Abstract
La présente invention est une languette en polymère (1) englobant un fil de titane (2) (fig.1). Cette languette est destinée à corriger la forme unguéale pathologique des orteils. La languette est collée sur l'ongle à l'aide d'une colle cyanoacrylate. La déformation de l'ongle crée de manière proportionnelle des forces de corrections de la languette. Ces forces sont mises en oeuvres par les capacités de mémoire de forme du titane, celui-ci étant droit à l'origine. La languette développe une correction active 24 heures sur 24. Celle-ci à une dimension de 10 cm de long, 5mm de large et une épaisseur de 1,25 mm. Elle présente deux faces, une plane qui est en contact avec l'ongle, l'autre convexe de manière à réduire le risque d'accroche. Méthode : 1- Ajustement de la languette : on place cette languette (Fig.l) à un millimètre du sillon latéral de l'ongle, on épouse la forme de la plaquette unguéale. A l'aide d'un crayon de type feutre, on place un repère à un millimètre du bord du second sillon. La languette est coupée au niveau de ce repère. (Fig. 2-3) 2- Préparation de l'ongle : on réalise des points d'ancrages à l'aide d'une fraise fine, de part et d'autre du milieu de l'ongle.
