2019 OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship

The 2019 OVC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship was held May 9-11 at the Abe Stuber Track Complex on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University.

Eastern Illinois claimed the men's championship, its 16th overall title, while Murray State won the women's crown, its first since 1992.
