Abstract

Description
技术领域
根据权利要求1的前叙部分所述,本发明涉及一种带有插座和插头的液力耦合器,用于连接两根流体软管。
背景技术
这种耦合器尤其适用于连接较低压力达10巴的软水管。为了连接插头和插座,现有系统在所述插座或插头上装有同轴销,必须手动推回才能啮合或分离两个耦合部分,这使得耦合和去耦的过程都变得复杂。
从FR 2 906 341 A3专利中已知一种具有其权利要求1的前序部分特征的流体耦合器,其中,用于接合锁定元件的环形槽由两个平行的相对表面限定,这两个平行的相对表面相对于纵向轴设置。
根据在US 2005/0057042 A1专利中公开的流体耦合系统,锁定元件不是叉形的,而是环形的,接合具有倾斜或平行的侧面的环形槽。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液力耦合器,只需简单的单手操作就可以连接或分离两个耦合部分,并且适用于大多数常见的耦合系统。
所述目的由权利要求1的特征实现。其他的优点为从属权利要求中的主题。
与现有技术水平相比,本发明的一个显著优点在于,如要连接两个耦合部分,只需将所述两个耦合部分相互插入彼此且它们可自动锁定;而分离过程只需用拇指按压旁边的按钮。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明,所述耦合器10包括两个部分,即插头12和插座14,它们都是塑料件。
所述插头12有圆柱形壳体16,从所述圆柱形壳体16的中央伸出直径较小的圆柱形颈部18,用于与所述插座14相啮合。所述壳体16由两个部分构成,且具有从颈部18伸出的基部20。自所述基部上伸出圆柱体22,所述圆柱体22套在另一个直径较小的圆柱体24上;自所述另一个圆柱体24上轴向伸出圣诞树形状28的连接件26,并且流体软管(未示出)可以滑动到所述圆柱体24上。阶梯式环形密封30安装于所述圆柱体22中,所述环形密封被所述直径较小的圆柱体24的自由端压在所述基部20上。夹紧套筒32置于直径较大的圆柱体22上。
所述插座14还包括若干塑料件,并具有壳体34,所述壳体34基本上呈圆柱形,带有用于插头12的颈部18的前端接收圆柱体36,和插有基部40的后端圆柱体38,从所述后端圆柱体38中伸出用于连接流体软管的圣诞树形状44的连接件42。
此外,夹紧套筒46置于所述插座14的环形面上。环形密封48夹在所述壳体34的所述接收圆柱体36和所述后端圆柱体38之间。
在所述插座14和所述插头12的空腔50中,装有一根带罩壳轴承54的可轴向移置的阀杆52,抵着所述阀杆52的凹部支撑着一根压缩弹簧56;图1和图2展示了用于所述插座14的所述压缩弹簧,而这里对所述插头12不做进一步说明。
当所述耦合器10处于分离状态时,所述两根压缩弹簧56分别由壳体16和壳体34支撑,使所述阀杆52的所述罩壳轴承54独自压在合适的环形密封30或48上,从而所述插头12和所述插座14中的水不会流到各自的连接件26或42之上。
如图2所示,当所述耦合器10通过插入所述插头12的颈部18与所述插座14相连,所述两根互相对立放置的阀杆52的末端相互顶在彼此上并轴向移动抵抗所述两根压缩弹簧56的力。由此,所述两根罩壳轴承54分别升起脱离它们在环形密封30和48上的密封面58,而使所供液体可以分别经由所述连接件26或42流掉。
参照图3和图7,所述插头12和插座14的锁定系统的建造与运行根据本发明说明如下。在所述插座14的中间有通孔60,所述插头12的所述颈部18套于其中用于连接流体软管。所述颈部18的外部包括环形槽62(也可见图1和图2),所述环形槽62由两个相对且岔开的对角面64形成,所述对角面64向径向平面倾斜成45°角。如图5所示,所述颈部18通过锁定元件66锁定于所述插座14的所述通孔60中,所述锁定元件66由塑料制成并包括按钮68,从所述锁定元件66中伸出两个柔性叉形臂70。所述叉形臂70插入到所述插座14的多部件底座72(见图3),所述多部件底座72安装在所述插座14的自由端,如图6和图7黑色部分所示。在所述插座14上与所述按钮68的一侧,邻接凸起74轴向伸出,从而在所述延伸面的任意一侧形成对角延伸面76。同样的,所述叉形臂70的自由端78与插进底座72的锁定元件66相啮合。当按下所述按钮68使所述插头12从所述插座14上分离时,所述叉形臂70的自由端78沿着所述两个延伸面76滑动,并在此过程中将所述叉形臂70推分开。所以这就使所述叉形臂70可以从所述颈部18的所述环形槽62上分离,由此,所述颈部在来自于两个压缩弹簧56的压力下自动分离,并且可以从通孔60中拔出。
当随后再次释放所述按钮68,插在所述按钮和位于邻接凸起74对面的邻接体80之间的复位弹簧,使带有两个叉形臂70的所述锁定元件66被复位弹簧92推回到未按压时的起始位置。所述复位弹簧92安装在从所述按钮68伸出的销82上。为了避免所述复位弹簧92将所述按钮68推出它的底座72外,并因此推出所述插座14外,需要在所述底座72上安装两个沿直径相对的轴向凸起84(见图4,以及图6和图7),所述两个沿直径相对的轴向凸起84有两个沿直径相对的径向端邻接面86,它们构成封闭台阶并且当未按下所述按钮68,即处于锁定状态时,形成所述两个叉形臂70的端部(作成倒钩88形状)支撑在其上。
特别指出,图5和图6展示了在所述叉形臂70的两个相对的内表面上有对角斜面90,在围绕所述颈部18的一部分圆周的所述环形槽62的区域中,所述对角斜面90与所述插头12的所述颈部18的周围相啮合。所述对角斜面90通过这种方式构成,它们在轴向方向上相对于所述插头12岔开成水槽形状。这样,为所述颈部18(可插入所述插座14)形成了斜坡状的导向面,这便于所述颈部18的插入,以及所述两个叉形臂70的延伸。
如图2所示,当所述颈部18插入到端部邻接处时,所述插头12和所述插座14的相对端表面互相接触,所述锁定元件66被所述复位弹簧92以径向方式推回到起始位置(图6),从而使所述两个叉形臂70滑进所述颈部18的所述环形槽62中。未开启所述按钮68时,所述两个耦合元件插头12和插座14不能分离。
如图6所示,在锁定状态下,制作在叉形臂70的自由端78上的斜面90并与所述颈部18的环形槽62啮合,能至少达到所述颈部18的中间平面m或稍微超过所述中间平面u,例如1mm。这样能保证若在所述插头12上施加拉力,所述耦合器将不会自动分离。
Claims (5)
1.一种带有插座(14)和插头(12)的液力耦合器,用于连接两根流体软管,所述插头(12)具有可插入插座(14)的颈部(18),所述颈部包括用于啮合锁定元件(66)的环形槽(62),所述锁定元件(66)包括按钮(68),可通过径向方式从插座(14)的外部开启并且从所述锁定元件(66)中伸出两个柔性叉形臂(70),所述叉形臂插入到所述插座(14)的底座(72)并且在所述叉形臂的两个相对的内表面上有对角斜面(90),而在围绕所述颈部(18)的一部分圆周的所述环形槽(62)区域中,其特征在于,所述对角斜面(90)与所述颈部(18)的周围相啮合,由此所述环形槽(62)由两个相对且岔开的对角面(64)形成,所述两个叉形臂(70)的自由端(78)均在底座(72)的对角延伸面(76)上并且其外部设置倒钩(88);在锁定状态下并且未开启按钮(68)时,所述倒钩(88)与所述底座的封闭台阶相接触,所述封闭台阶由两个相对的端邻接面(86)制成,在锁定状态下,在端邻接面(86)上,叉形臂(70)的倒钩(88)相互顶在彼此上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液力耦合器,其特征在于,在锁定状态下,制作在叉形臂(70)的自由端(78)上的对角斜面(90)并与所述颈部(18)轴向方向朝向所述插头(12)的环形槽(62)啮合,能至少达到所述颈部(18)的中间平面(m)或稍微超过所述中间平面(u)1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液力耦合器,其特征在于,复位弹簧(92)顶在按钮(68)的内表面上;在锁定状态下,所述复位弹簧将两个叉形臂(70)的倒钩(88)推到它们的封闭台阶上。
4.根据上述任一权利要求所述的液力耦合器,其特征在于,在所述插头(12)和所述插座(14)的空腔(50)中,装有带罩壳轴承(54)的可轴向移置的阀杆(52),抵着所述阀杆(52)的凹部支撑着压缩弹簧(56);在所述插座(14)和所述插头(12)处于分离状态时,所述压缩弹簧(56)将罩壳轴承(54)的球形外部推到所述插头(12)和所述插座(14)的环形密封(30、48)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液力耦合器,其特征在于,在所述插头(12)和所述插座(14)啮合的状态下,所述两个阀杆(52)的对端相互接触,从而发生轴向位移。
