Abstract

Se revela un método para producir un producto alimenticio cocido envasado herméticamente en un recipiente (10) que comprende un recipiente (11) y una hojaflexible (12) sellada sobre el recipiente, el método comprende: llenar el recipiente (11) conun a preparacion no cocida del producto alimenticio (20), aplicarla hoja flexible (12) sobre la parte superior del recipiente (11), expulsar el aire fuera del recipiente (11), cerrarherméticamente el recipiente, para formar un recipiente que tieneun es pacio de cabeza (50b) reducido, y cocer. El método permite garantizar un cierrehermético al aire y mejora la seguridad bacteriologica.
