Abstract

Se describe un método para la expansion radial de un elemento tubular en un pozo de perforacion formado en una formacion térrea, el método incluye disponer el elemento tubular en el pozo de perforacion, la porcion inferior final de la pared del elemento tubular se extiende radialmente hacia fuera y en direccion axialmente reversa como para formar una seccion tubular expandida en torno a la seccion tubular remanente del elemento tubular, lo que define un espacio anular entre dichas secciones tubulares expandidas y remanentes. Extenderse axialmente la seccion tubular expandida al mover la seccion tubular remanente en sentido descendente, relativo a la seccion tubular expandida, para que dicha porcion final inferior de la pared se curve radialmente hacia fuera y en direccion axial inversa. Ubicar un tubo en el espacio anular de manera tal que el tubo se extiende sustancialmente en sentido concéntrico con la seccion tubular expandida, el tubo se dispone para soportar al menos una de las secciones tubulares remanentes y la seccion tubular expandida.
