The combined type external fixing support capable of adjusting the pressure in the orthopedic clinical application adopts 3 or 6 pressure-adjustable fixing arms, and combines the pressure-adjustable fixing arms with 4 or 5 circular rings or partial circular rings, threaded rods, fixing nuts, pin fixing screws, adjusting wheels and threaded columns to form a ring type combined type external fixing support capable of adjusting the pressure.

The invention firstly provides an improved pressure regulating fixing arm, and then the pressure regulating fixing arm, a needle clamping block or a rod clamping block and the like are combined into a single-arm type fixing support, a semi-ring type fixing support and a ring type fixing support which can regulate the pressure. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
firstly, compared with the original external fixing frame elastic device, the pressure regulating fixing arm of the combined external fixing support capable of regulating pressure is redesigned in the aspect of main body structure, and is changed into the combination of a sliding screw sleeve, a pressure regulating nut and a fastening nut from the original integral cylinder barrel, and the elastic device is positioned above the pressure regulating nut, so that the assembly of the elastic device and the pressure conduction device is easy and simple;
secondly, a fastening nut is added, and two pin holes which are communicated in the radial direction are formed in different axial heights of the fixing rod; after the two tube clamping pins radially penetrate through the pin holes of the fixing rod, the two tube clamping pins are respectively matched with the upper step and the lower step of the fastening nut and the lower end of the fastening nut, so that the fixing rod can not be constrained in circumferential rotation, and simultaneously, the fixing rod is driven to accurately move along with the up-and-down movement of the fastening nut, and the tube clamping device has the advantages of facilitating accurate restoration of a fracture end, pressurizing during operation, accurately adjusting the gap of the fracture end at any time after the operation and the like;
thirdly, the fixed ferrule arranged in the radial direction of the adjusting shaft can be in tight interference fit with the two ends of the spring stopping pin, and the spring stopping pin has the advantage of preventing the spring stopping pin from loosening and falling off; the limiting jackscrew and the fastening jackscrew are arranged on the sliding fit screw sleeve, so that the sliding fit screw sleeve has the advantages of convenience in operation, easiness in fixing and limitation on the sliding of the adjusting shaft and the fixing rod; the adjusting shaft and the fixing rod can be matched and fixed with various rod needle clamping blocks and rod clamping blocks, and the bone fracture fixing device has the advantages of being simple in operation, convenient to fix and beneficial to fracture reduction and fixation.
In summary, when the limiting jackscrew is screwed out, the adjusting shaft is driven to move downwards and pressurize by the axial pressure of the fractured bone under the axial pressure through the fixing screw, the bone pin and the upper end and the lower end of the external fixing frame, the spring is compressed, and the adjusting shaft can slightly move downwards and accordingly drive and control the fractured bone to conduct stress, so that callus generation at the fractured end can be stimulated under the stress action of the fractured end, and stress shielding at the fractured end is avoided. For comminuted fracture, the fracture block is easy to shift by axial stress at the early stage of fracture healing, a limit jackscrew needs to be screwed in to limit the adjusting shaft to move downwards, the fracture end does not generate micro motion and stress, and when the fracture block is healed to be not easy to shift, the limit jackscrew is screwed out. When the fractured bone is subjected to axial stress, callus generation at the fractured end can be stimulated, osteoporosis caused by stress shielding of the external fixing frame is avoided, the fracture healing speed can be accelerated, the strength of healed bone is increased, and delayed fracture healing or nonunion can be effectively prevented.

In the embodiment of fig. 1 and 3, further, a pressure scale is arranged on the outer wall of the scale sleeve (2) according to the pressure of the elastic device.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 4, furthermore, a long hole penetrating to the opening at the upper end is arranged on the wall of the sliding sleeve (6) to facilitate the penetration of the pressure sensor connecting pipe, one end of the connecting pipe (16) is connected with the pressure display (17), and the other end is connected with the pressure sensor (18).
In the embodiment of fig. 1-4, further, the outer wall of the middle part of the sliding fit screw sleeve (10) is an irregular hexagonal surface, and the thickness of the wall of the side provided with the limiting jackscrew (8) is increased, so that the limiting jackscrew (8) and the fastening jackscrew (I1) can be conveniently pressed; the outer walls of the sliding screw sleeve (10) corresponding to the inner walls of the upper part and the lower part are cylindrical surfaces. The upper end of the adjusting shaft (1) and the lower end of the fixed rod (14) can be made into structures with other shapes or connected with other fixed structures and correspondingly matched and connected with various fixed structures of the external fixed bracket. The lower part of the adjusting shaft (1) and the upper part of the fixing rod (14) are provided with a plane, and the limiting jackscrew (8) and the fastening jackscrew (11) can be screwed into and abut against the plane.
The fixed clamping block is divided into a rod needle clamping block (15) and a rod clamping block (56), can be set into various forms, and is fixedly connected with the adjusting shaft (1), the fixed rod (14), the semi-ring (57) and the fixed rod.
The needle clamping block (15) can be set into a type I needle clamping block, a type II needle clamping block, a type III needle clamping block and the like; the rod clamping block (56) can be set into a type I rod clamping block, a type II rod clamping block, a type III rod clamping block and the like.
Fig. 5 shows a needle bar clamp I-shaped structure, which is composed of a clamping block a (23), a clamping block a (24), a clamping block B (25), a clamping block B (27), a gasket (28), a fastening screw (29), a sealing head nail (22) and a spreading spring (26). One end of each of the clamping block A (23), the clamping block a (24), the clamping block B (25) and the clamping block B (27) is an arc-shaped surface, the other end of each of the clamping block A and the clamping block B is a plane, a round hole corresponding to the fastening screw (29) is formed in the center of each of the clamping block A and the clamping block a, the clamping block a (24), the clamping block B and the clamping block B, and the center round hole of each of the. The clamping block A (23) and the clamping block a (24) are provided with grooves corresponding to the fixed rod (14) and the adjusting shaft (1) at the ends corresponding to the arc surfaces, and the convex surface and the concave surface are correspondingly arranged at one end of the plane. The clamp block B (25) and the clamp block B (27) are provided with a bone screw and a groove corresponding to a fixed steel needle at one end of a corresponding surface arc-shaped surface, a convex surface and a concave surface corresponding to each other are arranged at one end of a plane, a circular corresponding anti-rotation tooth surface is arranged around a central hole of the corresponding surface of the clamp block a (24) and the clamp block B (25), the clamp block a (24) and the clamp block B (25) are separated by a spreading spring (26), the head end of a fastening screw (29) is hollow and is in threaded connection with a head nail (22), and a gasket (28) is positioned between the clamp block B (27) and the tail end of the fastening screw (29).
Fig. 6 is a II-shaped structure of the needle clip, which is composed of a clamping block D (33), a clamping block D (32), a fastening screw (35), a ball head clamping block (31), a tail nail (30) and a washer (34). The corresponding arc-shaped groove and the spherical groove are formed in the corresponding surfaces of the clamping block D (33) and the clamping block D (32) and are used for fixing the fixing rod (14), the adjusting shaft (1) and the ball head clamping block (31). Center holes corresponding to the fastening screws (35) are formed in the centers of the clamping blocks D (33) and D (32), the clamping blocks D (32) are in threaded connection with the fastening screws (35), and grooves corresponding to the gaskets (34) are formed in the peripheries of the center holes of the surfaces corresponding to the tail ends of the clamping blocks D (33) and the fastening screws (35). The head end of the ball head clamping block (31) is spherical, the tail end of the ball head clamping block is hollow cylindrical, the tail end of the ball head clamping block is in threaded connection with the tail nail (30), and a through round hole is radially formed for fixing the bone screw and the bone needle.
Fig. 7 is a rod needle clamp type III structure, which is composed of a central disc (38), a needle fixing disc (37), a rod fixing clamp block (39) and a fastening screw (36). The central disc (38) is disc-shaped, a round hole is arranged in the center, anti-rotation tooth surfaces are arranged on the peripheries of the upper surface and the lower surface, the needle fixing disc (37) is concave disc-shaped, a round hole is arranged in the center, anti-rotation tooth surfaces are arranged on the peripheries, a through disc groove is radially arranged, and a bone screw or a bone needle is fixed. The center of the rod fixing clamping block (39) is provided with a round hole which is in threaded connection with the fastening screw (36), and the periphery of the rod fixing clamping block is provided with 1 arc-shaped groove and 2 pillars for fixing the fixing rod (14) and the adjusting shaft (1).
Fig. 8 is a rod clamp I-shaped structure, which is composed of a clamping block a (41), a clamping block a (42), a clamping block B (43), a clamping block B (45), a gasket (46), a fastening screw (47), a sealing head nail (40) and an expanding spring (44). A (41), clamp splice a (42), clamp splice B (43), clamp splice B (45) all establish one end for the arcwall face, one end is the plane, and the center is established and is fastened screw (47) corresponding round hole, clamp splice A (41) center round hole and fastened screw (47) head end threaded connection. From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be realized by other structures, especially by combining the above pressure-adjusting fixing arms with rod-bar clamping blocks, rod-needle clamping blocks, half rings or rings to form various fixing brackets, and therefore, the features of the present invention are not limited to the above preferred embodiments. the adjusting shaft (1) and the fixing rod (14) are both cylindrical hollow tubes or solid rods; the inner diameters of the upper part and the lower part of the sliding screw sleeve (10) are the same, the inner wall of the upper part of the sliding screw sleeve (10) is in sliding fit with the outer wall of the lower part of the adjusting shaft (1), and the inner wall of the lower part of the sliding screw sleeve (10) is in sliding fit with the outer wall of the upper part of the fixed rod (14);
the adjusting shaft (1) is sequentially provided with a scale sleeve (2), a stop spring pin (4), a fixed ferrule (3), an elastic device, a sliding sleeve (6) and a pressure regulating nut from top to bottom; wherein,
the inner wall of the upper part of the scale sleeve (2) is tightly matched with the adjusting shaft (1), and the lower part of the scale sleeve (2) is provided with a downward opening; the inner wall of the lower part of the sliding sleeve (6) is in sliding fit with the adjusting shaft (1); the upper part of the sliding sleeve (6) is opened upwards; the outer wall of the lower part of the scale sleeve (2) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the upper part of the sliding sleeve (6); the spring blocking pin (4) and the elastic device are arranged in a space between the scale sleeve (2) and the sliding sleeve (6), the spring blocking pin (4) radially penetrates through a round hole formed in the adjusting shaft (1), a fixed ferrule (3) is radially arranged at the spring blocking pin, two ends of the spring blocking pin (4) are tightly matched with the round hole formed in the fixed ferrule (3) to prevent the spring blocking pin from being loosened and separated radially, the fixed ferrule (3) is tightly matched with the upper part of the scale sleeve (2), and the fixed ferrule (3) and the spring blocking pin (4) jointly limit the elastic device to move upwards; the pressure regulating nut (7) is positioned below the sliding sleeve (6), the inner wall of the lower part of the pressure regulating nut (7) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the upper part of the sliding threaded sleeve (10), and can move up and down relative to the sliding threaded sleeve (10) so as to push the sliding sleeve (6) and the elastic device to move up and down together;
the upper part and the lower part of one side wall surface of the sliding screw sleeve (10) are respectively provided with a through limiting jackscrew hole and a through fastening jackscrew hole, a limiting jackscrew (8) and a fastening jackscrew (11) can be respectively screwed and abutted to the lower part of the adjusting shaft (1) and the upper part of the fixed rod (14), and the adjusting shaft (1) and the fixed rod (14) can be prevented from rotating and moving up and down in the horizontal direction after being screwed; the sliding fit screw sleeve (10) and the adjusting shaft (1) are also provided with a sliding connection structure;

the spring (5) is arranged between the spring stop pin (4) and the pressure sensor (18), and the pressure sensor (18) is positioned above the sliding sleeve (6) and the pressure regulating nut (7);
and a long hole penetrating to an opening at the upper end is formed in the wall of the sliding sleeve (6), so that the connecting pipe can penetrate out conveniently, one end of the connecting pipe (16) is connected with the pressure display (17), and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the pressure sensor (18).

A pressure adjustable fixing arm according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the sliding connection between the sliding fit screw sleeve (10) and the adjusting shaft (1) is: the lower part of the adjusting shaft (1) is radially provided with a limiting pin hole, the upper part of the sliding fit screw sleeve (10) is provided with a limiting hole with two radial through sides, and a limiting pin (9) radially penetrates through the limiting hole of the sliding fit screw sleeve and the limiting pin hole at the lower part of the adjusting shaft to prevent the adjusting shaft (1) from rotating in the horizontal direction; the axial length of the limiting pin hole is larger than the transverse length, so that the adjusting shaft can slightly move downwards relative to the sliding screw sleeve under the action of axial force.
