Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
用可商购的洗衣清洁剂清洗并随后干燥的衣物通常具有硬的外观并且手感也很硬。织物柔软剂通常用来提供具有更舒服柔软手感的衣物。所述织物柔软剂在洗涤后通常在洗涤循环之后以加入到漂洗的漂洗循环织物柔软剂的形式用于衣物。洗衣清洁剂和织物柔软剂的所述分开使用是不方便的,因此已进行多种尝试来提供具有织物软化作用的洗衣清洁剂。

US 5,871,590公开了包含脂肪烷基醚胺和非离子表面活性剂的车辆清洁组合物。该脂肪烷基醚胺包括具有C6-28烷氧基的烷氧基丙胺和烷氧基丙氨基丙胺。该文献不涉及洗衣清洁剂。
GB 1 601 359公开了包括阳离子表面活性剂和特定的非离子织物润滑剂的漂洗循环织物柔软剂。所述公开的阳离子表面活性剂包括具有C8-22烷氧基的烷氧基丙胺和烷氧基丙氨基丙胺的盐。该阳离子表面活性剂用作载体材料以提供非离子在织物上的沉积。该文献并未公开该阳离子表面活性剂本身提供软化作用。
US 6,737,050公开了毛发清洁组合物,其包括阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂和具有一个C6-24烷氧基丙基以及三个烷基或羟基烷基作为取代基的季铵盐。该公开的毛发清洁组合物赋予人体毛发好的弹性和光滑性。该文献并未公开使用所述组合物处理织物。
US 6,191,099公开了使用包括季铵化合物和非离子表面活性剂的清洁剂从表面清洁含烃类污渍的方法。该季铵化合物包括具有一个C6-22的烷氧基丙基以及键合至同一个氮原子上的三个甲基或一个甲基和两个羟基烷基的化合物。该文献并未公开所述清洁剂的织物软化作用,也未建议使用该公开的清洁剂来软化织物。
本发明人已经发现当将如结构式(I)和(II)所示的烷氧基丙胺化合物和结构式(I)的化合物的盐用于包括阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂的洗衣清洁剂中时,在软化织物方面出人意料地有效。

本发明的烷氧基丙胺化合物迄今并未描述为织物软化活性物,因此它们的织物软化性能是不可预计的。
发明内容
本发明涉及同时清洁和软化织物的方法,其包括:
a)用洗衣清洁剂的水溶液或分散体处理织物,所述洗衣清洁剂包括:10-95重量%的阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂,和织物柔软有效量的选自结构式(I)和(II)的化合物的烷氧基丙胺或结构式(I)的化合物的盐:
(I) R1-O-(CH2)3-NHR2
(II) R1-O-(CH2)3-NR3 2(CH3)+X-

b)用水或不含织物柔软剂的含水组合物漂洗所述织物一次或多次,和
c)干燥所述织物。

发明详述
本发明的用于同时清洁和软化织物的方法包括用根据本发明的洗衣清洁剂的水溶液或分散体处理织物的第一步骤。该处理可以以手洗或优选地用可商购的洗衣机进行通常用于清洗衣物的时间。该步骤的温度不是关键,可以从室温至95℃。
用本发明的洗衣清洁剂处理的第一步骤的后续为一个或多个漂洗步骤,其中用水或不含织物柔软剂的含水组合物漂洗织物。该漂洗步骤便利地在与第一步骤相同的洗衣机中进行,优选地通过旋转脱水从织物除去清洗液和漂洗液。
在最后的步骤中,干燥漂洗的织物。通过传统方法,如在衣绳上悬挂织物或在滚筒中干燥实现该干燥。
本发明的方法提供具有柔软手感的清洁织物,不需要使用另外的织物柔软剂。另外,当在滚筒中干燥时,用本发明的方法清洗的织物显示很少的静电荷。
用于本发明方法中的根据本发明的洗衣清洁剂包括10-95重量%的阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂,和织物柔软有效量的特定的烷氧基丙胺化合物。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,用于本发明方法中的烷氧基丙胺化合物是结构式(I)的化合物或该化合物的盐,其中R1是C8-20的烷基,R2是氢或(CH2)3NH2。
(I) R1-O-(CH2)3-NHR2
R1可以是线性或支链的烷基。优选地,R1是C10-13的烷基,更优选地,R1是月桂基、正十三烷基或异十三烷基。
具有R2=H的结构式(I)的化合物可以通过在迈克尔加成反应中使醇R1OH与丙烯腈反应并氢化加成产物而制得。具有R2=(CH2)3NH2的结构式(I)的化合物可以通过在迈克尔加成反应中使具有R2=H的结构式(I)的化合物与丙烯腈反应并氢化加成产物而制得。结构式(I)的化合物可由Goldschmidt Chemical以商品名Adogen 182(R1=月桂基,R2=H)、Adogen183(R1=异十三烷基,R2=H)、Adogen 582(R1=月桂基,R2=(CH2)3NH2)和Adogen 583(R1=异十三烷基,R2=(CH2)3NH2)获得。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,用于本发明方法中的烷氧基丙胺化合物是结构式(II)的化合物,其中R1是C8-20的烷基,R3是CH3或CH2CH20H,以及X-是阴离子。
(II) R1-O-(CH2)3-NR3 2(CH3)+X-

具有R3=CH3的结构式(II)的化合物可以通过使具有R2=H的结构式(I)的化合物与甲基化剂,如氯代甲烷或二甲基硫酸盐反应而制得。具有R3=CH2CH2OH的结构式(II)的化合物可以通过使具有R2=H的结构式(I)的化合物与两个当量的环氧乙烷反应,随后与甲基化剂反应而制得。
烷氧基丙胺化合物的最小织物柔软有效量取决于烷氧基丙胺化合物的结构和用于本发明的洗衣清洁剂中的其它组分的量和性质,并可以由本领域技术人员通过常规实验确定。优选地,洗衣清洁剂包括3-10重量%的烷氧基丙胺化合物。
用于本发明方法中的本发明的洗衣清洁剂还包括10-95重量%的阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、或者阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂二者。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂例如是具有磺酸盐基团的表面活性剂,优选烷基苯磺酸盐、烷烃磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、α-磺基脂肪酸酯或磺基琥珀酸盐。优选的烷基苯磺酸盐包括具有8-20个碳原子,特别是10-16个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基。优选的烷烃磺酸盐包括具有12-18个碳原子的直链烷基。优选的α-烯烃磺酸盐是具有12-18个碳原子的α-烯烃的磺化产物。优选的α-磺基脂肪酸酯是具有12-18个碳原子的脂肪酸和短链醇的脂肪酸酯的磺化产物,所述短链醇选自甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇和2-丙醇。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂的另一类是包括硫酸根基团的表面活性剂,优选烷基硫酸盐和醚硫酸盐。优选的烷基硫酸盐包括具有12-18个碳原子的直链烷基。合适的还有β-支链的烷基硫酸盐和在烷基中心包括一个或多个支链的烷基硫酸盐。优选的醚硫酸盐是乙氧基化具有12-18个碳原子的直链醇与2-6个环氧乙烷单元,并随后硫酸化的产物。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂的另一类是皂,如月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸或其混合物的碱金属盐,和例如天然脂肪酸混合物,如椰子脂肪酸、棕榈仁脂肪酸或牛油脂肪酸的碱金属盐。
合适的非离子表面活性剂例如是烷氧基化的化合物,特别是乙氧基化和丙氧基化的化合物。优选的是烷基苯酚或脂肪醇与1-50当量,特别是1-10当量的环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷或其混合物的缩合产物。合适的非离子表面活性剂的另一类是具有酰胺氮的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,其被带有一个或多个羟基并可另外地被烷氧基化的有机残基取代。合适的非离子表面活性剂的另一类是包括具有8-22个碳原子,特别是12-18个碳原子的直链或支链烷基和优选来自葡萄糖的单-或二糖苷单元的烷基糖苷。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂可以是固体组合物。所述固体组合物可以具有粉末、颗粒或模制体的外观。模制体可以具有挤塑物、球形、饼状或片状的形状。所述模制体可以通过压制附聚的方法,如挤出、成块或成片制得。以压制的模制体形式的洗衣清洁剂组合物可以包含另外的粘合剂以提高模制体的硬度。然而,以压制的模制体形式的洗衣清洁剂组合物优选地不使用另外的粘合剂而使用一种洗涤活性组分,优选非离子表面活性剂作为粘合剂制得。本发明的固体洗衣清洁剂组合物优选地包括10-30重量%的阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂和5-10重量%的烷氧基丙胺化合物。
在另一实施方式中,本发明的洗衣清洁剂可以是具有烷氧基丙胺化合物溶解或分散在液体或凝胶相中的液体或凝胶组合物。清洁剂的固体组分可以分散在液体或凝胶相中。液体或凝胶组合物的流变学性质优选地被选择以保持在储存期间任一固体组分分散在液体或凝胶相中而不沉淀固体。在这种情形下,液体或凝胶组合物优选地显示触变或拟塑性流动。所述流动性质可以通过添加剂,如可分散的粘土,特别是蒙脱土;沉淀或热解法二氧化硅;植物胶,特别是黄原胶;和合成的聚合增稠剂,如包括羧基的乙烯基聚合物而实现。以液体或凝胶形式的本发明的洗衣清洁剂组合物优选地包括3-6重量%的烷氧基丙胺化合物。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂可以包括其它的组分,例如助洗剂、碱性组分、漂白剂、漂白活化剂、酶、螯合剂、变灰抑制剂、泡沫抑制剂、增亮剂、着色剂或香料。
合适作为助洗剂的是能从水溶液螯合钙或镁离子的所有化合物或组合物。优选的助洗剂是碱金属磷酸盐和碱金属多磷酸盐,特别是三磷酸五钠;水溶性或水不溶性硅酸钠,特别是分子式Na5Si2O5的层状硅酸盐;结构型A、X和P的沸石及其混合物;和柠檬酸三钠。除了助洗剂可以使用有机共-助洗剂,如聚丙烯酸、聚天冬氨酸和丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸的共聚物、丙烯醛或磺化的乙烯基单体和其碱金属盐,及其混合物。
用于本发明洗衣清洁剂的合适碱性组分在洗衣清洁剂的使用浓度下在洗涤液水溶液中提供8-12的pH值。优选的碱性组分是碳酸钠、倍半碳酸钠和正硅酸钠。还合适的是其它可溶性碱金属硅酸盐。
用于本发明洗衣清洁剂的合适漂白剂是过氧化物,如碱金属过硼酸盐、过氧化氢合碱金属碳酸盐、碱金属过硅酸盐、碱金属过硫酸盐、碱金属过氧合磷酸盐、碱金属过氧合焦磷酸盐、二酰基过氧化物、芳香族过氧酸和脂族过氧酸。优选的漂白剂是四水过硼酸钠、一水过硼酸钠、过氧化氢合碳酸钠、过氧月桂酸、过氧硬脂酸、ε-苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧羧酸、1,12-二过氧十二烷二酸、1,9-二过氧壬二酸和2-癸基二过氧丁烷-1,4-二酸。最优选的是四水过硼酸钠、一水过硼酸钠和涂布的过氧化氢合碳酸钠。适合用于液体清洁剂组合物中的涂布的过氧化氢合碳酸钠由WO2004/056955获知,在此通过引用的方式将其加入本文。
用于本发明的洗衣清洁剂的合适的漂白活化剂是具有酰基键合至氮或氧原子的化合物,其在水溶液中能与过氧化氢发生过水解反应以得到过氧羧酸。该类优选的化合物是过酰基化亚烷基二胺,特别是四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED);酰基化的三嗪酮(triazinones),特别是1,5-二乙酰基-2,4-二氧合六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(DADHT);酰基化的甘脲,特别是四乙酰基甘脲(TAGU);N-酰基酰亚胺,特别是N-壬酰基琥珀酰亚胺(NOSI);酰基化的苯酚磺酸盐,特别是正壬酰基氧苯磺酸盐和异壬酰基氧苯磺酸盐(n-NOBS和iso-NOBS);羧酸酐,如邻苯二酸酐;酰基化的多元醇,如乙二醇二乙酸盐,2,5-二乙酰氧基-2,5-二氢呋喃,乙酰基化的山梨糖醇和甘露醇以及酰基化的糖,如五乙酰基葡萄糖;N-酰基化的内酰胺,特别是N-乙酰基己内酰胺,N-乙酰基戊内酰胺、N-壬酰基己内酰胺和N-壬酰基戊内酰胺。
合适的漂白活化剂的另一类是包括胺或季铵基团的腈,已知于Tenside Surf.Det.1997,34(6),第404-409页,在此通过引用的方式将其加入本文。

本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括增强清洗作用的酶,优选脂肪酶、角质酶(cutinases)、淀粉酶、中性或碱性蛋白酶、酯酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、乳糖酶和过氧化物酶及其混合物。酶可以被涂布或可以被吸附至一种或多种载体组分上以保护它们不损失酶活性。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括螯合剂,其在使用清洁剂组合物期间能螯合过渡金属离子并能抑制过氧化物在清洁剂组合物和洗涤液中的分解。优选的螯合剂是膦酸,特别是羟基乙烷-1,1-二膦酸盐,次氨基三亚甲基膦酸盐,二亚乙基三胺-五(亚甲基膦酸盐),乙二胺-四(亚甲基膦酸盐)和六亚甲基二胺-四(亚甲基膦酸盐);次氨基三乙酸;聚氨基羧酸,特别是乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、乙二胺-N,N’-二琥珀酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸和聚天冬氨酸;多元羧酸和羟基羧酸,特别是酒石酸和柠檬酸;以及所述优选螯合剂的碱金属和铵盐。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括变灰抑制剂,其保持污渍颗粒悬浮于洗涤液中并抑制污渍再沉积至纤维上。合适的变灰抑制剂例如是纤维素醚,优选羧甲基纤维素及其碱金属盐,甲基纤维素,羟乙基纤维素,羟丙基纤维素和聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括泡沫抑制剂,其减少在使用期间从清洗液形成泡沫。合适的泡沫抑制剂例如是有机聚硅氧烷,优选聚二甲基硅氧烷、石蜡、蜡、以及它们与小颗粒二氧化硅的混合物。所述泡沫抑制剂在现有技术中是广泛已知的。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括增亮剂,其能通过吸附至纤维、吸收UV光并通过荧光再发射蓝光而补偿纤维的变黄。合适的增亮剂例如是二氨基芪二磺酸的衍生物如4,4’-二-(2-苯胺基-4-吗啉代-1,3,5-三吖嗪基(triazinyl)-6-氨基)-芪-2,2’-二磺酸及其碱金属盐,或取代的二苯基苯乙烯类,如4,4’-二-(2-磺基苯乙烯基)-二苯基及其碱金属盐。
本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括着色剂和/或香料以提供给组合物更愉悦的外观。
以液体或凝胶形式的本发明的洗衣清洁剂还可以包括不高于30重量%的有机溶剂,优选甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、甘油、二乙二醇、乙二醇甲基醚、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺或其混合物。
提供以下实施例以说明本发明,但本发明的范围不限于此。
实施例
织物软化清洁剂组合物的应用测试
在4种清洁剂的多批中进行应用测试,将在一批中的结果彼此比较。对于一批中的各个清洁剂,在标准Kenmore洗衣机中温水洗涤和冷水漂洗的设定下使用90g的液体清洁剂或45g的粉末清洁剂洗涤总重量为1500g-1600g的四条棉毛巾和两条50%棉-50%聚酯织物的同样尺寸的被单。将洗涤的织物在标准Kenmore洗衣干燥机中干燥1h。将干燥的棉毛巾在室温下储存,并在12h储存后进行触觉柔软性的评价。形成四批毛巾,包括用于各个测试清洁剂的一条毛巾,并且在各批中通过8个测试者的小组来评价柔软性而在感官评价中确定触觉柔软性。通过Friedman SimpleRanking Test统计学地评价得分以测定在95%的置信水平是否在两种清洁剂之间存在软化效果的不同。将在实施例中的清洁剂以具有最好软化效果的清洁剂位于第一位的顺序列出。通过大写字母表示统计学的不同,相同的字母表示在95%的置信水平之下的不同,不同的字母表示在95%的置信水平之上的不同。A、AB和B的顺序评级表示在第一和第二以及第二和第三评级样品之间的在95%的置信水平之下的不同,在第一和第三评级样品之间的在95%的置信水平之上的不同。

Claims (3)
1.同时清洁和软化织物的方法,其包括:
a)用洗衣清洁剂的水溶液或分散体处理织物,所述洗衣清洁剂包括:10-95重量%的阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂,和织物柔软有效量的选自结构式(I)和(II)的化合物的烷氧基丙胺或结构式(I)的化合物的盐:
(I)R1-O-(CH2)3-NHR2
(II)R1-O-(CH2)3-NR3 2(CH3)+X-
其中R1是C8-20的烷基,R2是(CH2)3NH2,R3是CH3或CH2CH2OH,以及X-是阴离子,
b)用水或不含织物柔软剂的含水组合物漂洗所述织物一次或多次,和
c)干燥所述织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,R1选自月桂基、十三烷基和异十三烷基。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述清洁剂包括3-10重量%的所述烷氧基丙胺化合物。
