Norwalk Police Department Adds 3 New Officers

The Norwalk Department of Police Service added three new officers to its ranks today. Officers Rob Papay, Raul Aldarondo and Kennedy Claver-Obinna were sworn in at a ceremony held at police headquarters.

These officers will attend the Milford Police Academy, which starts on Friday October 23, 2015. Please see the attached picture L-R Deputy Chief Zecca, Officer Aldarondo, Commissioner Yost, Officer Claver-Obinna, Officer Papay, Commissioner Collier-Clemmons and Mayor Rilling.
