Abstract
A pallet of synthetic material the top surface of which is formed by the upper faces of a number of cross members. These are hollow, and beneath them there are three hollow beams on the under surfaces of which the pallet rests. Between the beams two channels opening downwards extend through the pallet and in each beam there are two boxlike reinforcements forming two channels extending through the beams. The hollow cross members are triangular in section and form a framework. They are a different heights and their topsides form a smooth uninterrupted surface. Enables the pallet to take heavier loads since the cross members now form a trussed structure, and the ribs joining the cross members are no longer necessary.
Description
Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist eine Palette aus Kunststoff mit einer ebenen, rechteckigen Deckfläche. Von vorbekannten Paletten unterscheidet sie sich dadurch, dass die Deckfläche aus den oberen Flächen einer Mehrzahl von hohlen Querträgern und den Schmalseiten von diese Querträger miteinander verbindenden Stegen gebildet ist; dass unter diesen Querträgern drei hohle Längsträger angeordnet sind, deren untere Flächen die Standfläche der Palette bilden und zwischen sich zwei durchgehende, nach unten offene Kanäle freilassen; dass in jedem Längsträger zwei kastenförmige Versteifungen vorgesehen sind, welche je einen den Längsträger durchsetzenden Querkanal begrenzen, unter Bildung von zwei Reihen von je drei miteinander ausgerichteten Querkanälen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, eine noch stärker belastbare Palette zu schaffen. Erfindungsgemäss geschieht dies dadurch, dass die nebeneinanderliegenden Querträger ein Fachwerk bilden. Damit erübrigen sich die die Querträger miteinander verbindenden Stege.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt und zwar zeigt:

Die dargestellte Palette hat eine obere, rechteckige Deckfläche 1 mit der Länge 1 = 120 cm und der Breite b = 80 cm; sie hat also die Masse der üblichen Normalpaletten. Die in bezug auf ihre beiden zueinander senkrechten Mittelebenen m1 - m1 und m2 - m2 symmetrisch aufgebaute Palette weist drei Längsträger 2 bzw. 3 auf. Alle Längsträger 2 und 3 sind hohl und weisen im wesentlichen ein rechteckiges Profil gleicher äusserer Höhe h auf. Sie sind an ihren Enden durch Deckel 2' bzw. 3'abgedeckt. Die Breite b1 des Mittelträgers 3 ist aber grösser als die Breite b2 der beiden Seitenträger 2.
Die Längsträger 2 und 3 sind nicht durchgehend hohl mit gleichbleibendem Profil, sondern weisen Unterbrüche auf, wobei sie insbesondere je von zwei kastenförmigen Versteifungen 4 unterbrochen sind, welche die Längsträger 2, 3 durchsetzende Querkanäle 5 von rechteckigem Profil bilden.
Zwischen dem unteren Boden 23 der kastenförmigen Versteifung 4 und dem Boden des Längsträgers 2 oder 3 erstreckt sich eine flache Tasche 24 in der Längsrichtung des betreffenden Längsträgers 2 oder 3, deren Öffnung 25 sich an deren von der Mittelebene m1 - m1 abgekehrten Ende befindet. Die sechs Querkanäle 5 der drei Längsträger 2 und 3 sind in zwei Reihen von je drei Querkanälen miteinander ausgerichtet, wie am besten aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich ist. Es ist ferner aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich, dass zwischen dem Mittelträger 3 und den beiden Seitenträgern 2 zwei auf der Unterseite offene, durchgehende Längskanäle 6 vorhanden sind. Wenn ein Gabelstapler gemäss Pfeil 7 von Fig. 1 aus der Längsrichtung kommend, die Palette aufnehmen soll, so können die zwei Zinken seiner Hubgabel beliebig weit in die Längskanäle 6 eingefahren werden.
Wenn der Gabelstapler dagegen gemäss Pfeil 8 aus der Querrichtung kxnnmt, so können die beiden Gabelzinken ebenfalls beliebig weit in die beiden Querkanafreihen 5, 5, 5 und 5, 5, 5 eingefahren wetden.
Ober den Längsträgern 2, 3, 2 erstreckt sich ein Fachwerk, das durch hohle, im Querschnitt dreieckige Querträger 9 gebildet wird. Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, sind die Querträger verschieden hoch, wobei ihre Höhe aufgrund der statischen Beanspruchung bestimmt wird. Die Oberseiten der Querträger bilden die Deckfläche 1, die eine ununterbrochene, geschlossene Fläche darstellt. Zwischen den Querkanälen 5 sind Rippen 10 angeordnet, die eine Abstützung des Fachwerkes und der Deckfläche bewirken.
Die Oberfläche der Deckflächen kann mit einem, einen Gleitschutz bewirkenden Mittel versehen sein. Dieser Gleitschutz kann durch Anbringen eines besonderen Belages oder entsprechende Ausbildung der Oberfläche bewirkt werden.
Es können auf der Deckfläche auch Halterungen in Form von Randleisten, Rippen bzw. vorgesehen sein, um ein Abgleiten von gestapeltem Gut zu verhindern.
Die dargestellte und beschriebene Palette weist eine hohe Festigkeit auf und lässt sich abgesehen von den Deckeln 2' und 3 in einem einzigen Spritzvorgang herstellen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Palette aus Kunststoff, mit ebener, rechteckiger Deckfläche (1), die aus den oberen Flächen einer Mehrzahl von hohlen Querträgern gebildet ist, wobei unter diesen Querträgern drei hohle Längsträger (2, 3) angeordnet sind, deren untere Flächen die Standfläche der Palette bilden und zwischen sich zwei durchgehende, nach unten offene Kanäle (6) freilassen, und wobei in jedem Längsträger zwei kastenförmige Versteifungen (5) vorgesehen sind, welche je einen den Längsträger durchsetzenden Querkanal begrenzen, unter Bildung von zwei Reihen von je drei miteinander ausgerichteten Querkanälen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nebeneinanderliegenden Querträger ein Fachwerk (9) bilden.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Fachwerk bildenden Querträger (9) eine unterschiedliche Höhe aufweisen.
2. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite des Fachwerkes eine ununterbrochene, ebene Fläche bildet.
3. Palette nach Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ununterbrochene Deckfläche mit einem, einen Gleitschutz bewirkenden Mittel, versehen ist.
4. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckfläche mit Halterungen für zu stapelndes Gut versehen ist.
5. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der hohlen Längsträger durch Deckel (2', 3') abgeschlossen sind.
6. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu zwei aufeinander senkrechten, vertikalen Mittelebenen (ml - m1; m2 - m2) symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
7. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede ihrer Höhlungen sich von einer Aussenseite aus bei gleichbleibendem oder nach innen hin abnehmenden Profil nach innen erstreckt.
8. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Boden (23) der kastenförmigen Versteifung (4) und dem Boden des Längsträgers (2, 3) eine flache Tasche (24) mit von der Quersymrnetrieebcne (m, m,) abgekehrter Öffnung (25) vorgesehen ist

The subject of the main patent is a plastic pallet with a flat, rectangular top surface. It differs from previously known pallets in that the top surface is formed from the upper surfaces of a plurality of hollow cross members and the narrow sides of webs connecting these cross members to one another; that under these cross members three hollow longitudinal members are arranged, the lower surfaces of which form the standing surface of the pallet and leave two continuous, downwardly open channels between them; that two box-shaped stiffeners are provided in each longitudinal beam, each of which delimits a transverse channel passing through the longitudinal beam, forming two rows of three mutually aligned transverse channels.
The present invention has the task of creating an even more resilient pallet. According to the invention, this takes place in that the cross members lying next to one another form a framework. The webs connecting the cross members to one another are thus unnecessary.

The pallet shown has an upper, rectangular top surface 1 with the length 1 = 120 cm and the width b = 80 cm; so it has the mass of the usual normal pallets. The pallet, which is symmetrical in relation to its two mutually perpendicular central planes m1 - m1 and m2 - m2, has three longitudinal members 2 and 3, respectively. All longitudinal members 2 and 3 are hollow and essentially have a rectangular profile of the same external height h. They are covered at their ends by covers 2 'and 3'. The width b1 of the central support 3 is, however, greater than the width b2 of the two side supports 2.
The longitudinal beams 2 and 3 are not continuously hollow with a constant profile, but have interruptions, each being interrupted in particular by two box-shaped stiffeners 4, which form the longitudinal beams 2, 3 penetrating transverse channels 5 of rectangular profile.
Between the lower bottom 23 of the box-shaped reinforcement 4 and the bottom of the longitudinal member 2 or 3, a flat pocket 24 extends in the longitudinal direction of the relevant longitudinal member 2 or 3, the opening 25 of which is located at its end remote from the central plane m1-m1. The six transverse channels 5 of the three longitudinal members 2 and 3 are aligned with one another in two rows of three transverse channels each, as can best be seen from FIG. It can also be seen from FIG. 4 that there are two continuous longitudinal channels 6 that are open on the underside between the central carrier 3 and the two side carriers 2. The tops of the cross members form the top surface 1, which represents an uninterrupted, closed surface. Ribs 10 are arranged between the transverse channels 5, which support the framework and the top surface.
The surface of the cover surfaces can be provided with an anti-slip agent. This anti-skid protection can be achieved by attaching a special covering or by designing the surface accordingly.
Holders in the form of edge strips, ribs or respectively can be provided on the top surface in order to prevent stacked goods from sliding off.
The pallet shown and described has a high level of strength and, apart from the lids 2 'and 3, can be produced in a single injection molding process.

Pallet made of plastic, with a flat, rectangular top surface (1), which is formed from the upper surfaces of a plurality of hollow cross members, three hollow longitudinal members (2, 3) are arranged below these cross members, the lower surfaces of which form the base of the pallet and between them two continuous, downwardly open channels (6) leave, and two box-shaped stiffeners (5) are provided in each longitudinal beam, each delimiting a transverse channel penetrating the longitudinal beam, forming two rows of three mutually aligned transverse channels, thereby characterized in that the adjacent cross members form a framework (9).
SUBCLAIMS
1. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that the cross members (9) forming the framework have different heights.
2. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that the top of the framework forms an uninterrupted, flat surface.
3. Pallet according to dependent claim 2, characterized in that the uninterrupted top surface is provided with an anti-slip agent.
4. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that the top surface is provided with holders for goods to be stacked.
5. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that the ends of the hollow longitudinal members are closed by covers (2 ', 3').
6. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that the two mutually perpendicular, vertical central planes (ml - m1; m2 - m2) is symmetrical.
7. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that each of its cavities extends inwards from an outside with the profile remaining the same or decreasing towards the inside.
8. Pallet according to claim, characterized in that between the bottom (23) of the box-shaped stiffener (4) and the bottom of the longitudinal member (2, 3) a flat pocket (24) with the transverse symmetry (m, m,) facing away from the opening (25) is provided
