中间层2由可降解塑料母料制成,可降解塑料母料选自土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、花生壳粉中的一种或几种。聚丙烯可保证薄膜的力学性能要求,可降解塑料母料使薄膜具有良好的生物降解性能,碳纳米管具有良好的抗菌和抑菌效果,薄膜整个外层材料对各类革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌、真菌起效,对包括大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、绿脓杆菌等在内的上百种菌类有优异的抑杀效果,而且抗菌效果具有长效性。

1. 一种食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,其特征在于:该塑料薄膜是层状结构且分为三层,分别为内抗菌层(1)、外抗菌层以(3)及贴附于内抗菌层(1)与外抗菌层(3)之间的中间层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述中间层(2)由可降解塑料母料制成。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述的可降解塑料母料选自土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、花生壳粉中的一种或几种。
