Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE ACETATO DE VINILA CONTENDO PALáDIO E OURO METáLICOS E PREPARADO UTILIZANDO AçãO SÈNICA". Catalisador eficaz para a produção do acetato de vinila através da reação do etileno, oxigênio e ácido acético, compreendendo um suporte poroso sobre as superfícies porosas do qual são depositadas quantidades cataliticamente eficazes de paládio e ouro metálicos, e preparado compreendendo as etapas de impregnar o suporte com uma ou mais soluções aquosas, de compostos solúveis em água dos metais, fixar os metais sobre o suporte como compostos insolúveis em água em uma ou mais etapas de fixação através da reação com um apropriado composto alcalino, e reduzir os compostos insolúveis em água às suas formas metálicas livres em uma ou mais etapas de redução, pelo menos uma das referidas etapas de redução sendo realizada em um meio aquoso contendo um agente redutor nele dissolvido ou através do qual um agente redutor gasoso é borbulhado, e no qual o suporte contendo os compostos metálicos insolúveis em água fixados é imerso, aplicando ao mesmo tempo ação sónica, isto é, ondas de ultra-som, a tal meio aquoso.
