  Palette 
Die bekannten Paletten, welche vor allem für den Transport von Stückgütern mittels Hubstapler dienen und aus einer die Last aufnehmenden Platte von   z. B.   80 X 120 cm Fläche und zwei oder drei parallelen, an der Plattenunterseite befestigten Aufstellfüssen bestehen, hat man bisher meistens aus Holz und bzw. oder Metall hergestellt. Es sind aber auch bereits Paletten bekanntgeworden, die zur Gänze aus Wellpappe hergestellt sind und aus Vierkantrohren bestehende Füsse aufweisen, wobei in diese Vierkantrohre Versteifungen aus Wellpappe herausnehmbar eingesteckt sind.

   Diese Paletten sind zwar billig herstellbar, weil die Materialkosten niedrig sind, entsprechen aber nicht der gleichfalls an solche Paletten gestellten Forderung, dass sie auf kleinstem Raum zusammenlegbar sein sollen, damit man sie raumsparend lagern und transportieren kann, weil die erwähnten Versteifungen nicht zusammenklappbar sind. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine zur Gänze aus Wellpappe hergestellte Palette der oben erwähnten Art, welche gegenüber den bekannten Paletten auch noch den Vorteil besitzt, dass die Versteifungen der Füsse zusammenklappbar sind, so dass man für die Lagerung und den Transport solcher Paletten ausserordentlich wenig Raum benötigt.   Erfindungsgemäss   wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass die Versteifungen aus zwei ineinandergesteckten V-förmig gefalteten Wellpappestücken bestehen, die in der Gebrauchslage zwei sich in der waagrechten Mittellinie der Vierkantrohre diagonal kreuzende Teilstücke und zwei beiderseits hievon lotrecht stehende Teilstücke aufweisen und sich in eine annähernd parallele Lage der vier Teilstücke zusammendrücken lassen. 



   Nachstehend ist an Hand der Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfmdungsgegenstandes näher erläutert. Es zeigen Fig. l eine Palette nach der Erfindung schaubildlich, Fig. 2 den Zuschnitt für eine Versteifung und Fig. 3 die fertige Versteifung im Schaubild. 



   Die Palette besteht aus einer rechteckigen Platte-l-aus Wellpappe in der Grösse von beispielsweise 80 X 120 cm, an deren Längskanten Vierkantrohre-2,   2'-anschliessen,   welche aus

 sich ein weiteres Vierkantrohr--3--, das ebenfalls an der Unterseite der Platte durch Heftung oder Klebung befestigt ist. Solange die Vierkantrohre keine Versteifungen enthalten, lässt sich diese Palette auf engem Raum aufbewahren, da sich die Vierkantrohre durch Druck nach einer Seite hin einknicken lassen, so dass die Wände flach aufeinander liegen. 



   Für den Gebrauch werden die Vierkantrohre durch Einstecken der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Böcke, die ebenfalls aus Wellpappe bestehen, versteift. Diese Böcke bestehen aus zwei gleichen   Wellpappezuschnitten--5--gemäss Fig. 2,   die je eine   Faltlinie --6-- und   einen Einschnitt-7aufweisen. Faltet man die Zuschnitte nach der   Faltlinie --6-- V-förmig   und steckt sie mittels der   Schlitze --7-- ineinander,   so entsteht der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Bock, welcher zwei sich kreuzende   Diagonalflächen-8-und   lotrechte Wandflächen --9-- aufweist. Die Diagonalflächen sichern die Vierkantrohre gegen Einknicken unter der Wirkung von Querkräften, wogegen die lotrechten Wandteile --9-- zusätzlich zur Aufnahme des darauf lastenden Gewichtes dienen.

   Je eine solche Versteifung wird in jedes Ende der Vierkantrohre--2, 2', 3--eingesteckt. Versuche haben ergeben, dass eine

 Palette dieser Bauart bei Herstellung aus normaler Wellpappe von   468 g/m2 Flächengewicht   aus Natronpapier in der Normalgrösse von 80 X 120 cm eine Last von 1670 kg ohne Deformierung aufnehmen kann. Es ist klar, dass diese Belastbarkeit in den weitaus meisten Fällen für den Transport von Stückgütern vollkommen ausreicht.

   The invention relates to a pallet of the above-mentioned type made entirely of corrugated cardboard, which also has the advantage over the known pallets that the stiffeners of the feet can be collapsed so that extremely little space is required for the storage and transport of such pallets.    For use, the square tubes are stiffened by inserting the brackets shown in Fig. 3, which are also made of corrugated cardboard. The diagonal surfaces secure the square tubes against buckling under the effect of transverse forces, while the vertical wall parts --9-- also serve to take up the weight on them.
