所属技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品整理设备领域，特别地，是一种用于整理织物的收纳结构。
背景技术
随着人们物质文化生活水平的提高，人们对服装的审美要求越来越高，每个人都希望能穿上件舒适、合体，充分体现自己仪表风度的服装，由此，对服装的立体造型越来越重视。
服装在生产过程中，首先将坯布切割成组成服装的各个块，然后经缝纫工序后形成各式各样的服装，坯布在切割成块后必须平铺堆叠，用以节省空间和防止切割后的布料产生褶皱，结合以上情况，为了保证以上工序有较高的生产效率，切割坯布和堆叠布料会产生两道工序，需要两个工人配合此两道工序，造成人力成本上升。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种织物扩展收纳结构，该织物扩展收纳结构能够使切割的布料自动铺平。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
该织物扩展收纳结构包括承载盘，所述承载盘由一驱动器驱动旋转，所述承载盘的中心固定有磁性的凸起，所述磁性的凸起配合有质量不同的磁粉，所述承载盘的表面环布有沿中心向四周延伸的凸棱，所述凸棱的高度小于所述磁粉。
作为优选，所述磁粉的形状为圆球状。
作为优选，所述凸棱采用高度可变的可变结构。
作为优选，所述可变结构为条形气囊，所述条形气囊配合有充放气装置。
作为优选，所述凸棱呈涡轮状分布在所述承载盘表面。
本发明的优点在于：
将褶皱混乱的布料放在所述承载盘上，所述承载盘旋转后，所述磁粉受到离心力所用开始脱离所述凸起，所述磁粉进入所述凸棱隔成的轨道中，所述磁粉被所述凸棱继续推动离心运动，此时，布料压在所述磁粉之上，离心扩散的磁粉使布料得到扩展平整，完成扩展布料，节省了平整布料的工序。

所述磁性的凸起300可采用线圈组成的电磁铁。
上述的织物扩展收纳结构，所述磁粉400的形状为圆球状，便于所述磁粉400在所述承载盘100上滚动。
上述的织物扩展收纳结构，所述凸棱200采用高度可变的可变结构，所述凸棱200的高度增加可以托起完成展开的布料。
上述的织物扩展收纳结构，所述可变结构为条形气囊，所述条形气囊配合有充放气装置，条形气囊具有稳定的变形架构，同时防止割伤布料。
上述的织物扩展收纳结构，所述凸棱200呈涡轮状分布在所述承载盘100表面，所述凸棱200能够在所述承载盘100旋转时使承载盘100表面的空气发生离心，使承载盘100上部的空气呈负压，位于承载盘100上的布料被负压空气吸引，保证磁粉400与所述布料的摩擦力，使磁粉400离心后能够拉伸布料。
上述的织物扩展收纳结构的工作方式：
将褶皱混乱的布料放在所述承载盘100上，所述承载盘100旋转后，所述磁粉400受到离心力所用开始脱离所述凸起300，所述磁粉400进入所述凸棱200隔成的轨道中，所述磁粉400被所述凸棱300继续推动离心运动，此时，布料压在所述磁粉400之上，离心扩散的磁粉400使布料得到扩展平整，完成扩展布料后，所述凸棱200高度升起，将布料托起，同时所述磁性的凸起300将所述磁粉400吸引回。

3.根据权利要求1所述的织物扩展收纳结构，其特征在于：所述凸棱(200)采用高度可变的可变结构。
